Ive always used big market stores such as Lowes, Home Depot, Northern Tools, for my uses. I was never satisfied with my products. I decided to go ahead to get myself a Stihl MS170 Chainsaw. After reviewing local dealers, I found Faulk Brothers Turf Supplies was only 1.5 Miles away from my house. I decided to stop by this little convenient hardware store. Walked in, and noticed a very informative environment from the staffs. One of the staff walked up to me shortly after I was looking at the Stihl chainsaws. The staff answered all of my questions and gave me tips and tricks about the product. Most importantly, the transaction was made fairly easy and pleasantly. What bought my service was when the staff member filled up the Stihl MS170 that I justed purchased, with topped off gasoline and oil. It was at that moment, I realized, this has always been the shop Ive been looking for. This shop is definitely a one stop shop for those in need of great and easy service.

The guys here didnt have the part we needed for the mower, but he ordered it and had it ready in a few days.

I recently purchased a lawn vacuum/chipper from Home Depot. IT COST OVER $1300! The manufacturer is Agri-Fab. Thats also another story but I digress. I started having a problem with the throttle control on the lawn vacuum engine. After a few phone calls to Home Depot and Agri-Fab I was referred to Faulk Brothers on Orr Rd, an AUTHORIZED Briggs and Stratton repair shop. A gentleman by the name of GERALD answered the phone. I explained to him that I recently purchased the machine and Agri-Fab referred me to Faulk Brothers for the repair. Before I could even get the words out of my mouth he said they ONLY REPAIR COMMERCIAL EQUIPMENT and referred me to another company, Lay of The Land. I called them. They wanted me to bring it in. Im a partially disabled veteran and the machine weighs over 350 lbs.I called Home Depot back and explained my problem. I WAS NOT A HAPPY CAMPER! I told them Id find a way to bring it back.Long story short, I wasnt A BIG LANDSCAPE COMPANY SO GERALD DIDNT WANT TO BRING HIS LAZY BUTT OUT TO LOOK AT IT.I will say the next day he called AFTER Agri-Fab called him. He said hed send someone out. I told him he must have lied to me the day before because Im not a COMMERCIAL customer! Told him Id figure something out and not to worry about it.Beware when you deal with Faulk Brothers. Especially, if youre THE LITTLE GUY!

This place has been around forever, there is good reason for that. Anytime I need a part for any of my small engine equipment (string trimmer, chain saw, blower) these guys have it in stock or can order it for me. The prices are reasonable, the products are top of the line and the customer service is impeccable. I usually deal with a guy named Andy. All who work there are fine.

My husband and I had evacuated to Charlotte from Hilton Head, Sc during Hurricane Matthew. Before beginning our trip back to the island we needed to buy a chainsaw to manage all of the fallen trees around our home. The gentlemen at Faulk Brothers were more than kind to us not only helping us find a chainsaw, but fueling and oiling the chainsaw, gifting us extra oil, fuel, and ear plugs, testing the chainsaw and providing my husband with a tutorial so we were ready to go once we arrived home. Their kindness is why I always try to shop through small businesses, excellent customer service. Thank you, your kindness was much appreciated during a very stressful and uncertain time for us.

Always friendly and honest... they wont blow smoke up your butt and tell you they can do things they cant. Busy people and so they my be short and sweet with conversation but always good to the customer!

Have been to Faulk Brothers many times for work on mower and been satisfied in the past. This time I waited 6 weeks for 30 minutes of work on mower. Called multiple times each time I was told they would look into it and call back. Never got any calls back. Unacceptable wait time and even worse ability to communicate.

I took my Still blower in to Flauk Brothers that I ve had for 20 years. It needed the carburetor cleaned, and a new filter. A few days later, they got my blower sounding like a brand new one for under 38 dollars. Every time I go there I get the same excellent service. Fair, and honest people.

Not only are their prices better than the big box stores, more importantly, their customer service is absolutely amazing. They take the time to truly understand what you need from lawn care to the hardware you need to support

Called in on Monday to order parts, was told they should be in in a few days...called again on Saturday morning and was told they have it. Drove 45 min and then most arrogant kid told me they haven’t been ordered in the first place. He was more concerned about getting into a fight with me then acknowledging they made a mistake. The kid even followed me to the car trying to pick a fight...worst customer service ever

The guy responded, We dont sell wheels here and that I probably need to go somewhere else to find a wheel. Thats the reason I called you fella. It wasnt even the wheel, it was the wheel UNIT. Faulk Brothers has been around for ages - and always has delivered for me. Whether a difficult nut or bolt to find, a special order for an item they dont carry or a small engine repair - they are attentive, responsive and fairly priced. A gem!
