Worst customer experience I have had for a while. The woman inside acts very demeaning towards customers. I was honestly shocked how she treated me. Also was not aware they let you get 3 scoops but smash them all together in a weird mess.

The staff was extremely SLOW and RUDE. With the varient on the rise there was no sanitization of tables or ANY social distancing, the man behind me sneezing and coughing all over me while in line waiting.. Amber definitely made a skimpy small shake just because I didnt want whipped cream and only a cherry.

One of my favorite spots. It’s nice to have unlimited mix ins and not need to pay extra for it, and the rewards are a nice perk. Keep it up!!

Great flavor choices. I had the waffle cone cup with coconut ice cream. I also bought the pre-pack strawberry cheesecake ice cream. Phenomenal. They also had a special Buy 2 quarts, get one free. I don’t know if it’s all the time or just the weekend. I will definitely go back

Loved the ice cream. Currently they dont have waffle cone ice cream. However waffle is available in cups. So waffle lovers are not disappointed. We tried double dark chocolate ice cream. It was yummy. I recommend anyone to go and get those taste bud satisfied.

I’ve always been a marble slab fan 😭🙌🏾 there vanilla is the best, okay costumer service. But if you want really good ice cream i recommend it here!

Great place! We love to sit by the water fountain and eat our yummy ice cream. It is also in a perfect location so you could go and get food before some ice cream!

Great ice cream! One thing though, has anyone else experienced their phone interruptions of static? Please get a new phone/cord so your customers don’t have to hang up to save their ears. Delicious ice cream and excellent service!!! My husband got the brownie sundae with cookies and cream ice cream and I had cheesecake ice cream with fresh strawberries and oreos....so good!!! A must try ice cream shop better than cold stone!

Absolutely delighted with our first visit here at Marble Slab Creamery. Similar to Coldstone with their how-you-want-it options. However I will say, I prefer this place over your normal Coldstone. Much more topping to chose from. Several different style waffle cone choices. They also offer ice cream cakes and options for your doggie. The lobby was clean and the staff was friendly. We were also served within 20 seconds of walking in. Plan on returning to this gem! Kudos!

Ice cream cake was meh... Over priced for the quality imo. Clerk on the phone was a little snooty when she asked me what color icing I wanted on my cake. I said white, one of the options she gave. She then laughs and makes a comment that you wont see the white icing on the cake. Why offer it to me as an option then? So then I get the cake, its covered in white whipped cream that is a completely different color and can be seen on my cake. So I couldve gotten the color I wanted the whole time?!Anyway, I wouldnt get a cake from here, stick to the scoops.

The service here was very quick, but the ice cream was nothing special. I added gummy bears into my ice cream which turned out to be a horrible choice as they were rock solid.

Marble Slab Creamery is absolutely amazing!!! It is a must visit for all. They even have sugar free and fat free options. Their toppings are in neatly covered canisters instead of most shops that have toppings open to germs, etc. The staff was professional and kind. The strawberries were fresh and the cake that I had added to my treat was totally wonderful! I highly recommend trying the homemade sweet cream. The experience was indescribable.

What used to be a fun place to go to, is now very discriminatory. I was told to leave the store even though I, as a citizen, had every right to be there. They violated both constitutional law and federal law by telling me to leave. I wouldnt suggest this place to anyone. Its a discrimination station!!

Very friendly staff! We went for the first time and they explained the process and how it works, and even provided some suggestions for good flavor combinations. We took our dog and she got her first doggy cone. Such a sweet place- would definitely recommend!

Ice cream was good, but it melted so fast even before being put in the cone. I watched as the young lady was mixing the candy in it and it was too pliable as if it wasnt staying cold very well. Before we left the store it was melting down the side of the cups that were given to us to hold it in. The ice cream in the bottom of my cone was more melted than the ice cream on top when I got to my car and scraped the top of into the cup. I found that to be strange.

