A very cute place. Good atmosphere.You can sit outside and inside. Not congested like some Starbucks locations.Good coffee and options as they can make a variety of drinks. I would definitely rather come here than a Starbucks any time.I tried a house syrup ice cold latte and it was really good.

Great place to sit and do homework. the coffee shop gets busy, but there are plenty of places to sit. my favorite place to chill is upstairs on the leather couches. the coffee is fairly priced and made with love! I love the single origin beans my boyfriend bought from Oaks. The syrups are made in house. The coffee is delicious. Also, the avocado toast is a steal! It comes with 2 slices of toast for $6, which is a better deal than you will find in other coffee shops in Chattanooga. Definitely will return to Oaks!

This is my favorite coffee shop in Tennessee and one of my favorites anywhere. I consider them the “Chick Fil A” of coffee shops. Everyone here is so friendly, the environment is warm and inviting and the whole place is spotless. The food and coffee are delicious and they have many vegan/vegetarian options. I would much rather spend my money here than give it to a large chain or small coffee shop run by hipsters treating me like they are doing me a favor to even grace me with their presence. It is less than a mile off of 75 if you are traveling through town. They are closed on Sundays.

This place is exactly what this area needed. The food is great and I love their coffee.

If youre anywhere close, stop. Great prices on a true coffeehouse experience. We ordered a pour-over, biscotti, hot latte, and loved it all. There is indoor and outdoor seating and friendly staff. $11 for large pour-over, hot latte, biscotti, and a vinyl sticker.

I really liked this place for awhile, but i noticed my coffee starting to taste not very strong/watery .. i watched them make my iced latte a couple of times and they never pulled a fresh shot of espresso.. they would just pour coffee out of a canister. one day i just asked for a shot of espresso over ice to see what was going on, and they never pulled a fresh shot. just poured already cold coffee over ice and it was not good at all. i hate it because i really liked this place. giving it 2 stars because the people, food, and black coffee is good. but really disappointed in the lattes/coldbrew. especially since i am paying 6$ for a coffee, it should at least be fresh.

It was really nice. The staff were very friendly. We got an assortment of drinks, and they were all good quality. They have plenty of seating, and a 2nd story. Its easily accessible from the interstate, and down the road from McKays book store.

So glad I picked this place for a meeting. They have fast attentive service and they even offer some gluten-free options for snacks such as cookies and even banana bread! Its so hard to find gluten-free options in this area and Im grateful that they offer them. Easy place to park and clean inviting atmosphere.

Great place with even friendlier staff. We host several events here in the room upstairs and it is always well put together, very modern, and very roomy for all parties. Staff is always willing to help us.

Nice place. Was packed so I didnt go inside. We had coffee and London Fog tea. Was good.Menu had lots of breakfast/lunch options.Vegan and vegetarian options for gravy and plant based meats. A plus for me!! Cant wait to try them.

Great coffee. Massive upstairs that is rentable by the hour, but open to guess during business hours. I chose an iced latte (using espresso instead of cold brew) and added sugar free vanilla. Very refreshing coffee and I like the roast they use.These guys have created one of the best coffee shops in Chattanooga. Very cozy, but classy like a nice Starbucks. Great local place for coffee and it goes back to the community! We enjoyed a latte and the oak house coffee. They have macadamia milk and almond milk options for the dairy free folks. They had outlets with usb capability below many seats and a great set up with a friendly crew. Prices comparable to other coffee houses and some healthy snack options thrown in there! Will be going back soon!

As a barista when I’m traveling into a new town I love to stop by new to me coffee shops, this time I chose a real treat! They are non profit and help out locally around Chattanooga! (How neat!) They have sugar free options (Caramel, vanilla, hazelnut) as well as milk alternatives (oat, and sweetened almond at the moment). I purchased a cold brew with cream and white chocolate, along with an iced decaf americano with sugar free caramel and oat. Both were 10/10; baristas here are so friendly and take the time to explain everything.

We stopped by Oaks after a trip to McKays for lunch. The avocado toast with smoked salmon and smoothie bowls were tasty, flavorful and filling. Staff was friendly and conversational. The store was pretty busy, but the café didnt feel too crowded. Well definitely be back in future trips!

Oaks is so good! My husband loves the oak house latte iced. My kids love the chocolate chip cookie. I love all the caffeinated drinks and overnight oats. The inside is nice, clean, and spacious. We mostly go through the drive thru since we have two toddlers going at super speed.

Everything is always great here! Customer service is always above and beyond.

Everything about oaks is amazing! The inside is beautifully decorated and cozy and they have outdoor seating as well. The oaks house latte is hands down the best latte I have ever had! I’ve also had their pumpkin spice latte and it was great as well. The food here is so fresh and delicious (I’ve had the summer salad, chicken salad sandwich, bagels, and cookies). Their staff is so friendly and helpful. Oaks is definitely my new coffee place and it will be hard to go anywhere else!

