My 1st time at Charlotte Premium Outlet.$$..... $$$....$$$$🤑👀👀👀👀👀👀👀This shopping Mall is a combination of Southpark and Carolina Place Mall ! They have EVeRYthinG!!!!!!!!All high in Brands!!! Really.....no need to go to any other Mall..👍🏾👌🏾I enjoyed strolling through their village like streets. Reminds me of Europe .Will definitely BE BACK❤❤❤❤❤

This place is AWESOME!! Its huge, so many outlets in one area!! My husband and I will be bringing all our guests here! We loved all the shops we visited! We will go back often!The parking lot was PACKED when we arrived today (Saturday). It did take awhile to get a spot, but to be honest, wherever you park, youll be near an entrance (unless you are looking for a particular outlet.)This place feels like a little central village area as you walk around. Its cozy and comfy. There are people of all ages who are here. Theres a shop of some sort for everyone!!There are deals to be had, take a look online to see if your fav shop has deals for the day youll be there. Some shops are only allowing a specific quantity of people inside because there were so many folks who wanted to get inside their shops this afternoon (for example, Adidas, NIKE etc) - Im unsure but this may be considered a black Friday weekend as the last time I was here, there were many people but no lineups for any stores.Brought my hubby here for the first time!! He needed a smaller size jean, and we went to his fav Levis shop!! PS he got a good deal!!Highly recommended!!!

It was decent. It was VERY hot when we went. GREAT LOCATION. Friendly associates at every store I went into. I found what I was looking for. The lines are too long and people were standing outside in the heat to get inside at some places.

Pleasant walk around shopping area (some covered, some open). Lots of shops. Adequate. parking.

Nice outlets with nice selections. Bathrooms are well kept, but the food court leaves a lot to be desired. It’s hugely lacking. Only 3 options. Hopefully they pick it up and add other eateries

We had a good trip right up until we went to get something to eat and use the restroom. The food choices are dismal with two that are closed. The bathroom was covered in pee and the vending machines were sold out.Good thing there are other options right down the street.

I visited these outlets while on vacation and I must say it was a very pleasant experience. The stores were very clean. Covid practices were being utilized. Everything was nice. They have plenty of parking. They offer a lot of different stores to find what you are looking for. They offer a food court, and restrooms in case you need one. The price vary by store but have plenty of stock. Overall worth a trip if you are looking for a good deal.

I love this outlet mall! Its clean and beautiful, with lots of bathrooms. Masks are still required in most stores.

Beautiful outlet mall with many options! I enjoyed shopping at the Kate Spade store, which seems to have deals often. Today, almost everything in store was 75% off! We were also able to visit the Swarovski store and grab snacks from Starbucks and Auntie Annes. Definitely worth the visit!

Absolutely fantastic!! Great house salad with wonderful homemade italian dressing. Pizza was great. Had the small with pineapple and chicken. Yummy. Wife had a salad with grilled chicken with homemade vinaigrette balsamic dressing. She loved it. We will be back!!!❤❤🍕 🍕👍👍

Sitting here on a Monday morning waiting for stores to open at 11:00 AM. Can’t believe how filthy everything is! Seating area’s look like they haven’t been cleaned in months. Chair arms are sticky with dirt and residue buildup. Litter is everywhere. The store owners and customers at Charlotte Premium Outlets deserve better!

Best of everything at low prices and good deals. Place is clean compared to amount of foot traffic.

Beautiful outside Outlet. Clean well groomed grounds. Plenty of great stores with great prices. I brought items I could not resist. I am going back to shop and bringing family to enjoy the atmosphere.

This was my first time shopping here and it was great having so many stores to choose from with out the usual Mall environment. Most were offering decent discounts. The best time to go is earlier in the day to beat the crowds and not have to hunt for parking.

