It’s not often these days you get such great customer service. I was very impressed with the service I received. Chick helped me order a windowpane for my house that had got broke out by a rock from the weedeater. If you’re looking for helpful knowledgeable people this is the place!! This will be my new go to lumber and supplies.

Today I experienced something rather interesting. I woke up to a truck being parked next to my car in my driveway that didn’t belong there. They were dropping off for a delivery for a house that’s being built next door but used my private driveway. Next thing I know, the police was called on me by a large guy with a make America great again hat on who drove for this company. I don’t understand why I had to explain myself to them when they obviously knew when they parked in my driveway that the delivery wasn’t for the house whom property they were on. And as he pulled off after everything was said and done, the large guy takes a picture of me, flips me off, and is terrorizing me, waving his trump hat at me as he leaves. I have pictures to prove and will be posted all over my social media. Terrible business and level of professionalism

I have ordered many times from the very nice, very helpful people at Chicks Lumber and have always been very satisfied. Eventhough, their prices are just a little bit higher than the large box stores (i.e., (Ls & HD)) the quality, by far makes up for it. You dont have to pick through a pile of lumber, you dont have to get splinters doing that.And because I am disabled and dont drive, they deliver at a very reasonable rate.Also, if you find that youve ordered too much or have to cancel your order, they do not charge a restocking fee.Finally, I am offering everyone some great advise; do yourself a favor and patronize this great asset to the Chattanooga community.Sincerely, Christopher Carter
