I’m a business owner so I never like writing bad reviews but the level of incompetence at this Walmart tire center is something like I never experienced at any business, simply the worst I had 3 appointments for tires that they set up and every time I went to get the tires put on my SUV the tires was never in stock yet they said they ordered them. Everyone acts like they know nothing that’s going on I can’t stand that place I won’t even go in that store for dog food I’m so disgusted. And the only reason I gave it one star is because I had too.

The first time they called me to cancel because the tire was not in stock. 2 weeks later I get another appointment I show up for my appointment and no one is there!! Finally one guy showed up late and didnt know nothing and didnt care to know nothing. Everyone acts like they know nothing that’s going on. I tool my tire and Im going somewhere else to have it installed
I dont think Ive ever seen worst business/customer care anywhere else. 4+ weeks of appts being cancelled with no explanation, finally arrive at appointment and they told me they didnt have the tires I ordered, again, and didnt know what the confirmation order number would do to help since they didnt know I had an appointment. Later, a service rep explained that they cancelled the appointment, 10 minutes before appointment time, after sharing that the confirmation number wouldnt bring up the order info. Changing two tires took nearly 3 hours. Should have went somewhere else.
Just called the tire center, asked if they have certain tire. Call receiver put me on hold and never came back. after 10min I hung up. I just wanted to know if the tire is available in store, not to request the manufacturer to make new ones for me.
I gave 4 stars becausetheres always room for growth.....its like this :prepare yourself for a few hour stay cation... they do the best with what they have to work with. never had a problem with an oil changenor any issues with tire balance and rotationpeople it is what it is ...

I’d give 0 stars if I could. I had an appointment at 9:00 to change 2 tires and they weren’t done until 11:45. They were understaffed which is a reflection of the management there and I’m sure my car wasn’t “next in line” as I was assured because I had an appointment. When I did wait near the auto enter you could see why they take so long...techs spend more time talking and wandering around than they do on the cars. I should have read the reviews before bringing there, I won’t be back.
Auto care service does not close at 7PM like the website and signs state. I arrived at 5PM to find the all of the bays empty, I very happy thinking I had no wait but the tech started they were closed for the evening. I asked why and he said they stop taking cars at 4:45 so they can clean and leave.
Plan to wait for a long time. They do the job right for a reasonable price. Customer service is the worst. They dont pick up the phone and when they pick up the phone, they put you on hold for long periods of time that you have to hang up the phone.
Worst auto center in the area. Was there for 4 hours for 1 tire to be put on my car when there was supposedly only 3 cars ahead of me. After 2 hours I inquired why...I was informed they started taking appointments (a month ago) and were taking such appointments ahead of me. They dont staff well to be able to service properly.
The address directions from Google are incorrect! It places you in as intersection with NOTHING there. The actual Walmart is near the Harbor Freight on Rt 38 in Cherry Hill.
Ok, so the girls at the register in the tire department were great, probably keep the wheels rolling, but the guys doing the work were crying like babies & were wrapped up in drama more than they were getting work done. If I worked here Id run circles around them but then again I take pride in whatever I do. Young people want everything done for them instead of wanting to do things for themselves.

Shop was suppose to open at 8am employees showed up at 9. Theh take your names and still cant get the order correct that u signed in. Waited 3 hours to get tires and oil changed. The worst u will neverorder tires
This is a wonderful place the one young man attended me and he was so sweet and kind he helped me out and told me what I have to do i recommend this place and ask for joshua to do your car hes a sweet heart
I brought 4 brand new tires. Cost me around 395. Ok so it hasnt even been 2 weeks since they put them on and already I caught a flat on my front right tire. I called them and since i didnt buy the hazard insurance they said I would have to pay for a plug or buy a new tire. I will never buy tires from them again because of the cheap quality they are. You been warned. Not even 2k miles on the tires. Im just so pissed off........ Update so it’s been about a year since I brought the tires and have to say beside the one tire getting a flat within the first two weeks I have not had any issues at all with them. Goodyear plugged the tire for free and I have put about 17000k miles on them. I would now recommend them tires from Walmart.
One young man doing five cars while the other is stuck doing oil change on two and the manager in the toilet. He had the nerve to tell me that it’s not his fault that my car wasn’t done even though when I drove up there were NO cars in the bay!!! Said they are backed up to a non appointment having service!! Last time I bring my car here!!
Auto care services is the worst
They damaged my cars wheel stud and lug nut when I went to get my tires balanced. I had to replace both of them because of their carelessness. I would not recommend.
I won’t even give 1 star. Since there is no option to proceed, I had to give 1 start. One of the worst service and the staff were rude. No manners to deal with customers.I stopped by early Saturday to replace tires and oil. A lady rep was rude and didn’t behave properly.I wouldn’t recommend this place. Spend extra bucks somewhere rather going here.

