Sleep Number associates were quick to help but not overbearing. Very knowledgeable of the product and helpful to answer many questions.
We did our research on different types of beds and concluded that the sleep number was what we wanted to check into. Zach helped us look at several models and took as much time as we needed. Leaning what our numbers were and feeling the difference in the different models we made a choice we hope will be the one for us. Do far so good on our experience with this store.
If I could have given them negative stars I would have. This was by far one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I purchased two queen sized mattresses along with headboards and bedding. When they came, the delivery guys informed me that they could not get the one purchased for upstairs up the staircase. I was given the choice of downgrading to a queen bed that did not have a adjustable base or paying double to upgrade to a king. Needless to say, I requested a refund. Getting the mattress, base, remote, and headboard brackets went smoothly, but I was told that a supervisor would have to handle the headboard refund. The supervisor proceeded to inform me that headboards are non- refundable (even though said headboard never left the delivery truck) and that I signed an agreement at the point of sale stating this. She then told me that if I would go ahead and upgrade to a king bed that they could upgrade to a king headboard as well (so... this tells me that they can provide a refund if they choose to do so). I spent over $12,000 with this company and they could not even do me the courtesy of providing a full refund. Now I am stuck with a headboard and no bed. I will never do business with Sleep Number again and I will not recommend anyone else to either. So much for trying to retain customers and have repeat business.

Our experience at this location was great! Shane taught us a lot about these mattresses. He was very knowledgeable. We got the iLE Limited Edition in King plus 2 pillows, 2 sheet sets & mattress protector and cool cell cover for my husbands side of bed.
Mr. Shane Weaver is a awesome sale guy!!! Straight forward, honest, caring employee. We came in to purchase a mattress and Mr. Weaver shown us our sleep number and explained how the bed would offer us a more comfortable sleep. Thank you sir for the time you spent with us and look forward to purchasing our new bed in the future.
We purchased a bed and adjustable base on 4/13/21 from the Chattanooga, TN store and put $500 cash down and financed the remaining at 0% interest. We were told it would be delivered on 5/19. This is where the trouble begins. Called customer service on 5/18 to see approximately what time they planned to come. I was informed delivery date had been changed to 5/21. This was done without notification. 5/20 was texted that delivery was between 3pm-7pm. On 5/21 I got a call around 1pm that our delivery needed to be rescheduled to Monday 5/24! Called customer service was assured that my delivery would be on 5/24 between 8:30am-12:30pm . Next I got a text on 5/22 that delivery was set for Monday 5/24 between 12pm-12pm.? Yes you read those times correctly ( it didnt make sense to me either!) So we waited and waited and waited still no delivery. We get a call at 12:15pm on Monday 5/24 explaining the delivery had been moved to 6/9!!! Now we have wasted a total of 3 days of promised delivery and still no matress! We are done! Called and canceled our order and was told the $500 would be returned via check. We went to the store and were told refunds are done by check. Funny I gave them $500 cash at time of sale but they want me to wait on a check!!? Lets hope they send the check faster than the matress.

Really unhappy with the service here. They made us feel that they open transparency about the 100 night trail, but it was not explained about the MANATORY 30 night stay. Or even that they wouldnt refund your frame, just the mattress itself. The bed is just not for us, we dont like it. We shouldnt be punished for trying to return it within 30 days or not giving us a full refund. Had we known all of this we wouldnt have tried it.
Kristina was very knowledgeable and professional. We were not rushed. Every bed and series of beds were explained to us. She gave us time to decide and talk about what we wanted. We were very pleased with our experience. There was a LOT of people in the store and her time management couldnt have Ben any better. We look forward to many great nights sleep on our new P6 split king. Thanks Kristina for a great start!

The sales person was very friendly. She taught us all about the Sleep Number beds. It could have been mistaken as being pushy but really she was just trying to educate us into a sale. After doing her job to educate us on different mattresses and letting us try them out she did get into pricing. She ran down the pricing for the different beds and told us about the sale going on but stopped short of being pushy. All in all, a good shopping experience that didnt end up in a buying experience at this point.
Charul at Hamilton place is our sleep expert and she was very patient and knowledgeable. She tried every way to help us to understand how much the sleep number would help with my back and with my husbands neck problems. We went there 3 times and each time she treated us so good and now we are the proud owner of the Split King i8 360 Smart Bed with a beautiful stone linen headboard and many other accessories. Thank you Charul for being so patient with us 😁
The salesperson was wonderful but the delivery of the mattress was a total disaster! They called us the day before and said they would be delivering the mattress at 6 the next day and they called us on the day of delivery and said they didnt have the foam to make the mattress, we cancelled the order right then. If were going to have trouble getting the mattress delivered we were afraid we would have problems with service on the products! Customer service is everything or at least it is to me! Apparently it is not to them!

I was owner operator and Did Excellent Job for this Company for over a year which is Basically Sleep Number Beds! I would Advise to stay away from this company.They Treat you like Employee and will try and STEAL your Money!!!!!!! The Only way out is to HOLD Freight for Services Rendered!!!!! I had 2 men QUIT which I couldn’t help and was Hiring 2 more but this Company doesn’t care. The Boss Justin likes to talk to Women like they are DOGS!!!!I have been successfully doing home Deliveries for over 25 years and this Company will WORK you as if u are a SLAVE!!!!!!God Forbid if Something happens to you or Truck or anyone that works for you. XOGISTIX Doesn’t Care!!!!!Plus from Day one when I started I was worried about going in to Business with People that Pay you with a WIRE Transfer(Very Scary and Expensive since every bank charges 15 per wireThis Company is Shady!!!!!You have been Warned!!!!Also Forgot to Add XOGISTIX/Sleep Number Promised every Team member who watched Video and took Test that they would Receive 50 Dollars Each which was another LIE.A Business that LIES all the time!!!!!!Updated as of May 2019So they Finally Paid me Some of the MoneySo I gave them Extra star.I’m still short about 1,000 Dollars
Sales and delivery were great. Service is terrible. Installer did not attach mattress to base on one side of our split king. Noticed mattress slipping off base a few days later, and was told a service tech couldnt get out to us until 11 days later! Hopefully we won t have any problems making the bed unusable, since their service respose is so terrible. Would expect better with the high cost of their products.

Went to inquire about their sale . Salesman was condescending. Finally told us cheapest would be 4k plusAnd over 4k for frame!! He went to look if they had any beds from Last year. Byt then turned to tell me. He was not going to waste his time . Would rate them zero stars if possible!! Avoid the store in Hamilton Mall Chattanooga !!
I love your bed I got to lay on it for 2 hrs and it release my pain completely and I was really hurting about a 6 on a pain scale I cant believe it was so great
