I took my galaxy s9 to get the screen replaced Monday evening. They had to order the screen, but they still had my phone repaired by 2pm on Tuesday!! If I could I wouldnt even give a 1 star. My a regional phone screen was stolen from me while I only ask them to fix a black screen that appeared on my iPhone X. The company initially told me it would be $160 to fix a black screen. My phone would still appear to be working the screen was just black. I agreed to the price and left it there to be fixed.45 minutes later I go in to retrieve it. The employee then say its no longer a $160 fix. My iPhone recognition no longer works and that would be a $250 job. I declined and told them I to give me my phone I will take it elsewhere. I then took to simplapple to get fixed. They asked have I been to any other tech to have it fixed on I told them yes Ispecial. They had shown me that my phone was opened and my screen was stolen because the apple logo wasnt on the back of my screen. I was livid. Not only they didnt do what I asked but they also took advantage of me. NOW MY PHONE IS CLASSIFIED AS REFURBISHED. THANK GOD APPLE FIXED IT AT NO CHARGE DUE TO THE FACT I HAD BEEN EXPLOITED!PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE save your money.

Very happy with my experience! Needed the back camera lens on my iPhone XR replaced and the team was very helpful and fixed my phone in less than an hour (even during the lunch rush). It was only about $50, while another shop in town was going to charge me $130 for the same work.

I had my main camera, my camera glass and my stylus replaced today. They quoted me an hour but it only took 45 minutes or so, the over all experience was fantastic. No place in east tennessee had what I needed, let alone the same color I needed...fast, relatively inexpensive, skilled service here. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a fast fix.

This has got to be the worst place to get your phone repaired in Chattanooga. They put a aftermarket screen on my galaxy note 3 That was bigger than the normal screen so I couldn’t even get a case for it and also the screen went black a week later and they said it was my fault. I didn’t get a refund or a new screen 👎🏾

I spoke with a male representative via phone who sounded young. He requested for the model to inquire if I can make a pay by phone deposit since a different representative name Mark had provided me a quote about a week ago to replace cracked screens for two Moto G5S Plus XT1803 phones. Although the conversation lasted two minutes and 59 seconds, his comment while waiting on the model was he does not have all day for me. When I inquired if I could speak to his manager, he stated that he is the manager. Afterwards I asked for his name and to speak with the owner, his response was he is the manager and owner. Then he disconnected me. I called the location in Dalton, GA and spoke with Dan who handles escalations. He indicated an account will be created for me, note that I may stop by for repair, and research on who I spoke with today. Based on my poor experience, I hope the company reiterates to their employees that prospect customers should not be treated in this manner.

This is a truly awful place to have a phone repairedI went in with a broken screen and after they fixed it the charging port was broken as well as the screen protector. They charged me 350$ and completely failed at the repair mission. Horrible customer service and an inability to produce results. Do not go to this business

Paul is great! I dropped off my shattered screen 6s+ on my lunch break and was able to pick it up the same day after I got off from work. Oh! And not only did he fix my screen my battery was replaced, a privacy screen was added along with a new STURDY phone case to prevent future mishaps!If you are on the fence about this company get off, head in and get the professional care your deserve!

I visited iSpecialize in June 2017 because I had dropped and shattered my iPhone 6s. I was happy to find a place that would fix my phone in a quick amount of time and at a good price. In September 2017 my iPhone was in a bag that had been sat down a little too hard so I decide to visit iSpecialize for the second time. This time I was given a 10% discount for being a returning customer.Two weeks after getting my phone fixed for the second time I was walking through a store as I look down to make a call I noticed my phone was cracked again. It had not been dropped, banged up against anything in a harsh manner, it had been in my hand the whole time. This 3rd time I knew that the result of my phone being cracked was not my fault and that there must be an issue with the sub standard glass that they used to repair it two weeks ago.The next day I took my phone in to see iSpecialize to see if they would stand behind their product and repair my phone at no charge. Again, not dropping or banging my phone seemed to be a product issue and not carelessness on my part.Upon arriving at iSpecialize the person behind the desk listened to how their glass had broken and seemed to have a very non caring and rude and condescending attitude. The rude worker called the owner to explain the situation and the owner said that they could not stand behind their product and we would have to pay for another repair.I would not be writing this review if I did not feel as though the situation was handled very poorly by the company and that they were not confident enough to stand behind their product. iSpecialize has now lost a lifelong customer and I recommend to anyone to not use this company.

This has got to be the worst place to go and have your phone repaired I took two of my phones in two have repaired one for water and the for cracked screen . No one called or left a message regarding my phones in the three day that they were there so I called the guy I talked to was rude and disrespectful ! He hung up on me when I inquired about my phones on top of that refuse to tell me about my phone unless I came In the store !! When I arrived at the store one of the three men told me the my only one phones was ready and that they still needed parts for the phone that was water damaged! I ask for the diagnostic results and they couldnt tell me what they was repairing so I asked for my phone back ... Upon paying for the repair since my phone was did they had to charge it before I left the store so I went next door to buy something cold to drink. However when I returned to the store to get my phone to make sure it works before leaving hes say now the screen is no good and it will be two more days!!! At this point Im livid so I asked for a refund and the return of my phone! They refused to refund my money until they removed the new screen that didnt work and asked me to come back in an hour... Upon receiving my phone they gave it back and the parts wasnt put back the way I brought it to them ... He claims to refund my money but it isnt a pending return to my account.!! So now I will have to put a lean on them for my money and the headache.. pictures are below.. DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR PHONES GUYS THEY ARE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF BIG TIME AND OVER CHARGING ! Today is now 01/27/2021 I STILL HAVENT RECEIVED MY REFUND BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE HERE THEY ARE FRAUDS!!!!

Amazing service!! I am a nurse and became frantic when my phone stopped working on a Sunday morning. Went to Sprint and they referred me to this company. In less than 2 hours I was given a replacement phone!! My personal phone was repaired in 48 hours. Gary and Alton were SO helpful and walked me through reactivating my old phone. So reasonable!! I brought my phone to the store at about 5:45pm, approximately an hour before closing. The guy (wish I knew his name) said he had 3 phones before mine, so I may would have to retrieve my phone the next morning. He went on to try to have it done by 7:20, the latest he could stay (Amazing Customer Service). Although I was totally fine with that, he called me to pick up my phone at 7pm! My phone looks, and works, amazingly. I have an iPhone 6+, Gold. I also appreciate the Student Discount. My total came from about $136 to $122! I appreciate you guys, and Go Mocs!!

This place repaired my Htc one m7 battery and thats not easy job. Took it in and couple days later went and picked it up only to see battery almost empty so I took home and charged it up and then it didnt turn on so I took it back and guy fixed it said the battery connector was loose on new battery. Also give 30 day warranty on work and was best price I could find in this area I will be going back here if need be. Hard working honest guys

Brought in an HP Envy X360 that was freezing non stop to get repaired. Had to call several times to get any updates and after 3 days they told me that the desk worker never recorded the password I told him, so nothing had been done whatsoever. After another 2 days I finally get an update as to what their advanced technician could do. His solution was to do a simple factory reset that is easily done at home and would charge me $120 for it. Otherwise it would cost me $70 just to get my laptop back, which they had for almost a week now with zero progress. Essentially, these people took my laptop did close to nothing with it for a week and charged me $70 for it. Poor customer and laptop service. Would not recommend whatsoever. An absolutely ridiculous ripoff.