They do not pick up the phone at all. They take forever to do anything. If you have all the time in the world, this is the place for you. Poor customer service and if you need any car service, be ready to be there all day. Terrible
I dont know whats wrong with u people.they are fantastic. Was there less then 5 minutes and the young lady.very courteous.waited on me.i explained my situation to her with battery.defected from mfg.they installed it in a timely fashion.i also purchased a few other items.so there u have it.excellent store and people.i recommend.
Do not go there, the worst service, they will break your parts and tell u it was already broken. They broke one of my tyre pressure sensor which cost me $45 to get, liers all the machanic got attitude.
Dont go to Cherry Hill NJ auto care they are useless, went for oil change on 07/01/2018 and that is an awful experience they didnt do vaccumm and charged extra for oil filter saying the one which they give is out of stock and they have buy one from store, how annoying then am doubtful now whether they did the oil change and other pit crew services or not. My cents never go to Cherry Hill Walmart auto center for oil changes.
Why is it taking 5 hours to have 1 tire repaired/replaced????? Why am I still sitting here. I am a patient person, but why??? Do i have cut a fool up in this place? I am highly dissatisfied, smh. I wont visit this location again.
This place is a joke BEWARE I ordered 4 new tires online to be picked up at this Walmart i went there and waited 3hrs for them to put on the tires when i got home the front passager tire was already getting flat so i took it back the next day waited another 2hrs for them to check the tire they said it had a hole on the side wall facing the inside and is not fixable. I said this is b.s. the tire is brand new they been on for one day they were no help they said they cant do anything and will not replace the tire then they tried to sell me a more expensive tire i said forget it put my spare on ill go somewhere else. When i got home and checked the hole funny it looks like a hole from a regular size flat head screw driver that was put in a spot to make it not fixable personally i think my tire was damaged on purpose i will never go to that tire center or walmart again.

I called multiple times today to ask for tire prices and they put you on hold and never return, they cant look up your tire size by your make and model, and when I finally got a hold of someone they hung up on me after they gave me a quote. I was about to ask to set up an appointment but if this is how they are just getting a quote then I dont think an appointment is in question.
I took one tire in for them to change it did take a little longer but it not like a schedule an appointment took about 30 mins tires are cheap good for basic driving hazardous insurance on each tire is ten dollars they will replace it if it goes bad and you get a free tire rotation when its due i dont think that bad if you put up with them taking a little longer

Called 3xs and put on hold for 10min.. then the associate had the nerve to tell me she was with a customer,what am I? This type of arrogant customer service was enough to take my business elsewhere to buy tires on black Friday. Oh,it always seem to happen at this store in cherry hill that the attitude of the Hispanic inner city woman give off is very unprofessional.
You might get a discount, but it takes hours to mount one tire.

Today, February 12, 2020, I went to buy two tires so that they will be installed in front of me, by the way, when they finish and I pay the cost of 184 dollars and Im going to see that the new tires were installed in the tracer part. which I went to claim that I asked them to put them forward and they tell me that no xq is their policy of putting the new tires back and I explained to them before installing them that I wanted them forward until I explained them with drawings to the lady and mechanic who installed them told me that if they understood. When I complained they told me that I had to pay an extra 12 dollars to change each tire forward, which I already paid for the installation, I changed them in front of them in front of the auto care doors and I was very disappointed. They scammed me.
