Manager at this location sent me all the way to Hixson to purge/refill a new propane tank. He lied and said they could only refill the tank but not purge it, and the sign outside that said they could purge it was old. Found out from the other Uhaul place in Hixson that he was just straight up lying out of laziness. What a trash person.

Initially my rental of the trailer went pretty smooth other than another impatient person. There was only one employee at the time and I needed help with installation of my hitch and ball. I needed to extend my rental so I tried to complete it online. It said I couldn’t because it was booked. So I tried calling several times that afternoon and was on hold and never answered. So I drive the trailer up there and low and behold I could extend it. Would have saved me an hour and a half out of my day if the details would have been correct on the site or if one of the 3 employees that were there could have answered the phone.

Ashley was fantastic. She helped me fromstart to finish including hooking up the trailer, the lights, making sure they worked, etc., made the experience very easy. Great job!

My husband and I drove all the way out here for our scheduled appointment to get our hitch installed only to be told our parts were on backorder. A simple phone call would have saved us both an hour of our time. So obnoxious.

Years between using this location for Uhaul rentals and the service has NOT improved. Clearly they work to expend as little mental and physical energy as required for hourly pay.

Had to call 5+ times to get someone to answer. Guy who picked up sounded drunk.

Dropped off a truck and tow dolly embarrassingly late and Ashley was incredibly helpful and patient with me! The whole experience wasnt nearly as expensive as I had expected and the service was 10/10 A++!!!

I’m moving to California and I rented a 5’x8’ trailer to tow with my Subaru. I already had the hitch but no receiver for it. Courtney was very helpful in getting me a receiver that fits my hitch. She was also super patient with me since I don’t know anything about trailer or hitches. Got everything I needed and now I’m ready to tow!

I needed to rent a trailer to pick up a car. It couldnt be a dolly as it was RWD. This was the ONLY place to have one and I was headed to Atlanta then back to Chattanooga. They were very nice, prompt, and helpful. I got there and signed the papers, paid, and was on the way in no time. No riff raff or fuss. So I was very happy overall with it. I recently bought my own car hauler but if I were to send someone somewhere who needed to rent a U-Haul product locally I would definitely suggest this place.

I received excellent customer service when picking up and dropping off my rental equipment. Absolutely no hassles and super fast service.

Scheduled to rent a 10 foot truck. They told me they didn’t have one so I reserved a 15ft truck. Went to pick it up and they didn’t have one on the lot so I was told there was nothing they could do. Set up another appointment for any truck size they had available a few hours later. I explained my situation from earlier that day and the guy on the phone garunteed me that they could help me out since I had made a reservation prior and they baisically told me I was SOL. I asked him if I could be there a little after 7 and he said that was fine because I had to make the reservation so late. I get there at around 7:05 and wait for about 20 minutes just for one of the employees in a blue pick up truck to tell me that they close at 7 and it essentially wasn’t his problem. I moved everything in my car and stayed up till 5am because UHaul doesn’t know how to manage their vehicles or give accurate statements to their customers. I will never be renting a truck from here again and I advise anyone to go literally anywhere else.

I would give 0 if i could. The main guy was completely rude over parking when there is no specific place but thats not his problem. And gave us attitude the whole time because of a druggy man coming in and out of the store.. Treated us lile we were stupid because the wall says Van not box truck. And as advertised 19.99.... More like 65.00 a day. No matter if you put the gas back in.

The last lady I talked to was very nice, and I understand there is a policy about who can make changes, but I made the reservation, the name was under my account, my number, my credit card and I wasn’t allowed to have any say in the reservation. I called earlier and learned that, and then a few hours later I got a call saying I was late for the reservation and they hadn’t heard from me. Which I had called earlier so I was confused about why they said they hadn’t heard from me. Then to cancel they still needed the driver to give consent for me to cancel the reservation I made. This has been the most stressful situation I’ve ever been in. Won’t be renting from U-Haul again. No where on the website did it notify me that putting someone else’s name as the driver would make it so I couldn’t make any changes to my own reservation. If they need the driver to give consent on the phone, why doesn’t it need that on the website? Oh wait, because I made the reservation.

Would also give a 0 if I could. Ordered at 8 and they don’t open until 9 so I had to wait an hour because there mobile process is not good at all! Then go to return it and I didn’t understand what they guy was asking me and he became very rude! Would not recommend this place at all! Very rude staff

This was a no hassel trailer rental. I got excellent service and did not have to wait. They hooked and unhooked from the truck and made sure all the lights worked well.

Weve used this store many times and never had a problem. Always fast, courteous service.AAA+++

Attendant was very gruff and short with us. Very UNfriendlyUPDATE: I gave my business credit card over the phone to reserve the truck until we got there. (He insisted I do this) We actually paid with a different card. Less than 2 week later, my cards info was used to take money out of my bank account. Fake charges from Dubai. I never use that card and this was the only place I had used it. I wasnt hard to figure out what happened.

Estimate he provided was accurate. Open kind of late and was able to get the truck back before they closed.

I have tried calling this location 15 times. No one at the location answers. Instead I am sent to customer service, transfered another 6 times, until someone tells me that yes, they have extended the contract on our uboxes until the end of July. They confirm that no payment is needed right now, but did request that the manager give me a call back to confirm. 5 days pass, and suddenly I have an email saying that I am now late on my payment. Not once did I receive a call from this manager. So, now after being transfered to 7 different people, customer service cannot even find my contract to begin with. This is literally the most inefficient and untrustworthy company I have ever dealt with.

Drop of my rental here very quick return in and out in 8 minutes very polite staff

Didnt like the idea of being charged .89 cent per mile and $10 to use a dolly.

Be prepared to ask as many questions as you can think of because they will NOT tell you everything you need to know up front!!

Bad. Hitch installation took 3 hours and then after we already left we saw he didnt put the spare tire back in a right way. It fell while driving. Once i called them to tell them about it.they were not.nice about it. go to broad st.

Truck had a flat and we waited for over an hour for the tire truck to get to us.