So it was Saturday, we went there to check out about prices, we wanted to buy from adidas, michal kors and Calvin Klein. But there was no Calvin Klein outlet and on the adidas we could not even enter in the store because there was a very long line and long wait to enter in the store so we couldn’t get in because we was in a hurry. So I also didn’t buy from michal kors because there was nothing as beautiful as I wanted but it was a good day and we did a lot fun 🤩

I like this mall. It has different stores for woman, man, and kids.

Employees in the Ralph Lauren store were friendly and helpful. They greet you as soon as you walk in. The store is very clean.

They still have line entry to some stores. I can always fine what I need here.

Love all the stores here and how friendly everyone is! Definitely a great place to bring your family and you get to enjoy the weather at the same time.

I visited during the week and I was very happy to feel not crowded. No long lines, wasnt ready to leave when my special transportation showed up to take me home. Definitely will be going back again during the week.

Really enjoy this mall the set up and selection of stores is every nice . I enjoy going when I’m down just to feel the vibe of all the people shopping and enjoying life .

Nice little outlet mall. I had to come here to get a new suitcase since my wifes wheel feel off while we were traveling. We went to the Samsonite store and got what we needed. From what I saw, they had a lot of good stores I would go too if I had the time. There wasnt a crazy amount of people there which was fine with me. I didnt see food options besides a taco truck in front and sweet treats along the way. Discounts were good so Im gonna rock with it.

I absolutely love this place. Most of the stores dont sell things for full price. I picked out a 75$ pair of shoes the other day and got them for 37$!

The service was good. A lot of stores closed early so depending on where you need to shop you may want to call first. I can say Ive found better deals.

It is alright but I have been to better outlets. Most stores have the same stuff online and the only advantage of actually trying stuff on, due to COVID-19 is not available. Over the weekend is really busy, have to wait for Nike, Under Armor, Adidas, Aeoro 10-15 min to get in. Food court is small with inflated prices but there is nice seating outside, with plenty of free tables even on the weekend.

It was a nice complex with lovely around. Although most shops are closed but the ones opened are welcoming.

I was there for the small business pop up shops. But it is a really nice outlet. The only negative that I experienced was the odor in the food court. But I will return to shop again.

I used to love coming here on Sunday mornings when they opened at 10 because it wasn’t too busy. Covid changed that, which was to be expected. Now that things are back to normal, this place isn’t. They open at 10 again, but a lot of stores have their own special hours. Some open at 10, some 11 and some at 12. Signs on store doors also show some close early. Hopefully this review saves some people a trip out there early. Call your stores first to check their hours or just go later in the day.

The shopping center is great!Tonnes of stores that vary in product offering, so its not just clothes.The setup of the stores is awesome. You park on the outside and walk in the interior of the plaza where all the stores are.Its partially covered but technically outdoors.Theres also an indoor food court.

Nice outlet mall with plenty of shops and dining options. Best to visit during sunny or overcast days since youll be walking outside, which I really like. Amenities are clean and well maintained.

Great for outdoor shopping if you dont want to shop indoors... ( Enjoy until Fall/ Winter).

They have everything at good prices. I just got some Jordans at the Nike outlet, some shirts at Hot Topic, and a Fossil watch at the Fossil outlet. Love them all. Ill be back

Its an outlet mall. Sometimes you can find better deals here than Concord Mills.. the food court has 3 restaurants which is really sad wish there was more.. if your looking to eat somewhere if say look outside the mall. Theyve really built it up with tons of restaurants!

It’s your typical outlet mall but surrounded by some great restaurants and seems to be in a good safe area. Will return when back in Charlotte.

One of my favorite outlets in Charlotte. They have most of the stores that you may want go to, but a few more are needed( i.e. Timberland) etc. A few stores are gone(Wilson and others) but some have come as well like Columbia so still a good destination. The real problem there is the food court, the worst one that Ive been to for such a good shopping location.

Beautiful and clean outlets. Great selection of stores and extremely friendly staff. Love the deals they had going today including Reebok with buy one get one free, Asic with buy one get one 80% off, New York and Company with 80% off clearance. I didnt have to ask the staff for specials and they recommended it to me and how I could benefit most from them. They even have my favorite outlet, which is the beef jerky outlet that sells the salmon jerky. The staff was friendly and greeted us with a smile as we entered each store.

