I have to report my terrible experience with this business. Hayden was awful with communication and customer service. I was not informed on how much the service would cost, and still received a broken and damaged phone. I have now since had to order a new phone because they caused internal damage underneath the screen. Very unprofessional and uncomfortable environment. Would never recommend this business to anyone STAY CLEAR!
