There was dust on the coffee lids.The coffee was not hot at all, we had to microwave our coffee. Very unsanitary to me and not convenient at all for my lunch break.

Im a manager at circle K and live close to this store and used to go there Simi-regularly but me and my friends and family did stop going for about 6 months because of the lack of professionalism and sanitation but have started coming back in the last 2 weeks because we heard there is 2 new managers there that have really improved that place and before we always have to wait 20 or even 40 mins or more to check out and get gas.. and thats was not all the employees fault they could be a little bit faster on the register but there is always a line to the back of the store by the coolers and they usually have 2 people up front. But the 2 guys who are the bosses there now have done a great job. Im truly impressed and before now I have NEVER eatin at KKC because it always looked and smelled nasty. but when the manager (Callem I think) cooked it and it looked so much different and fresh and the Glass display was nice and full and everything was so clean. So He talked me into trying it not long after he started there. Now my family and I have tried the whole menu. also I love that the kitchen manager started the call-in and carry-out service its so convenient. 100% from me. to be completely honest I normally would never do a review of my competitor but as a convenience location manager myself. I Am truly amazed and impressed by the quick turn around at this store and hard work and true dedication by those 2 managers. The store went from being nasty, trashy, and one of the stores people normally avoid and you just felt a layer of grease on everything and the staff was rude and just horrible no greetings no conversation during check-out and no goodbye or have a nice day... now it seems like overnight it was spotless,stocked, has amazing food and the nicest friendliest staff I have ever seen. keep up the amazing work guys! 5 🌟 from me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst mapco in Chattanooga, good morning staff but they always out of the essentials. Ruin my mornings, not coming back after today.

Lights are on but its locked for some reason. :| No signs saying holiday hours or anything.

Doors are locked between 10pm and 5am. There is no ATM access or food stamps until then.

Doors locked guy in side just sitting said he is closed till 5 am wouldnt turn on the pumps for a 600 dollar diesel sell
