5 stars for the product. minus 5 stars for customer service. We purchase a Snapfon ezTWO3G on October 1st 2016 for my mother who is residing in an extended care facility in another state. The new phone was a replacement for a Snapfon based an a message from ATT that her current phone would not be supported after December. After we had the current phone sent to us for a SIM card change into the new phone it turned out, that information turned out to be erroneous an that the old phone would still work on the ATT network. I called the Snapfon contact number on December 28th to determine how I could return the unneeded and unused phone. I was told by the customer (dis-)service representative that SeniorTech LLC. would not accept a return . When I inquired why I was told that it was their policy to not accept returns after the 30 Day 100% Money Back Risk-Free Guarantee! even though the phone was unused, not activated and in the original packaging. I am appalled that the management of a company would allow such an inflexible policy to be implemented. Based on my experience I can calculate the value of a lost customer and a great deal of ill-will to be exactly $88.45 (which includes shipping). We donated the phone to the Palmer Alaska Veterans and Senior Citizens Center. At least some good will derive from our bitter experience.