I love Oaks! Such a clean and inviting atmosphere. They have a great selection of coffee and tea beverages. The iced vanilla latte is my go-to and the chicken salad sandwich is delicious for lunch! I could go on and on about the food. A few other recommendations: honey, cinnamon, vanilla scone, overnight oats, and the oaks bagel!

I love coming here to study. Their coffee is delicious, better than some other coffee houses around here. Both upstairs and down stairs are great places to study.

The staff was extremely knowledgeable about the ingredients of their foods. The impossible melt was fantastic!

Super friendly staff and everything was very clean. All staff were wearing masks and the seating was well spaced. I had the avocado toast, it definitely had some kick because of the red pepper, the bread was fresh; it was good but I personally wouldnt order again. Had a Marble Mocha with oat milk, not sure I would get again but it grew on me. If you are looking for a healthy snack and beverage this is great, if you are looking for something more indulgent this might not be the place.

Excellent tea, food, nice ambiance. Fairly quiet and spacious. Good to study get work done on most days. People are respectful. Lots of students but they clean up after themselves for the most part. Staffs Not friendly. Coffee is very pricy for small size. Most of all, coffee bean is not good. No flavor. I am not a big fan of Starbucks because it is bitter. This bean has just no flavor.

Better experience with Oaks than I have ever had at starbucks. Very nice and sincere. Know my voice as soon as I start to order in the drive-thru and did not disappoint when I told them to suprise me when asked if I wanted a breakfast food. Best way to start of my morning!

The coffee was a bit watery. My usual order everywhere is a latte with no added flavor or sugar. My latte here tasted like hot water. My husbands vanilla latte was better but still not great. Cute space and very kind baristas. It seemed too quiet inside though. There was no music or white noise, you could hear every conversation or movement in the room.

I highly recommend that you check out The Oaks Coffee House! Incredible drinks, service, atmosphere and I especially love their mission.

We went there today for the first time after driving by many times. We went thru the drive-thru and the coffee was OUTSTANDING! We had avacado toast and gravy & biscuits. The avacado toast was excellent, but the gravy & biscuits was the worst weve ever tasted. I suggest just removing that from your menu altogether and just do what you do best, coffee and other types of food. I will definitely go back, but JUST SAY NO and take a hard pass on the G & B!

New place. Nice inside big and has two levels. Downstairs is the traditional national chain style. Upstairs is mors cozy, with big couches, TVs tables. Area for band or open mic. Upstairs is also available to rent. Parking and drive through are nice and roomy. They thought this one out. Very very nice. Coffee selection is pretty good too. Some food and sweets also. Ill go back.

Wonderful locally owned coffee shop in Chattanooga. Visited Chattanooga for a week and grabbed coffee inside every morning. The staff was always very friendly and happy to answer questions about their products. Coffee shop is kept very clean and everyone is wearing masks and socially distancing. Only suggestion for improvement would to be to expand breakfast selection but the limited choices are expected with a fairly new establishment. Cannot rave about this place enough. If you’re looking for some good coffee in Chattanooga stop here instead of the other well known chains across the US.

One of the worse coffee I had in a while. I was upset because the reviews made it like the coffee was good and it was average if anything. The banana bread was awful, nobody could even eat.

We got to go and was easy. The food was delicious. My husband had spicy chicken and I had kids meal. Both were so fresh and a nice amount of food. I got a scone and it was just a little sweet and light. For a huge chocolate lover, I really liked it as something different. We will return.

One of the newest, if not the newest coffee houses in the area. Service was fast and friendly. The coffee was very good. The wrap was excellent! Get the spicy sauce to put on it. The setting is clean and well spaced out.

Beautiful space and delicious coffee. I had the avocado toast and was very happy with it. Staff is friendly; however, none of the baristas were wearing masks which is very concerning at this stage in TN. I wish they would follow CDC guidelines to do their part in keeping the public and their own employees safe.

Awesome coffee house in a nice space. Theyve plenty of seating inside for more relaxed days, and get you in and out pretty quick with their drive through for busy days when you need a pick me up. I stopped by to study and stayed several hours - its a pretty good study spot or meet up place.I ordered the Avocado toast, hot macha latte, and hubby had their vanilla cappuccino.The avocado toast was fresh and filling. Only thing it missed was a little salt - an easy fix. The hot matcha latte instantly brought a smile to my face. It had the perfect balance of sweet and creamy and warmed me from the inside out ~ just how I like my macha lattes.The vanilla cappuccino comes in 1 size (small) and was unsweet, despite the added vanilla. The coffee was smooth, not bitter, but lacked sweetness and that hint of vanilla. Not a bad drink, just not our cup of joe (haha).The staff were all very kind and generous with their smiles and laughter. The interior and exterior are very clean and well kept. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and will definitely be back!

So I went one day and it was amazing. Their service was a little slow but it was so worth it! Definitely try their lemon energy bites, also, if you’re not a coffee fan, try the cinnamon roll steamer. It’s amazing!
