Wouldnt allow me in the store without a mask even though I have doctors orders that I cant wear one. Other than that, staff was fairly nice. I prefer the Hot Topic in Carolina Place, though. It has better selection, and I was welcome in the store.

The store was very organized and the staff was super friendly! I live on the other side of town but I definitely prefer to make the drive to this location.

If youve ever been to Hot Topic, then you know what youre getting and this one is no different. Staff always greets my family, and says bye when we leave and never buy anything. 5 stars all day.

Most of their selection is only online. The clothes were often all the same size and not the size you want.

They have a pretty good selection here. Theyre helpful and friendly and they even let you bring your dog! Highly recommend

Always super rude. There was a hat with half a sale sticker on it so we asked what the deal was. The guy scanned it and it didnt show up in the system. The other lady working made up some bs about it being an old sale despite the hat not being in the system. So it was full price. I go online today and they dont even sell it at hot topic anymore. I cant even buy this hat now because they lied. It was definitely supposed to be on sale.

Just walked in to the Hot Top here at the outlets. First associate was sitting on a display at front. She was talking to a customer but not even a hi. Went back to body jewelry, needed help. The other associate was helping a customer. So I stood and waited. I waited in eyesight of this associate. She turned, look me dead in the eye and then turned away. No “I’ll be with you in a minute. “ No acknowledgement what do ever. I work retail. I know about being busy. But I also know that you acknowledge your customers. Especially if you look them right in the eye and they’re obviously needing help. Walked out and the the first associate told me to have a nice day. Really?!? Done with that store. Must have new management because it didn’t use to be like that.

The manager was awesome in helping me find things related to Lilo and Stitch. He even retrieved a box from the back that was a surprise box with lots of goodies in it. He pointed out every promo that was going on and made sure that I found everything I needed to partake in the sales.

My daughter loves this place! She got some Pusheen the Cat and Totoro shirts, and beanies. They had a great deal that day, buy 2 get 1 free item, and spend $30 and get a $15 voucher. So we got 1 free item and the guy gave us 2 $15-vouchers, which is awesome!!!

Hottopic need to stop shrinking their store there is hardly anything to look at, almost like they only want you to shop online anymore. The staff knows it and shows it no one wants to be in there.
