So happy we decided to stop in here! We had been to several other chain furniture stores and never found a sofa that we liked. Not only did Phillips have more options but also better prices with delivery the following week! Everyone from the salesman to the delivery men were wonderful to work with.

I needed good, inexpensive furniture and the salesman Aaron spent a great deal of time with my wife and I making sure we were happy. He didnt give us the hard sell either. He was great.

I wish I would have gotten the name of the gentleman that helped me out. Gave me a great price for a sectional and beat the delivery time by months of other furniture companies. Definitely will be back!

My husband and I just moved to the area, and needed new living room furniture. We decided to check out Phillips first. We fell in love with a sectional sofa they had. We put a deposit down on it. When we went a week later to finish paying for it, we asked when they could deliver. They were able to THAT DAY! The couch is seriously so comfortable, and very high quality. I would have expected it to cost at least double what they charged for it. If youre looking for quality furniture, at low prices, you HAVE to shop here. You wont be disappointed.

Good in-store/phone customer service and got a great deal on a couch. Asked the delivery guys politely if they would wear masks when entering our house, and they adamantly refused, stating they were happy to just return the couch to the warehouse or leave it in the driveway...didn’t realize it was such an inconvenience for them to wear a mask for 30 seconds for a customer

I just moved from Houston and heard about this store through the marketplace on FB and I’m glad I did. Great selection and quality and some of the friendliest and kindest people you’ll ever meet. I didn’t feel pressured or bugged like the larger chain department stores. I’m very satisfied with my purchases and grateful for their understanding in a small mix up.

It was easy to make a purchase today. No pressure when we walked in and were able to look at all the inventory. Most places start talking to you when you walk in and try to guide you to items when really you just want to look and compare. It was a quick trip and when we were ready to purchase the worker was very friendly and helpful.

Extremely friendly and helpful service. I believe the guys name I was speaking to was Eric. Our furniture was not in store when we wanted to purchase it, however when he ordered it he did forewarn me that it would take awhile since it was the 4th of July holiday. When the furniture came in he called me immediately and then the next day assisted me while putting it in our vehicle. The prices are great, the furniture is pretty good and overall we are very satisfied with the service here.

I really enjoyed buying from them, very easy and not pushy like your retail stores always in your face. They didn’t mind me coming in numerous times to look and I have referred family and friends.

If I could give a 0 I would! Just because your staff is nice doesn’t mean you should screw over your customers! Bought a chair for $599 opted to have my delivery put in financing $85, plus (and here’s what I’m talking about!)Taxes of $32.65. I got an invoice which was very detailed! Even had my ottoman listed with the price but not purchasing today! It had my payments on monthly from their new credit company Acima (this place is shady, very very shady). Once I got my contract I questioned why my payment were $146.00 vs $129.79 I was told?!? On Acima’s end they were adding taxes, which was clearly was added to my invoice. Angie actually agreed with me, until her Sales Rep. at Acima convinced her that she’d be making,ore money by screwing me over! That chair should have been $684 in total plus the only fee to Acima in 90 days should have been their $52.65 fee which I ended up paying an extra $10 for because Acima does NOT run your card as a Point of Sale they will and did run my card as a wire transfer! Buying this chair from Philips after it being the 4th item my family has bought, one just a week prior was the horrible experience with a furniture company! Beware of their credit, it isn’t legit!