Dont bother ordering here through Postmates... Decided to hang up on us after being no help at all to alternative ice creams flavors since one of the flavors we ordered they were out, and the order would have been completely wrong since the employee couldnt read back the proper order in the first place. Of course with it being too close to 9pm, cant make a new order since they cancelled the order. So...again dont bother using this location especially if its at night, because the staff is very unhelpful and will most likely hang up on you.

Great place. Great ambience. Loved sitting outside by the fountains on a warm night. The ice cream was great. I cant eat dairy so the watermelon sorbet was good with toppings. The place reminded me of coldstone creamery. It was a little pricey, but not too bad for the area.

Ice cream is amazing! I was never asked if I was apart of the rewards program that I had no idea about. I learned from them asking everyone else after me. However; I do appreciate the military discount.

I do not recommend this location! To start, this evening a friend of mine and I went here to get some ice cream. There was one lady in front of us when we entered and only one person helping directly behind the counter. Mind you there were 5 to 6 other people behind the counter doing other things. So we waited for about 4 minutes. Amazingly once the lady starts checking out and two other people come up behind us everyone directly behind the counter starts to assist! Why did they make us wait for for that period of time when all of them were capable of helping while the customer in front of us could not seem to make up her mind. On top of that to get a medium milkshake with just vanilla and chocolate ice cream was $7.24! That is ridiculous. The only good thing about this place is its location. We will not be back.

Awesome ice creams at the Marble slab creamery. Our family has become a big fan of the marble slab creamery off late. The ambience is good, and thy have a lot of variety of ice creams as well as the toppings. Coconut flavoured ice cream is my all time fav here. A cool place to hang out during summer time.

I dont eat dairy but the sorbet is delicious. My family had the cheesecake and banana pudding flavors and seemed to really enjoy them. Also, it is very clean. They even have a cute area to enjoy your cold treat in!

Fiance and child seemed to like the ice cream. My experience was a less favorable one. I got the cookie dough majestic milkshake. I think the team member assisting me forgot the shake part. What I recieved was 3 parts whip cream 1 part milk. I dont know if anyone has ever had cookie dough flavored milk before... but I dont recommend it.Anyway, was my first time there, but dont see myself going back. Maybe it just isnt for me.

Visit here last Wednesday after chipotle next door. I was so excited too see one. Walk in the young man was very nice and respectful. Help us get what we wanted. Me and my son enjoy the banana split the best one ever. Stop in they have homemade icecream and do their cones and waffle bowls. Will be going back for sure. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Stopped here for a late night crazing for Ice cream. I went with the Peanut butter Chocolate milkshake. The kid was very helpful he even had me taste two different chocolates for my milkshake. It was very good not the best Ive ever had but far above average. Prices werent too bad but not cheap either.

Would not even give it one star. Teenage staff was annoyed that we walked in at 8:15 as they were cleaning up a for 9pm close. I had a buy 1 get 1 free club reward from Marble Mail . We were told the app is not working and they refused my reward. I told them I do not have the app and I did not download the app. I received the reward for joining their email club, But she still refused even the manager refused to help. I have been at other establishments with similar experiences and they have honored the buy 1 get 1 free at that time. Terrible customer service we will never be back!! Cold Stone is consistently friendly and customer service oriented!!

The ice cream was great but I think they might be violating health codes and the service was sloppy. First, none of the help is wearing gloves while handling food and this includes getting your cone from a rack. No one is wearing a uniform of any kind and for the post part the street clothes they are wearing are soiled. For all I know they could have been wearing them all day before going to work. I went last evening 8/12/19. They were busy. After I got my order I waited at register to pay. I waited at least 6 minutes and no one paid attention. I had to ask someone to help me. Now to be clear there were 3 people working. One girl disappeared in the back and never returned. Another young msn in a stripped shirt came from the back, proceeded to help himself to ice cream and then served customers with the spoon in his mouth. The entire operation looked sloppy and unprofessional.

