Order for my wife was damaged, taped shut, and missing one of the dozen chocolates ordered. When I reported it they offered a solution, but then continued to accuse me of lying about the situation. They were too busy trying to deny any blame to just resolve the issue. I stopped participating in the discussion at that point. Seems fair they get one star for every chocolate covered strawberry that was missing. - Shouldve read the reviews here before ordering. For clarity it was 100% the Brainerd location that was responsible for this order.
These places are locally owned. Most great will deliveries will not get reviewed. Thank you guys for being here and sending loved ones nice gifts.
I had the best experience!!!! Not only did I have the best customer service but I had the best edible fruit o received a box and an arrangement bundle with a teddy bear ! I was sooooo happy to get it everything was fresh chocolate was sooooooooo scrumptious and I just saw where they have fall boxes and all !!!! Can’t wait for my birthday!!!
This was my first and last time ordering from Edible Arrangements. We ordered the blooming hearts dipped berries for Valentine’s Day and wish I had checked the reviews before purchasing because what we got honestly looks awful compared to the pictures on the website. There is a lot less fruit, it’s very sparse and just looks like it was just thrown together by someone who doesn’t care at all :(
Tried to pass something off that I did not order and that cost less. They tried to steal $20.00 from me. When I caught their deception, and they would not fix my order. Left my order at their door, and called Edible Arrangements number, and was issued a refund.
I want to point out the terrible service from Edible Arrangements. I had a delivery for a birthday today. But due to the weather they decided to close for the day. The roads are 100% fine. I run a trucking company. Every one of my trucks are on the road. Youre drastically over priced and you still cant do the 1 thing youre paid to do. Worst service ever
0 stars if I could. An elderly family friend tried calling for two days to place a Valentines order. When she finally got a hold of someone they told her it was too late, she should’ve called earlier. When she explained she’d been trying to call and no one answered they said “too bad, we’re busy.” Keep in mind, she’s in her 90s. She doesn’t use a computer, she can’t place online, and it was a surprise so she didn’t want to ask for our help. When she asked if they could possibly deliver on Monday instead they told her “you can buy whatever leftovers we have left.” They were so mean to her she cried. The last order a family member placed here came looking like garbage, but our friend didn’t know that. The Hixson location has excellent service with product that doesn’t look like it was thrown together. We definitely won’t be coming here. People at this location clearly don’t care to do their job, or even be remotely polite to people.
Very disappointed that the Birthday chocolate bundle I ordered was delivered without the balloon and chocolates which are specified as part of the bundle. After calling twice, and talking to an employee several days later, I was told they were out of stock on those items. Only then did she offer to give a refund for the 2 missing items. I feel they should have called before the delivery so I could have made a substitute or changed the order. The only reason I found out about the delivery problem is because I talked to my son about what he did/didnt receive. Its aggravating that they charged me for the full order and would have left it that way if I had not called them twice.
Chattanooga Edible Arrangements gained my trust by completely friendly, personal and professional answers to my questions, as this supplier was chosen from brand name only and I wanted an especially nice platter of fruit to comfort my sister and her husband following a medical crisis. Delivery was made the next morning with special consideration for contact in Covid and other sensitive circumstances and the platter got rave reviews. Many thanks for such kind and delicious service.
Stopped by to pick up order on Valentines Day and of course they were real busy. The ladies working front counter did an awesome job helping everyone. If you love great service and awesome arrangements, then by all means go to the Brainerd Rd store. You will be very happy
Edible Arrangements, you disappoint me. You take no pride in your work, what if I did the same? What if I left my kindness, compassion, selflessness, and most important my integrity at the door? What if I rushed through my job like you did yours?What if when you ask me to make it right, I tell you it’s your fault? That I’m at no fault at all and don’t even ask to see the problem?Would that be as acceptable coming from me on my job as it is from you on yours? I’m going to take a wild guess here and say that’s a big NEGATIVE.No one else knows what I’m talking about so let’s refresh ... My coworkers and I ordered a delicious looking platter for our incredible head nurses for Nurse’s Week on Friday (plenty of time) to be delivered today, Monday. When it finally arrived the platter was absolutely destroyed. Looked like a tossed salad. (My very young nephews could have done a better job.) When a stern but professional complaint was made to the store, the store called and proceeded to tell us that the delivery driver said that the arrangement was fine therefore the “guard” at the facility must have messed it up. If I can figure out how to post a picture I will because even if the “guard” had mishandled the arrangement and caused it to slide some, that would not cause there to be no chocolate on hardly any of the fruit. I suppose the chocolate jumped ship and ran away from the nurses, who knows, it is a pandemic and all. Additionally, the “guard” as you so rudely called him is not a guard at all. He’s our coworker who is also fully dedicated to, and appreciative of these head nurses as much as we are. He handled the platter with tender love and care because THAT is what we do.We don’t have to be asked, thanked, or bribed. No, we show up everyday and give it our all or someone’s life is on the line.We paid for your services, trusted you to do your job, and got a metaphorical slap in the face when asking for an explanation of why our platter looked like a 2 year old put it together.I’ve read your other reviews, maybe take some pride in the art you create.Unlike Edible Arrangements on Brainerd Rd (don’t want any mix ups on which store we’re talking about here), we will continue doing our part in this community with honor, trust, and integrity.
Ordered a variety of fruit for my mothers birthday and added a happy birthday balloon as well as the happy birthday sleeve which cost extra to have and when they were delivered neither the sleeve or balloon were with the order. The fruit that I chose personally was not correct and was delivered extremely late. My mother also ordered me the chocolate covered strawberries for my birthday and paid for a balloon and a teddy bear and it wasn’t with the order as well nor was it delivered until our office was closed. This place used to be fantastic and it has gone completely down hill with customer service. I will not be ordering from this location again because they do not care what you order they just throw it together and deliver when they want or better say “ on their own time” .

