I was referred to ProSource by Artisan for a kitchen remodel. Ive been at the process for a couple of months now, and at this point, Im walking away. I made an appointment at the beginning of the process to tour the showroom and my sales person was there and answered my questions. I returned two weeks later with my partner so I could get a second opinion on what I selected, and after that, all communication broke down. At that second appointment I asked when someone could be sent over to my house to take measurements and give me an estimate, and I couldnt get a straight answer. The response I got was well, were booking out really far. I straight up asked when I could get a date, and was told Ill look at the schedule, but wasnt given an answer. I waited two weeks and called and left my sales person a message, and a month went by with no reply. I called ProSource this week on Tuesday and was told my sales person would call me back by the end the day Tuesday or Wednesday. Its now Thursday and I never received a call. Im disappointed because I actually liked the showroom and the options available to me. Im planning on spending thousands of dollars on this remodel, and I find it disturbing that I cant even get a return call. Id give them a zero star rating if I could, but google wont let me. I wouldnt recommend ProSource to anybody.

Pro source screwed up my customers order and left them without enough tile to finish their only shower. Pro source did nothing to resolve the issue other than call my customer when the tile finally showed up a week later. Pro source has deliveries Tuesdays and Thursdays however the tile didnt show till 3pm Friday. So I, the contractor, went and finished the tile that night. I lost 2 days billable time due to pro source incompetence and complete lack of customer service. Also, this greatly affected my customers as they had family flying in to stay with them for a month and had no usable shower.

If I could give zero stars I would! I had a horrible experience just on the phone alone! I was referred to speak with Tom by someone, when I called he was beyond RUDE! How he is in any type of customer service is beyond me. I would never buy flooring from there or recommend them after speaking with this man..the person who recommended him even said Tom is an a**hole you just have to look past that and get what you need for flooringWhat type of business would ever want a reputation of having an employee that NO ONE likes or can work with? Id rather give my business as well as anyone I know to other places such as lumbar liquidators or lowes - who have way better customer service and quality products too.

My mother and I were in the area looking at other stores for flooring and we decided to search and see if we could find other flooring stores to check out. We saw pro source of buffalo online and decided to check it out. No where on the website did it say appointment preferred. When we walked in the door they made us feel very uncomfortable for not having an appointment and no one said a word to us or tried to help us. There was over 4 employees working and not another customer in the store. Very poor customer service.

Great products, TERRIBLE customer service. I don’t think I have ever been treated as poorly at a store than I did here. We walked in, not one person greeted us or said hello. There were 2 workers that didn’t even acknowledge us and the store wasn’t even busy. We finally got someone’s attention and proceeded to get the carpet we had ordered. We pull up to the warehouse section to load the carpet into my vehicle just to find out that the carpet isn’t wrapped in plastic like most are. We kindly asked the worker if he could give us the plastic and he handed us a large seran-wrap type of roll. Didn’t even offer to help us wrap it or load it up. Just sat there and watched. Needless to say I will never be coming back to this business ever again.

Great selection and value. Fantastic assistance from all of the stores personnel. Be sure to ask them for their advice before you lock in on a particular type of flooring; e.g., tile, vinyl. They can give you great suggestions and find product that will make you love the floor at a price within your budget.

We dealt with Bob at pro source very easy to work with,very accommodating.They have a big selection there of tile, we got our backsplash from there floor tile, wall tile, decorative tile.We also got our carpeting from there great selection of carpet. Overall it was a great experience. Bob helped us a great deal picking out our colors what matched with them what was a good Value for your money.

Huge selection and helpful staff. Best prices by far. The kitchen department is amazing, gave us many ideas on how to design our own kitchen and countertop and backsplash.

Please check product and do not believe them when they say they’ve checked product and everything is intact. They lost a great customer as a result of this.
