The salesman/representative from Ferguson Plumbing Supply was very helpful, patient, thorough and understanding. He found the part that I needed. Lowes nor Home Depot could not find the part I needed, but both sold me a part that didnt work.

Incredibly rude and very snobby. I would not shop here ever for anything. We have recently purchased a very nice house and we’re interested in purchasing new appliances. They could have not been any more unfriendly and unkind. My money will be spent elsewhere.

They have readily available supplies but they won’t even cut a 20 ft pipe into pieces. Lowe’s or Home Depot cut wood, pipes and others for free. This is the only thing I didn’t like. One guy did help me hold it while I was cutting it with my saw.

When I went here I was very impressed with the inventory. Found exactly what I needed and they said if they didn’t have it they would have ordered it or helped me find it! The last place just said I can’t help you and don’t know where you could find it. These guys will be my first choice from now on. Thank you.

Tried to call to get store hrs for holiday emergency job after the guy tells me they wont be open procedes to say I dont give a damn what you got going on as he hung up the phone....unprofessional if you ask me plus they never have my water heaters in on time still waiting for the 3rd week for one water heater....you guys are lames williams is better

They are closed on Saturdays. The store hours is incorrect.

Refused to sell a part to me because I am not a licensed contractor.Thats just forcing people to call a service for no reason, and if I do have to call someone, I will specifically ask them to not buy the parts here.