Update: it did deliver at 3:05pm. The employees waited for it to come since I told them it was supposed to be delivered. I won’t purchase again though due to the lack of being able to contact them and the fact that my request for a delivery window due to an event was ignored.I placed an order yesterday to be delivered today by a certain time because the business the order was being delivered to would be closing early for an event. I even tried calling the store many times to confirm this could be done and no one ever answered the phone, I just sat on hold. I even tried calling the 800 number but you can’t speak to anyone there either - it just connects you to the local store, which doesn’t answer the phone. I needed the order to be delivered by 2:00 pm. The tracking updated around 1:00 that the order was finally out for delivery but as of 2:45pm it was still showing out for delivery.
I had to come share a review on this store because its rare that you receive customer service like I did today. I ordered a bereavement/sympathy arrangement for my significant other to receive at his office today and, unfortunately due to unforeseeable circumstances, he had to rush home from work. I live in Atlanta and I couldnt bring it myself so I called and Taina answered. She was immediately assuring and offered several options to help either deliver to a different address or tomorrow at his office. She made the process so easy and she was literally the nicest over the phone. She even left notes for the driver to prioritize this delivery for tomorrow. Im extremely grateful to her for alleviating the stress of ordering from a different state. Thank you so much Taina!
This was my second order from the Brainerd Road store location and, sadly, it will be my last. The delivery address was exactly one mile from the store and the delivery took four hours. I realize that an exact time is not possible to give but I was told on the phone that my order would be delivered by a certain time and it wasnt.There were two items that I ordered and when my order finally came only one item was included. I asked the driver where the other item was and he checked my ticket and found that it was clearly detailed on the ticket but he did not know what happened to it. He called the store and was told by the manager that it was tied to the arrangement. Who knows what really happened to it. My guesses are 1)the manager messed up and never included it in the first place, 2)the driver delivered it to someone else, or 3)the driver needed a snack during the long 4-hour drive to the delivery location. I called the store myself to inquire and was told that the missing item would be brought out right away- within 15 minutes. It took twice that time. Sadly, this store needs training in proper customer service. In the meanwhile--- my advice is to stay away from the Edible Arrangements Store on Brainerd Road.
Made arrangements for same-day delivery. Not only did they take my order request and make appropriate suggestions for my order since its a hundred degrees in July but they were able to deliver it successfully.When I called to give the address for delivery I was uncertain whether or not it would be successful due to the fact that I did not know the ZIP code of the location in Chattanooga. I have the street address but not the ZIP code. This location worked it all out for me and for that Im very thankful. Five stars.