Love shopping there save slot of money on things there.

They need to clean up the effects of covid, sharpen the appearance, open the food court, and offer better deals

Best place to shop ever... Any time in Charlotte, all major brands are here at one place.. Can have huge varieties and choices to make.. have a nice shopping around along with good food options .. Also if you are lucky during the holidays,there will be huge discounts ☺️

Premium is the key word! Premium prices in addition to customer service, clean, maps readily available to aid in the customers ability to locate retailers. There were a few stores with legitimate sales on seasonal items. I found one store with nearly bare shelves, when I inquired with the staff, the response given was “ WE HAVE NEW BUYERS AND SUPPLIERS”, we’re selling out of all of our inventory so that we can renovate with a new look.” I further researched this company to find out what was really going on and found that the company was merging with another competitor located just a few stores down the strip. Fairly good shopping experience, ample parking, public restrooms were spacious and conveniently located. Impressive family restroom with a baby changing station, television, baby wipes and comfortable seating.

Doesnt have any designers like All Saints or Ted Baker.Poor selection for my liking.

Great place to go shopping.. or just to hand around.. its designed as several courts with fountains representing different natural habitats with slightly different designs and ambiance, the outlet itself is a made out of covered shopping streets, flanked by shops and and sprinkled with amenities, entertainment and sitting areas - it even has an outdoors fireplace and food trucks! You can check the complete list of brands (over 100) online, but to actually get an objective opinion - you have to go there and see it for yourself, and trust me - it totally worth it (and Im not even talking about the amazing deals and discounts from the factory stores and outlets)!

Always a good shopping experience in you’re in the area. If you’re a Veteran- most stores give you a discount. God bless America

This used to be a premium experience but the common areas level of filth, toilet paper all over floors, trash strewn with food on the ground is very close to a health department breakdown or outbreak. The spit gum on pavements left for months until it turns black (everywhere), strewn dirt onto the sidewalks, popcorn 🍿 all over the ground with grime at the popcorn booth is all a real shame for a once beautiful outlet mall. The fountain is broken and not working either.

This place looks nice and has good selection of stores. It just doesnt have good deals like a normal premium outlets usually has. I have been to many premium outlets, and this one doesnt live up to my expectation.

The young lady and young man there yesterday were very patient and helpful with me....you cant get this kind of help at a lot of places..

Plenty of store options! My favorite place is pop culture, its a japanese culture store! Recommend going there. Always go when I can!

I like this outlet and my mom and I usually come when Im in town. I was pleased with the cleanliness and mask wearing. Was sad to see the Lindt outlet gone on our visit today but there are still plenty of nice stores to visit.

Outlets are very clean and area is being built up again very nicely. New hotels, super cute for a day trip or overnight. Not a large outlet mall, but not the smallest either.

There is a nice parking structure. The stores are affordable. The entire place is well taken care of. Aside of shops there is food. They have the TRAVEL PRO outlet !

Sat Apr 3, 2021 ~ Im overall great experience. I did bypass some of the stores I wanted to visit because of the line. But I understand this because of the COVID and there are some restrictions. Although, the outlet hours on Saturday stated that theyre open till 9:00 pm, not all the individual stores are open to 9pm. Some did close at 7:00 p.m.

Not a bad place... if you look hard enough youll find some decent deals.

Always a fun place to stop and quickly shop if you’re in the Charlotte area. The main areas are always super clean, but it can definitely get a little crowded. Be prepared to avoid customers/people not following local ordinances and guidelines for safety during the pandemic but outside of that it’s always been - pleasant shopping experience.

Parking is usually nightmare. The spots are small and tight. Several closed stores at this location. No real places to get any food, however there are a couple snack stands and 2 or 3 low popular fast food places in the food court.

Good variety of shops. Dining area was full of smoke from food and some restaurants are still closed
