I was unable to get anyone to mow the 5 acres behind my house!It was too steep they would say.Marty from STI came out to my place and brought his Ventrac 4500. He said it was no problem and proceeded to show me how the Ventrac with 8 wheels and all wheel drive could go up and down or side to side while cutting down the grass which was then 4 feet tall.I was sold. I bought a Ventrac 4500 with the 72 inch flail mower attachment.I have mowed 4 times so far this summer and my neglected field is now like a golf course. I get compliments from the neighbors. I am so pleased with the machine, the service and the results.Thanks Marty from STI and Ventrac!

City counter is really slow.Matt and Frank do an excellent job at counter but the order pullers in back are quite slow.Frank and Matt used to be able to help pull orders to expedite but apparently that is not allowed now.Ive been waiting 20 minutes since the bell was rung for a small order. Still waiting..