I only gave 1 Star bc it’s required to do so to leave a review! However I do not recommend this store to anyone!!! I order something for my mothers bday days in advanced and also spoke to directly to an employee about her leaving work around 3. So it would need to be delivered before but this is why I put my order in days prior. Long story short my order was not delivered. A surprise completely RUINED! I’mStill waiting for management to call me back to issue my refund. One if staff members informed me I’ll be paying a restocking fee for their mistake! ABSOLUTELY NOT! I literally ordered only 12 covered strawberries and the delivery location was only a mile from their store! Don’t waste your time or tour money

I was supposed to pick up an order for my daughters teachers on the last day of school. The store should have opened at 8 a.m. but when I arrive at 8:55, the doors were still locked. There were two other people also waiting out front for the store to open. I finally got my arrangement and it obviously had been prepared the day before. The cellophane was fogged over with condensation. When I delivered my gift and unwrapped the fruit, I could see the fruit was not as fresh as I would have hoped for the amount of money that I spent on it. Im not sure I will order with this company again because of the amount of stress I felt this morning.
I was very disappointed. I called at 10:30 and asked to order 2 dozen chocolate covered strawberries to take to a meeting with me. I was told they already had them available. When I arrived at noon, they had sold them and I had to wait 20 minutes while they made them fresh. No big deal but the quality was horrible! Ive probably placed 12 or so orders in the past few years and this was the only time Ive ever been disappointed. It was the first time ordering from this location. The chocolate tasted like it was poor quality and they were lightly coated. $60 wasted after I told everyone how amazing they were. My company wont use this company again!
I do not suggest anyone order from this location. Go to Hixson!I ordered an arrangement for my friend who had surgery because I was out of town and couldnt be there for her. I ordered on Friday, my friend didnt get her arrangement until Monday. I had to actually call and question about my order. They said they never received my order and it was never printed out. So like any normal customer that isnt satisfied, I asked how I would be compensated for the error. The manager stated that she would throw in a box of covered strawberries.My friend text me a picture of the arrangement after she received it and said thanks. Low and behold, no chocolate covered strawberries. When I called the store back, the manager said she never promised me a box and that she only said she would add a few in the arrangement. Not surprised at all. She was already long winded as hell on the phone when she messed my order up, and she was about to argue after the failed attempt to try to pacify me. This store is not capable of pleasing their customers. I would recommend the Hixson location. They dont have the same owners.

Yall really dropped the ball today. I ordered yesterday for delivery today 2/15/19. I called several times to make sure that the gifts would be delivered. I even called back again to tell you guys what time she departs work. As of 8:20 p.m. she still has not heard a word from Edible Arrangements Chattanooga,TN. Someone was supposed to call me back. Negative. NO CALL NO SHOW. Also the idea was given to me that the package would be taken to her home by calling her and explaining what actually happened. Another Negative. This rite here is unacceptable. Im goin to need the manager or store owner to reach out to me. Thx anyways

I had a horrible experience with Edible Arrangements. This was my first time ever ordering and it was meant to go to my realtor as a gift. They did not deliver because it was supposedly closed when it was not. Many agents were there to accept the delivery at the front desk. When they called the recipient she said she was currently running errands but could be there in a bit. The store called me and told me I would have to pick the arrangement up within 60 minutes or I would be required to pay another $20 tomorrow. Definitely would not use again!!

Went there on sunday at 12:37pm and the store was already closed. On the website it says closed at 1pm on sunday. Said the same thing on the door when i got there. No note saying anything otherwise. Highly disappointed. Will prob not ever go to this location again. And Im stopping all the bombarding emails i have been receiving from them too. THUMBS DOWN!
Arrangement was well put together. However, I specifically ordered from the Birthday category, as the arrangement was for my mothers 60th Birthday. Upon arrival Im told that they have no more birthday balloons (as if theres any other holidays around this time to have in stock). Why did they not run to a dollar store or call another branch to bring one over... I dont know. $80 for fruit and cant get the balloon that says happy birthday for my mother?! Just put me in a bitter mood. Will change/remove this if even partially refunded. Date of my post for your reference of receipt.

Same experience as Nancy, Beware!1. First problem ... Ordered off the internet where supposedly one set of policies rules -- and a set of policies that apparently does not apply to the local franchise.2. Internet parent promised same day delivery. Local franchise claimed to have been unable to deliver despite the two recipients being at home all day.2. Local office first said they would refund entire order but keep the delivery fee (that was supposedly local policy) ... then noticed delivery was supposed to be free anyway and suddenly came up with a new local policy which was to withhold 20% of the purchase price as a restocking fee!Which policy is it? Sounds like the policy is to charge the customer for something no matter what they mess up.
Perfectly done arrangements, fruit was fresh and tasted great, delivery man was polite, all in all, would definitely recommend to others.

I had this ordered for me and was told by the first person I talked with that they had made two attempts to deliver. My husband called back and was told they had made four attempts and left door hangers. None of this is true we were both home and no one has been to our door. I would not recommend ever ordering from these people.
