Went to 58 location to get pizza 🍕, something about their machine was down Left there went to Bonny oak location, it was worth the drive pizza really good,and the people there always nice

Dirty floors and countertops. No ice coolefs had cold drinks. No foodbar was opened and service was rude. Outside pumps were dirty and had no window washing cleaner fluid or the device to clean windows with were available. The tv screens were busted and yhe garbage cans were overflowing. I had to use the restroom but was afraid to go inside after seeing everything else that was going on around me. No Manager to be found. Will never go back

I work at Amazon and everytime I go here on lunch there is no food! Nacho cheese sauce is watery. Just terrible.

I seriously dont understand how this location has more than 1 star. Im a truck driver and this is by far the worst gas station Ive ever been to. Employees are rude, bathrooms are disgusting and nothing is ever refilled at the pumps, besides trash cans, theyre always overflowing.

Bad customer service, 4 people behind the counter talking, let 2 people cut in front of me and closed the registers I was in line at. Manager on duty should pay more attention.

Third shift will let you come in, pocket half the store, and leave without paying. Just in the time it took me to make a drink and grab a snack, I saw two people come in, load up with probably $50 of snacks each (and a gallon of milk) and walk out the door. I asked the cashier (older lady wearing a chin diaper) about her thoughts on the subject and she said she aint gonna risk her life saying nothing to no one on third shift. So apparently its open season at this store!

Love the icee amd slushie selections during the summer.

Got Diesel for my car here, drove south and car stopped in Georgia. Service tech said fuel smell of Ethanol. Tried to call station and all I get is a busy signal on the phone.

How they have the most ignorant people working here including 🙄 the manager, who decided I needed cheap gas on his own without asking me. So I go back in and explain, they refund the money which takes 7 days and then decides that I need to pay for it again. Who hires morons like this? How many times should u have to walk into a store after paying for your gas?!?!

I was impressed with the coffee station when and the many different varieties of FRESH coffee choices. There were also many selections of creamer and flavoring. The store was clean. The staff was friendly and I was allowed to linger long enough to charge my phone. A pleasant experience to start the day!!

Good employees but not enough. Every morning only one cashier with no breakfast items stocked and line is backed up. Would be better if had more employees.

Everytime I go to this store its always Dirty the parking lot, The restrooms, I wonder if the kitchen is dirty were the food is prepared !! I really dont want to give them one star but I guess they like the one star!!

These employees are rude and just dont care....I would fire them all..I have 1100 visits to speedway stores all over and will start going to thortons cause of these people that work here

Terrible Service. This location on Bonny Oaks is known for employees making rude comments towards paying customers. Corporate has been notified. Will never use Speedway again if they allow this behavior. Money will be spend elsewhere.

This location sucks. They are always rude and short with customers. I busyv this location a lot and I often have the chance to observe the intersections as well as be a part of the vicious cycle they consider customer service. theres a speedy down the street in Lee highway .Definitely worth the drive just to avoid this location

Great food quality and selection. Delicious sandwiches and pizzas made to order. Receive 3 cents off gas everyday if you join their rewards program.

4 dogs were dumped at the store. This Speedway refuses to let police see their parking lot security videos to identify who it was. I currently have 34000 speedy rewards points. Youll never get another cent from me

Third shift rocks!

A fairly good convenience store as far as convenience stores go. Good prices on gasoline, drinks, cigarettes. Service is mediocre. Often during morning and afternoon rush there will be a line of customers and even though there are 4 or 5 registers there will only be one open while managers and workers are milling around. Eventually they will open another register but they never seem in a hurry.The worst part in my opinion is the upselling. They always have candy and other items by the register and they often try to convince you to buy thrt using any tactics they think will work. I had one woman try to convince me to buy candy (Im diabetic) telling me if I bought it would help her bonus. In other words, if I dont buy it might cost her money. I definitely dont appreciate anyone trying to use a guilt trip to manipulate me into buying something I dont want or need.

Some of the most unprofessional rudiest employees I have ever seen. April and Tony need training in what customer service is. How you treat a guest is what keeps them coming back or never come back. I will tell everyone I know how rude and hateful they are. As far as 2 and 3 the employees are great. Hope this will be addressed.

The young man working at the Cafe was NOT wearing a face-mask while preparing food for customers. He had the mask around his neck during this COVID-19 period. I walked out with no dinner.

Super convenience store much variety

Wow. Mens room floor flooded. With only wet floor sign. Not enforce mask wearing to customers or employees.

This gas station is run by snobby spoiled children who have no concept of customer service. I have never, ever, anywhere in my life, been treated so terribly by other human beings and the fact that one does not go to a gas station expecting to encounter top notch employees was factored into this review. That I was disappointed enough to write my second ever Google review should speak volumes. Sperdway: the lights may be flashy, but stay stay away.

Great food at a great price!!!The personal pizza was the best iv ever had, and the steak and cheese wasnt half bad either.

A great place to go, staff is very friendly, store is always clean, food from the cafe is always good and Noah does an awesome job serving it up

Clean bathroom. Close to highway great place for truckers. Cheap food.

Diesel price is 30 to 40 cents higher than 1/2 mile away.
