My husband and I had a wonderful experience dining in here. The staff was very laid back and accommodating to anything we needed, despite the large rush of people coming in less than an hour before closing.I overheard one of the staff mention that earlier in the day someone bought them out of all their biscuits which set them very behind in their orders. I really appreciate how hard everyone worked to stay on top of things and keep their customers happy. As we finished our meal, a lady who I can only assume is the manager came to our table, thanked us for being patient, and offered us anything else we needed.10/10 will dine here again when we return to Chattanooga! Thank you Maple Street for making my first experience in this beautiful city so positive, and on my one year wedding anniversary too!

We ate here both mornings of our trip over Labor Day weekend, probably would have a done a third if we stayed an extra night. The food was outstanding and enjoyed by the whole family. We timed it just right both times and arrived before it got too crowded. Food this good takes time and lines will form out the door, its worth the wait though. Besides the food, the coffee was great as well.

My husband loved his biscuit breakfast. I had a waffle which was pretty good. I also ordered a capucchino which was pretty bad. Maybe I have been spoiled when it comes to fancy coffees. There was also only one girl working the drinks, so drinks took a while to get out to customers. Instead of asking for your name, theybaddress you by your dream vacation. That was neat.

So so. I had only been to the newer location over at Hamilton Place before and that was always amazing. The food was good, but maybe its not great to do an online order? I ordered extra whipped cream for daughters waffle and it barely had any and it was supposed to come with some already. My five and dime didnt include any of the gravy which was disappointing. The quality of what we got was great, but it felt incomplete and thus disappointing.

This place is the best for breakfast! I love their specialty biscuit menu, but you can get normal feel-good foods anytime. The fare is very tasty and comes in large portions. The coffee is a pretty mild blend, so if youre looking for super strong, you may not find that here. It is very nice and smooth, however. I personally prefer eating on the patio out front, but they have plenty of space available for inside seating in the industrial-style dining room. One of my favorite things about this place is how they call you when your order is up. They usually ask you a fun pop culture question when you place your order so they can call you up when its ready (instead of using your name). I think the question changes from day to day, but when we were there the question was what TV show would you like to live in?. Its just a really cute way to stand out. I love it. Another thing that stood out to me was the little sign they had at the register that said something along the lines of we do not accept tips because we believe in serving customers with the utmost hospitality. Wow! How refreshing! And every employee we interacted with was super friendly - they really deserved tips! We will definitely be back to this establishment!

I feel so bad after seeing all the good reviews but have to add mine. We were going to eat in there this morning but had to cut our trip short so just ordered takeout. One review stated they ordered the extreme sausage and biscuits indicating it would be enough for both. I did the same, got one biscuit, one egg that I thought was a tissue laying in there, and a container of gravy. Definitely not enought for two and whoever made it put so much pepper in the gravy, we could not eat it. Now I must say the coffee was great. So just a word of caution

Creative biscuit creations in a friendly, welcoming environment. In-house roasted coffee. All the food is absolutely sublime. The biscuits are large and fluffy, the fried chicken is crunchy and juicy, and the sausage gravy is creamy with the right amount of spicy. Plus, their cute, creative touches are what make Maple Street a neat place to visit. Instead of asking for your name for the order, they ask the question of the day. On our most recent visit, it was “who would narrate your life?” (If you’re wondering, my answer was Travis McElroy.)Also, be courteous and observe the community guidelines: Only grab a table once you’ve placed your order. In other words, don’t save a table.

Recently took a trip to TN for a little couples/parents getaway & while there, the husband & I scouted for different restaurants to eat at. We were looking to steer clear of the cliché chain restaurants, so I did some research. Now, mind you, no one told us about this awesome place prior to visiting TN, but we were so glad to have found it nonetheless! We located Maple Street Biscuit in what appeared to be the Downtown District of Chattanooga, we had no issue finding reasonable parking. Once inside, the decor had a brick industrial, open concept feel, which I adored. The greeter immediately engaged us in convo & provided us a menu. I dont know if we were just that famished or just shocked at the options, but we couldnt decide on any one dish to eat! We asked for suggestions & received great feedback based on local popular picks & we were NOT disappointed! Every single item was dee-lish & well priced! Utensils, napkins, condiments & beverages were self-serve within reason (due to COVID beverage refills required new containers each go-round.) It was self-seating, but spaced appropriately. I posted our experience on our social media & quickly found out that I had been missing out on Maple Street! Nothing but great comments followed. Not anymore though! We returned home to our state & realized we were only minutes away from one! Im sold! My newest breakfast, brunch & just because spot now.

The last few to-go orders have been a let down from the usual quality and service I have received at this location since it’s opening. Biscuits & hashbrown cakes were all over cooked/burnt (the biscuits dark brown and chewy on the edges & the hashbrowns with lots of black areas), missing one fried egg, & poor customer service from the cashiers.. No response when I let them know I was there for a to-go order- walked away to check on the order (I assume) returned to the front and continued making lattes without following up with me. Order was supposed to be ‘available’ @ 12:40- I arrived at 12:45 left with our order at 1:10.. Parking is sparse so I parked a little creative thinking I would be in and out, only to wait nearly half an hour over the time I was given on my web order receipt. I could tell 2 other people were becoming more impatient than myself while waiting for their to go order so I don’t feel that I just had bad luck today. The wait is one thing but the quality is not acceptable when I’ve spent ~40$ on simple breakfast items for 2 & a child.

I think it is absolutely ridiculous. I’m sure they turned off mobile ordering to prevent them from getting backed up. I have heard about/read reviews about the to go ordering being an issue but I have never personally experienced it myself until today. I don’t plan on coming back or ordering again.
