I love home depot. You can purchase the things you need there. And if they dont have, it can be ordered for you. The customer service reps are very helpful. Im not giving them a good review because I work there. Im doing this because of my experience in the store. This home depot is a wonderful to purchase things for do it yourself customers. And those who want to learn how to repair, build, plant, or whatever it is you want to do to your home. So come to home depot and get your moneys worth on our product.

Nice female cashier gave me a thirty percent discount on a damaged piece of metal J Bead for drywall. It was the last one in stock. Strange year in restocking. Luckily they had a bunch of fresh metal corner beads for drywall finishing on outside corners. (which is a trade secret for making the nicest outside corners). Friendly staff. Funny parking lot.

Home depot is a famous departmental store for developing your home.You will get everything required for a home from home manufacturing materials to interior decoration . They have different grade of each products .So you can choose your perfect materials at your budget.

This place couldnt be more unfriendly for the handicapped. They dont have mobile carts like Lowes. Merchandise is so spread out and hard to reach from shelves.

Had to make a quick purchase and return. I was in and out. Very pleased with the speed of my visit.

The Transit Road in Lancaster and the Walden Ave Stores the Gents were both very helpful in assisting me with 19 and 23 knobs needed total 42.

Very busy store. Different floor layout, why cant they all be the same? Probably their way of getting you buy things you didnt come for.Overall, its a HD.

The staff was very helpful. I purchased a large shed that was a little too big to fit with the box. The gentleman suggested taking it out of the box and putting it in piece by piece. He saved me from having to make another trip and renting a moving truck.

Received an email that my grill was ready for pickup at customer service. I get there, nobody can find it. Theres a grill, exact as I purchased, sitting in this pick up area. Ive been waiting over 15 minutes for them to find a grill thats probably sitting in front of them.

Great quality of service I love it ...the staff take time to explain and if you need more help for anything you are looking in the store they are number one.

Near closing time a long line and only 2 registers open. The self checkout was illuminated but blocked off. It took me 20 min to check out.

Found what I needed after searching for a while. The employee who is in charge of the area spent the whole time talking to 4 relatives/friends as I stood by listening (and they werent talking about home improvement stuff) The employee LOOKED right at me and IGNORED me twice. I grew aggravated and walked away and found what I was looking for with assistance from another CUSTOMER!Ill be taking my business to a LOCALLY owned non-big corporate store for my home improvement needs.

This store the 2 times in the past 3 days Ive been in was very busy and only 1 lane open with a cashier and the rezt were the self checkout and only 2 of them took cash. Took about 40 minutes to check out!!

We received excellent and knowledgeable service, from the person working in the bathroom vanity section .

I got the email my order was ready but when I arrived it was not yet assembled. This was NOT communicated to me and I only realized when I watched the employees wander around the store looking for my items - because they didnt even know where they were. After nearly an hour of waiting they brought back the wrong size cement backer board and couldnt find my mortar. After nearly an hour and a half I was finally able to leave with all my items, which I could have found in less time and defeats the whole point of the online order which is not having to wait or waste time finding everything myself.PS. If you are picking up good luck with curbside as they do not monitor the text when you arrive or click the link when you arrive notifications. Both times I tried this I had to call and ask for the manager on duty, Im pretty sure they just rely on that to know people are waiting.

Grateful there are places with helpful staff that understand medical exemptions. Curbside is always busy and delivery is limited which is understandable. The only danger you face here is spending more than your budget allows. Which can wait til next time, since they stay pretty well stocked.

I had to badger them to pull an order I put in 2 days before. They were missing parts and would not pull them from another store. They pulled order wrong. They kept me on hold for over an hour while they ignored me.I strongly recommend you order from Lowes for pick up orders. Service at home depot is brutally bad.

I went to Home Depot in Cheektowaga!! What an awful experience. Beautiful weekend and stimulus checks were available. Did my shopping and went to checkout. Well to my surprise there were only two registers open and four self checkouts with 20 to 25 people in line!! Walked out as fast as I came in. Where was management???

Didnt have what I wanted in stock. But, thats OK. I can order it online and Home Depot ships free to my address...perfect

I was able to apply for a home depot credit card with ease. The customer service representative Travis was an absolute delight. When I had made my purchase with my temporary card I was having some difficulty and the cashier Charity was really friendly and I felt a a valued customer once she showed me what I was doing wrong. I cant wait for my next visit.

Kids workshop was awesome! They loved making birdhouses and earning their pin.For shopping, it took awhile to find what we needed from a few different sections but when we found workers to help they were friendly (and two of the three associates knew exactly where the items were and gave great directions). Even helped to cut the vertical blind slat replacements and got all 9 done much faster than had I done them individually.

Matthew and another gentleman were the delivery team on 1/7. Matthew was horrible and rude as to the questions I was asking about the delivery and I was being pleasant. I also didnt appreciate how he told me he was not hauling anything away. 1st of all I didnt pay for haul service. I simply said everything has to be hooked up and ensure its working before I sign. So moving the old appliance out the way to place the new was hauling to him. I removed the old one myself. People do not realize you are representing the company and now I feel I will be hesitant from buying from home depot as I have had other issues before with pick orders, curbside, etc in the past few months. Smh.

Its a great place to find DYI resources and products and rentals. But I would rate it higher if the DYI classes was more focus on giving all individuals equal time to ask questions and find what they need to complete personal projects. A mini vitual librar y connected to their app or a section in the store to search what its need to complete projects or fresh ideas.

I called store looking for a specific tool and Jay in tool dept spent 20 minutes or so on phone with me trying to find the item on the store shelf .He was very attentive and friendly and seemed very happy to be tying to help me . After an unsuccessful search I thanked him for trying . About 1/2 hour later my phone rang and low and behold it was Jay and explained that he had found the item I was looking for. I thanked him and asked if they could hold it for me. He said it would be at customer service for me I went to the store and after paying for the item I went to tool department to find Jay. I found him and thanked him and he said he was happy to helpIts been long time since I have had great customer service like that. exceptional service from an exceptional employee .You should be proud to have him on your team Thanks Again .

I’m ready to purchase 3 laminate floors for a house I closed on. Had it measured yesterday, and ready to order. Went to the Cheektowaga store and a kid who was on a forklift told me it was going to be awhile. Drove the thing down an aisle and another kid put gates up. I waited about 10 min as I saw the kid on the forklift scrolling his phone and looking up at me every once in a while... I wish I would have put the Williamsville store down for installation as Tyler was all ready to assist me. I’ll have to go to Lowe’s sorry.Doreen P.
