Poor Customer Service. We bought a LG refrigerator through Siano. The delivery team broke the refrigerator trying to get it into the house. The Regional manager Chris was furious at my husband because he wanted us to keep the the refrigerator at our home until they could get someone out to fix it and my husband said no he couldn’t accept the appliance since it was broke. They would need to fix it and bring it back. Chris became rude and belligerent and said I”ll tell you what since you don’t trust me then I will just give your money back. Talking with Mr Siano who was a little better to deal with. But this has left a bitter taste in my mouth. Don’t want to ever use them again. I’m sure they have certain people that they treat poorly. But one thing I know is money is green and I don’t have to spend it at Siano. NEVER AGAIN.
They lie every time you talk to them. They will take your money and not provide products promised. They will tell you they will call back and never do. They will talk down to you and cut you off. There are no redeeming qualities in this company.
Siano holds the extended warranties for all of my appliances in my new house. Every time Ive had to call them (once for the dishwasher, presently for the refrigerator) theyve been less than helpful, and have told me to call other people to service my appliances who then in turn have no idea about the warranty, and it turns into a complete nightmare of having to transfer from department to department, provide additional documentation, call back at a later time, etc. What should be one phone call to set up a service appointment, always turns into an hours long ordeal. Once the warranties expire on my appliances, I will never do business with Siano again.
They do not honor their warranties
Stopped in the other day to outfit our new kitchen with high-end equipment. They carry most high-end manufacturers and had a fair number of them on display. The problem was that no one that worked there could bother to come out of their office to help us. We did ask one of them a question and they answered it, but stayed in their office staring at their computer. You would think that if someone comes in to buy $20,000 worth of appliances, you could take a few minutes to sell it to them. Needless to say we did not buy anything and will not be from them.
Bought a double oven Samsung NV51K777ODS from Siano Appliance in 2018 cost $2500:00 plus INS $250:00 plus Delivery $50:00 Extended Warranty $309:99 Total with Tax $3403:25 had some one come out needed a new door with in the first year and thay replaced it. Now in 2020 the oven is rusting called the NSI Protection Plus plan and thay said as it dose not affect the quality of the food when cooking we were not insured for the rust so Disappointed will buy from Lowes or Home Depot next time and will not buy a Samsung appliance ever again

We have a 5 month old refrigerator and have several service calls and were told after 3 service calls we should get a new refrigerator BUT no one calls back or emails. The service is horrible, go to Lowe’s or Home Depot you will do better
Not customer friendly. Do not take care of customers. Would go somewhere else.
Although at first the repair process was slower than I liked, repairman Joe explained that the repair section of the company was in its infancy and they were just working out the kinks. Joe communicated with me, and found the part for my dishwasher that was no longer being manufactured! He fit me in at the end of his long day, which I very much appreciated. I will definitely call Siano for Joe again.
They sold me a Samsung appliance package. Really sold me on the refrigerator, swearing up and down it was the best thing ever. And I fell for it. It worked for a little over a year, and then everything fell apart. I’ve been dealing with Samsung, for over six months on this Family Hub refrigerator.There’s been a national recall in a class action lawsuit against Samsung on these refrigerators. Make sure you read consumer reports,Before you go in there if you do. Kind of hard to trust these guys after this experience
I contacted Siano to repair my Speed Queen washer at the end of July. They arrived the following week, charged $100 service call, and said that they needed a part that was no longer available. Before the repairman left, he had received a call that the part was available and would be in 3-5 business days. Two week later I called them to find that the part was on back order. In another two weeks, I called them and they gave me the name of the part supplier used. I called the supplier, gave them the part number and he had a part in stock that he could send. I called Siano back, told them I found the part. I had already been told that the part was guaranteed for a year if they supplied it, but if i supplied there was no guarantee. So they, while I was on the phone, ordered the part. I did not hear back from them. In the mean time, I called another repair company, told them the situation, and they called back within an hour suggesting that I purchase a new washer as the part was no longer made. I purchased a washer and had it installed. TEN WEEKS LATER, Siano called and said that my part was in. That was the first call that they had initiated since July. It is October.So long story short, no communication, no follow up, no promises kept, and I am out $100 for NOTHING.
We purchased a Jennair Refrigerator from Siano at a great price. Don was extremely helpful to our needs and we had an excellent buying experience. The refrigerator was delivered on time with professional installation. The installers were very careful and detailed oriented. These guys have won my future business. GREAT JOB!
My wife and I just completed a new home off the grid in North Hamilton County, Sale Creek, TN, and purchased all of our appliances through Don Learn at Siano Appliances. Don provided excellent service through both the purchase and installation process. Two appliances were damaged in the delivery process and Don personally ensured that we received new replacements. We are delighted with his support.
Very friendly and helpful staff. They have a nice selection, showroom and competitive prices. Didnt end up purchasing from them, but will definitely consider it in the future!
We purchased a full line of appliances from Siano Appliances for our kitchen reno and had the greatest experience. Don Learn was a great person to work with, he took the time to explain even the details we did not think to ask. The installation & delivery crew were fantastic, especially Ethan the installer... so polite and efficient...I would most definitely recommend the Chattanooga branch for Siano Appliances. Customer service is terrible. They took over Chattanooga appliances. I am very unhappy with this company. I have been waiting for a Technician to return to my house to fix my drain pump motor and they have been stringing me along since 5/29/2018. I COULD HAVE ACCEPTED ANOTHER COMPANIES OFFER TO FIX IT, but now I owe for a service call, that I cant have fulfilled.
We purchased a top of the line kitchen suite from them and delivery was a fiasco. They severed utility service to our in-law-suite and started screaming at us when the cabinetry we had built to their specifications wouldn’t fit the appliances! Now they aren’t returning my emails!
Don and his team at Siano Appliances are great. They are very willing to work with you, and have very high quality appliances.
