Probably Not About To Sure Of Stop Get Gas.When My Parents & I Were Here In Chattanooga For Vacation Trip We Stop Here To Fill Up With Some Gas.I Was Putting Some Gas In My Moms Automobile.Person In A Van Pull Up Next To Were I Was Pumping Gas.Walk Up To Me & Needed Some Money.I Had To Say No.Course I Was Afraid Person Going To Pull Out A Gun And Try Rob Me.Then My Mom Told Me To Get In The Car After I Finish Putting Some Gas In Her Car.Same Person Walk Over To My Mom.My Mom Told Person We Dont Have Any Cash To Give.I Wanted To Go Inside Of Shell Station And Have Somebody To Call The Police On That Person Trying To Beg For Money.Wish This Gas Station Had Security Guard To Keep Customers From Getting Rob.

I wouldnt recommend anyone ever stepping foot in this gas station! My family and I had been traveling and stopped to use the restroom, the little Indian man said, can I help you? I said no, I just need the bathroom. He said it was for customers only and asked if I was going to buy something. I said no, I just need to go (I was holding my stomach) and went ahead to the restroom. He yelled at me and said he was calling the police. I was in and out, and he followed me out the door yelling about the police and then started yelling at me in his language, I just put up my hand and said whatever. He followed me to my car to get my license plate number. If the police actually take a call like that seriously, then I would be worried for Chattanooga citizens! Such a horrible person! DONT GO HERE!

Place is Trash As well as the Individual Employee. Very Rude Skinny Indian Man. Money Is Money, Been going through some hard times, only had $10 in change, He refused to take it. The change was already carefully counted and was quarters, nickles and Dimes. The Employee was more worried about his cheap Bluetooth head set and who ever he was talking to, rather than his customers. I dont recommend this place. Unprofessional.

First I noticed it was dirty. Very dirty like the store part is not cleaned on a regular basis, not even monthly it seems. You know what gas is gas I thought. However when I went to fill up our tires with air. The tire gauge did not work. In fact it read 10 pounds less than what it was actually. When I asked for my dollar back the owner simply said that it was not his machine. So I said that is fine you get the dollar back but its on your property so you give me the dollar. He did not speak English well, but clearly had no interest whatsoever in helping me.

Awful experience, clerk charged me $3.00 for a water bottle refill - will never come back to this gas station again.

They wouldnt let me use the bathroom there even though I explained that I REALLY had to pee. They stopped me on my way to the bathroom and wouldnt let me proceed without buying something. I left and used the bathroom at the gas station across the parking lot, then called Shell corporate and asked if that is indeed a policy. They said they should have let me and that it is not a policy and that they would be contacting them regarding this.

Dirty, congested, and hard to get in and out of with all the traffic around. Avoid this one unless you absolutely have to fuel up here.
