We had 25 pieces delivered today - paid to have it delivered- delivery guy just stood in the truck and watched me take everything one by one - didn’t expect him to carry it into my building, but couldn’t even lift a finger to help set it on the ground. Told me to take my time - he had all day. That was the last $1000 + that I will ever spend there. Horrible customer service.
Company is very prejudice. They make promises to customers they cant keep and alot of their materials and damaged and poor quality. The promise to deliver quality products but most if is garbage. They truely just try to get money by misleading customers
Went there for some hardwood for woodworking and warehouse staff were extremely rude to the point I cancelled my order. Was extremely disappointed in his customer service. SAVE YOU TIME SHOP ELSE WHERE!
