Please explain to me how this extra flat toilet seat looking or bed pan looking (choose one) imposter of a pumpkin spice donut is supposed to be worth eating? I swear if I did not live in Harrisburg I would drive this sad excuse for a donut back tomorrow. I will not be back and will be contacting someone about this. Its criminal.

Normally this Krispy Kreme is on point. Great doughnuts and coffee. Today however left something to be desired. We walked in and it was busy. We got our doughnuts fast, it was the check out that was holding everything up. We got to the register and asked for 2 coffees and 2 hot chocolates. Thomas the assistant manager said “oh lawd I can’t make coffees”. He asked three others if they could make the coffees and no one knew how. He walked around telling everyone he can’t make it and when he did people brought them back. How he needed a vacation. A small woman came in and he was “ooo you came in at the right time!” She made the coffees and they are very good. I’m so glad she came in or we would still be waiting. The icing on top was some of our doughnuts were wrong. We bit in and it was creme instead of custard.

I came into this location on Saturday October 9, 2021. In the afternoon. I ca.e in with my Covid vaccine card to get my free donut. The staff was friendly. The store was clean. The donut was wonderful. This store needs more ventilation. The cooking oils smell is very strong & over wheming. When I left the parking lot I noticed a 9 foot clearance pole leaning over very close to cars as they drive through the drive through to get donuts at the pick up window. For the safety of people & cars I would highly recommend that this particular pole be properly fixed because someone is going to get hurt. Also this location is not properly listed on Yelp. The address is wrong on Yelp.

So happy they had the Halloween donuts that we’ve been trying to get! The rock hill location is constantly out of the seasonal donuts so we were so excited to see they had them at this location! They were also very quick at getting our mobile order ready and the donuts were yummy!!

There are so many flavors to choose from but you can’t go wrong with the original or the chocolate glazed. Great tasting donuts and amazing staff in a nice location. Will definitely be back.

Great place to go when you have that craving for #HotDonutsNow the Pineville location just needs to send their #HotDonuts light out like the other stores do. But the donuts were great. #KrispyKreme

Extremely rude staff - employees act like they didn’t want to be there. You’ll get a free order of eye rolling with the donuts you order. Employee that rang me didn’t know how to make drinks and made mistakes on the register. Worse was the manager who tried to explain donuts from belt were undercooked but didn’t stop his employees from serving them to customers. I then show him the donuts served to me from the conveyor belt - he then proceeds to say it wasn’t him that served it. I can relate with one of the reviewers here - the Indian Land location was much better.

My kids wanted some Krispy Kreme doughnuts after leaving the park so I obliged. I didnt see any deals but scanned my app anyway and of course git a great loyalty deal, buy 1 dozen get a dozen free. My kids their doughnuts and I got a great deal. Thats a win win in my.book.

They had the hot and outside on so we got them nice and fresh this time they stayed fresh longer it seems like maybe it was cause we took them to the beach

Youll almost always find me at a small local place, but I do love a Krispy Kreme donut. When they released their new caramel glazed donuts I needed to try them.Covid-19: this location has a drive thru which is awesome. I think you can order and pay online at all Krispy Kreme locations too. We did the drive thru.We got a box of three: cake batter, caramel glazed, and salted double caramel crunch.This was our first time trying all of these and they were all amazing. The cake batter is filled and is so good. We zapped the other two in the microwave and I think I liked both better than the original glazed (my previous favorite). The double salted caramel crunch was my overall favorite.I think I saw that the caramel ones are only available for a limited time, so get there soon!

Alot of staff with positive energy that were very inviting. Great new internal design with music and good lighting. You cant go wrong having a fresh original Krispy Kreme doughnut.

After waiting in line 40 minutes at 6pm. We get to the speaker at 6:40 and they say drive through is closed we have to come in and order!! We just pulled off!!

The drive-thru needs to be reviewed by Krispy Kreme, you should not take 20 plus minutes to go through a drive-thru for donuts. Theres got to be some but if else that actually prepares the food and the person who takes the money.

Great new location on hwy.51 between Pineville an Charlotte in former KFC location. Beautiful shop...donuts hot and ready. Good coffee. Nice patio. Stadium seating to watch donuts roll off the line. Yum.

I went this afternoon though the drive thru. The guy who took the order over the speaker was a bit rude. He had an attitude taking my order even huffed at me. Asked was that all you want. I had already clarified twice I wanted 2 single donuts & a strawberry chiller not a dozen. When I got to the window he was unfriendly and nasty. He snatched my card out of my hand and shoved my drink to me then my donuts. Even forgot to hand me back my card. I have Never had this type of customer service experience from any Krispy Kreme I’ve been too.

The employees were very friendly and it was super fast to get the donuts inside. However, we waited over 30 minutes for two coffees. It took someone else ordering and receiving their coffee for them to realize they forgot about ours. No one seemed to know how to make the coffees and no one wanted to help. I understand it’s a new store, but they obviously need some more training and organization. If i go back, it will only be for the donuts.

I ordered donuts for delivery. 2 boxes. Not a difficult order. Door Dash delivered one box. Yes, this could be a door dash issue. However, I have tried to contact the Krispy Kreme store because that is what Door Dash said I had to do. It is impossible to get through to Krispy Kreme. Ive been on hold for 30 minutes for the 2nd time around. Ive called the corporate number and was on hold and was never connected to a human. I have not been able to get the donuts, notlr a refund. I will never order from Krispy Kreme again.

OMG... best Krispy Kreme ever!!! I am known for be a Krispy Kreme fan for life and have been to many locations in the southeast... this new spot is now my “go-to” for the perfect donut!! We got an assorted dozen and all 12 looked and tasted amazing... just the way you would want them to!!! 🍩🍩

This is recently opened in Pineville, Charlotte. They have drive thru, dine in and to-go. Looking bright and fresh. From evening 5-9 and morning until 10 I guess, they serve hot original glaze donuts. Oh man! I love it. I lost interest in other donuts after trying the hot donuts. Good to see the preparation happening in front of us. Fresh donuts. Loved it👍🏻

The donuts are amazing! Granted I’ve only had the original glaze, but still amazing. Now that young guy during the day shift in the drive through? He seems to be in a state of confusion. The two times I’ve seen him he seemed to struggle. They may want to put someone else at the window.

I have been searching for a local “Krispy Kreme” in the Pineville-Matthews area since I discovered the other location in Gastonia, NC a few months ago. I wanted to find a location closer to my home.This location is fairly new. I asked one of the employees at the “drive-thru” how long have they been opened? He replied: “that they have been open for about 1 month”. They had my favorite donuts 🍩: strawberry glazed sprinkle and the original glazed “goodness”😍😍. They were fresh and warm. I had “zero” issues with my donuts. Unlike Dunkin who has there donuts baked through 3rd party vendors 🥺🥺and than shipped to there individual stores / franchises. The donuts at Krispy Kreme are made fresh.On top of this, My iced latte was packed with the flavor I am accustomed too. It was not watered down. Nor did it taste like “coffee bean” and iced water lol 😂.The employees I encountered provided exceptional customer service and were friendly and welcoming. From my observation, the exterior part of the building and parking lot areas were neat and clean.I definitely would recommend this location in Pineville-Matthews. Hence, my five-star rating. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Website does not work, phones are not being picked up at 11am, and a big order was about to be placed to be delivered for an event. This establishment lost a sale for that on 07/17/2021
