I would like a manager to contact me regarding today’s experience. Extremely disappointing. There is a sign stating if you don’t receive a receipt for your purchase it will be free of charge so we’ll see if they honor posted signage.

I could not tell you one good thing with my experience when i bought my ring, they dont sell every size first of all. Im a 6.5 and I had to buy a size 7 which was big, so I went and had it resized at a jewelry store and when I got the ring back it turned black and my finger was green. When I call pandora they said that they couldnt do anything and didnt feel the need to tell me that it would turn if I had it resized. I will never be shopping here again!!!

Just bummed out at my experience. I spent $170 plus tax. I got no bag, no box, no receipt. I went in days later to request a receipt. I couldnt get one. I was very excited to get my first Pandora piece. In fact, I have several hundred s more on my wish list but my experience was not pampering, glam and it didnt feel like a treat. I dont get the draw that I see and hear on social media.

If I could give negative stars, I would.I purchased nearly $300 worth of Pandora product on Nov. 30th 2016 as I was traveling trough the airport. This was to be a Christmas gift for my wife. The day after Christmas, I went to a local pandora store in my home town to return the items and receive a refund. I was told that they would only exchange and in order to receive a refund, I would have to travel back to the Charlotte airport and return at the location it was purchased. To say the least, I was extremely frustrated, but it didnt seem to matter to the store manager. So, once the holidays ended, I booked a flight back to Charlotte to return the product. Today, I walk in the Charlotte store and am told by the store manager that I am 6 days outside of their 30 day return policy and the only thing they can offer is an exchange. I explained to her that I tried to return the product within the 30 day window, but was told I needed a plane ticket in order to that. Again, customer service was non existent.I have purchased many items from Pandora in the past few years, but I would encourage no one to do business with this company. I just cant imagine how common sense couldnt be considered at any point throughout this entire transaction. I am not going to accept this, and will be contacting their corporate office along with the Better Business Bureau.

Stay as far away from this franchise location as you can. I will never buy another item at this location and will stick with Jared or a corporate store.

I will change my review if customer service here changes, but so far every time Ive called (during open hours of course) it just rings and rings or I get disconnected (like someone picks up and hangs up the phone.) Its very frustrating when you are trying to call about a specific product. I understand this is an airport location, and not anyone can walk in from town to make a purchase, so they may prefer not to take phone calls. But they need to understand that some people do work at the airport and have airport access, and would like to know if a certain item is in stock before driving over on their day off. So frustrating. According to everyone else the service here is terrible, and I cant even claim differently because no one will answer the phone. Answer your phone please!

Terrible Customer Service. I walked in to this Pandora store between my flights. 100% intention of buying a charm from my recent trip. When I asked the women if she could tell me how much was on my gift card, she said I would have to call the 800#, like you would, to find out. I kept walking, and they lost a sale.

Horrible customer service. Horrible. I went in to purchase my daughter some Christmas gifts between fights and purchased over $400 of product from them. I asked that each charm and other items I bought be put in separate boxs. I got home and all the charms were in one box none of them wrapped. Go to any jewelry store and they gladly wrap all items. This place is horrible the lady helping pressured me then acted like she needed me to hurry what I could understand from her anyway. The price was also very high comparrd to the local jewler I have purchased them from in the past. If you want to purchase Pandora charms or product do it at a local jewler that carries them dont do it here.

I’d give it five stars but only for Jamila. She was on her own tonight and worked patiently with each person until her very rude and unpleasant colleague appeared(maybe on a break?). 5 stars for Jamila who offered recommendations and a lovely smile. Her colleague was a different story. While Jamila was ringing up a customer, her colleague asked an airport employee if he needed assistance, overlooking me. Then she walked right by me and didn’t even offer to help/acknowledge me. Jamila apologized for her colleagues lack of professionalism and spent about 30 minutes helping me pick out several pieces. I think the guy said he was looking around bc he knew I’d been waiting for a while. Jamila made my experience pleasant but the other employee should not be employed at a place where she’s required to interact with people. Just a thought!
