Just started renting a unit from the place. Dan Smith has been awesome to deal with! He was very helpful both on the phone and in person and help set up a contactless move-in for me. Units arent the newest ones but they are well kept and the price is very reasonable. Im very happy with my choice so far.

I just recently rented a space at this facility & the customer service has been FANTASTIC!..I’ve had most of my interactions with DAN SMITH the Associate Store Mgr & he has been so helpful every single time I have called him & trust me it’s been A LOT! Lol😆 I’ve also run into some issues getting started & the Area Mgr SPRING was also VERY helpful!..I’m thankful for ALL of the help I’ve received!!.. Thanks so much!!✌️

This storage facility is convenient and I had the nicest moving in experience with Tiara. She was very courteous and professional, and very helpful to me as I needed some assistance to move an item. They dont come any better than this young lady!

Went in today to price check since I will be having to move very soon.. lady in the office was very helpful! Showed me many spaces to make sure my items would be a perfect fit. Noticed another lady on the property cleaning & making it look great & well presentable for customers. Would definitely recommend going to this location, I was very impressed.

One location completely infested with rodents. Moved to location behind Sams. Climate-controlled and very nice.

We are relocating to the Chattanooga area next month and was calling around to get some info on storage units as well as the area. We called Life Storage on Lee Highway and spoke with Angela. I must say she was so very helpful not only with the storage unit but also on the area as well. Angela was very polite and I would highly recommend this storage facility to anyone that is looking for one. I hope to meet her in person when we arrive with our belongings.

I had a great experience here. Robin was very helpful and very friendly. The property was very clean and in a great location. I was leery of putting my belongings in storage because I had never had to do it before but I honestly couldnt have asked for a better experience. Belinda and Brittany were both so helpful and kind to me during the process both when I first stored my belongings and when I moved them out. They made me feel more like a friend than just a customer. I always felt safe and felt like my belongings were safe. It was very clean and well lit. I highly recommend this facility and it would be the first place I would go to if I needed to store things in the future.

I was very impressed with the staff here. Dalton Patterson assisted me and answered all my questions. She was very informative and respectful. I’ve recommended Life Storage to all my peers!

The staff were friendly and helpful at the beginning, HOWEVER at the same time when I picked up my items there were mice droppings/pee on my mattresses. When I shared this with the woman there she simply said she knew, and that there was a nest in another unit. She did say they were taking care of it, but no apology to me or any offer of amends. Also, I wasnt aware that if i took my lock off and had my stuff out, that immediately after knowing this, they take you out of their system. I went back to sweep the unit and my code wouldnt work. Eventually I found someone who told me this. I think i should have been contacted first for verification as technically I still had two more weeks paid for. Yes, it was cheaper than others but I cannot recommend LifeStorage. At least not this location.

Great place, premise looks immaculate, good rates, staff is super friendly and eager to help. Also, I moved out after office hours and forgot to call in the following day. After a couple weeks went by and I realized it, I called in thinking I would have been charged for that month. They had checked to see if I moved out before charging me and closed my account even with me forgetting to call in.

Absolutely love this storage facility. I have been to several other storage units, in this area and others in my travels across the US. This is by far the best service I have received. I have been treated well, and given great deals at this site. They also have a truck that you can use to bring the things you plan on storing in. Hands down great place!

Love Life Storage on Lee Hwy! Debbie and Bobby are the sweetest and I believe go above and beyond helping customers! But don’t feel like customer but family!

The storage areas in this place are really small and they have no lighting Im here and they do have numerous light poles but a bunch of the lights are out but in the storage units itself each of them are completely dark no lights. The only upside I see is that it is a cheap rental place to store anything that you have you need to put in storage. As well as its not insulated but not like climate control so you wouldnt want to store any type of electronics or anything like that in there overall Im not impressed at all with this place

This place was amazing. Belinda Babbit made the process so quick and easy. She was so kind and personable. I felt like I was talking to a friend honestly. I reserved a space online and once I saw it I felt it was too small. They extended my reservation a few days so I could make sure it was the right size for my stuff with no issues.

Uncle Bob is actually a pretty cool guy. I let him know that I was trying to store my old growing equipment from college and he ended up letting me store it in his house. Uncle Bob has a nice place, he even said he would split the electricity bill with me!

Unit was ok. Getting setup was a pain. Staff never seems to be on site. You will be expected to do everything yourself online.Plenty of other places to choose from.