I’m hoping i just went on a bad day but I think something has changed. Icecream doesn’t taste the same, serving size was much smaller and cookies & cream and peanut butter cup had an after taste. I suspect they have a new owner who has substituted generic ingredients in order to make a larger profit. If i’m Right, i’m out! I’d rather pay more at cold stone for real ingredients

The ice cream was really amazing and tasty, the employees were very friendly and happy to assist, the wait wasnt that bad, almost 15 minutes till we got serviced, but the huge selection of waffle cones, ice cream, coffee, cakes and toppings will make you forget about everything. Not a lot of space inside to sit, but there are tables right outside the store, I would recommend this place for sure

Went to make a trip hoping to get some ice cream. Still standing in the store as I write my review after ten to fifteen minutes of waiting.UPDATE, after I was just about to walk out, THREE people walk out from the back. Three people? I was waiting for about 20 minutes. And they had three employees. That is ridiculous.

They rushed me into getting the wrong flavor and the cone tasted like cardboard. It wasnt even busy and they were rushing and pushing you to order. Also 20$+ for three

Walked in an hour before closing, four high school age workers just stared at us from behind the counter and didn’t say anything. One of the workers who made the milkshake didn’t put everything that was supposed to come with it. Nobody was wearing gloves, and they were all sweeping and mopping around and ignoring us. Very bad customer service, should have a manager up front with the workers.

Really nice spot. Will definitely have to be back when I am in area again. I had the snickerdoodle in a cup. They made the snickerdoodle by combining ingredients on cold slab right in front of you (so cool) and you get to pick toppings that you would like. I didnt have phone so I didnt take pic but Ill upload one during my next trip

Strawberry Shortcake Majestic shake may daughter had, she loved. My choc swiss and banana puddin ice cream was very creamy. Waffle bowl too hard, going towards stale. They had way too many made and ready.

Butter pecan + caramel macchiato + pecans + caramel will change your life!

Shake is too runny, just flavored milk, not frozen at all. Waffle bowl has no flavor and is rock hard. Given the location and other reviews I expected better.

The flavors are great. The young people serving are a little lax, but the treats are worth it.

Honestly not sure my take on this place considering the lack of customer service.The young lady who waited on my sister and I looked as if her face was going to crack if she smiled no greeting and minimal conversation.Not sure if it was us who she had a problem with or if she treats certain customers a certain way like i dont know it was just a weird awkward feeling being in there.I asked what does she recommend since it was our first time there she said she didnt know it just depends...what a great answer.So my sister ordered then I ordered however neither one of our orders looked anything like the pictures displayed.Seems like she didnt want us in there because she kind of just slapped our orders together.Their was no line so she really had no reason to not execute our order as shown on the picture.However the ice cream itself was tasty just lacked the amout of toppings shown in the picture because she was rushing.Still yet i loved the flavors and the concept was cool.Well worth the price.I spent 13bucks for my sister and I and they also had a cute selection of cones to chose from I thought that was pretty neat.Overall not the experiance i was hoping especially when I drove from Tega Cay just to try it.We have ice cream places here in Tega Cay just thought Id try a new place.oh well.

The ice cream had a good flavor, but was a melted sloppy mess when they gave it to me. I couldnt even enjoy my ice cream bc it was running down my waffle cone and dripping everywhere and instead of trying to eat it with a spoon, I should have had a straw. It wasnt just my ice cream that was like that. My boyfriends and everyone else I saw get ice cream, got a melted sloppy mess in a cone too. The place was also filthy, had dirty napkins and broken cones on the floor. Ive never been more disappointed in an ice cream shop and truly feel I wasted my $13. Ill never go back.

Busy as hell but always delicious

Ive ate here on a couple of occasions, and the ice cream is all right. Ive had their sundaes, and the more traditional ice cream waffle cone. The ice cream itself is quite nice --its not too sweet, though maybe not sweet enough --hmm, that doesnt sound right, but it is what it is...I think its somewhat overpriced for what you get, even compared to other locations similar to this. Id say my favorite thing about this place has to be its location. You can grab your ice cream, then site around the beautiful outdoor area of Stonecrest while the kids run around burning off the sugar they just consumed.I will get ice cream from here again; however, thats simply because of its great location. If there was a Cold Stone or Baskin-Robins next door, Id probably go there first.
