Absolutely the worst Krispy Kreme that Ive ever gone to. 1st experience overfilled donuts and order completely messed up, 2nd experience 12 original glaze all different sizes. I think a couple are the minis that they put on top of milkshakes.

5 Gold stars Goes to the tall guy with dreads!!! Great job!! We honestly almost left but this guy stops us in our tracks to make sure we left with what we came for! I asked the young man and lady at the front counter who by the way gave me a pretty bad attitude, about me asking about the game day dozen who then proceeded to tell me she couldn’t give it to me and I asked for a cinnamon latte I asked for a manage and a tall handsome guy with hair comes to the rescue smiling he was so sweet! He fixed our situation he even downloaded the requirements for us to be able to get the dozen. He made the perfect cinnamon latte for us which nobody apparently knew how to do it was amazing. We tried to give him a tip but he laughed and said I’m just doing my job you don’t have to tip me. I asked another sweet young lady jasmine about why the donuts were messing and the special donuts where perfectly made she stated and donut dipped any cake donuts and also the cinnamon rolls were all made by her supervisor the guy with dreads I forget his name but this need to go noticed great job

Slim man with blond hair is incredibly rude. I simply asked him to put a certain donut in the corner of the box because I’m sharing a dozen donuts with some coworkers and one of the fillings was for a particular employee. He told me, “Raspberry is red and lemon is yellow. Let’s go back to elementary school.”. I didn’t want to have to touch my coworker’s donut to tell which one it was. Moreover, that’s just a CRAZY response to such a simple request! If the company doesn’t pay you enough to be kind, maybe look into finding a different job doesn’t involve interacting with other human beings. Totally uncalled for. This happened 9/3/21 at around 1:15pm.

Krispy kreme donuts yum!Clean store with a great fresh assortment.Tried some fun flavors today, lemon, boston cream, choc glaze, maple. All good. Boston cream is not cream filled they use the sugar glaze and fill the inside. Its ok just not what I was expecting.

Drove 20 minutes to this location to get some donuts and the place closes at 10 PM, got there exactly at 9:57 PM, no one responded at the drive-through, knocked the door at 9:59pm, 2 dudes and a woman inside completely ignoring me like I’m not even exist, got back into my car and drove to the drive-through window, an extremely rude woman behind the window ignoring me and not responding to me at all, all I was saying was you cannot close the store before the business closing hours and you are supposed to serve your customers until the very last second of business hours because that’s what you’re paid for, Second dude walks to the window and shots it on my face! If Krispy Kreme keeps hiring people like this they will never succeed! Time and date incident happened as a reference to the manager for further investigation ! July/29/2021 9:57pm

Drove over 20 minutes because the Hot light was on and got cold donuts. The employees attitude are horrible . How this place is still open is a freaking mystery. Don’t waste your time with this location.

The donuts were amazing as always but the lady who helped me was amazing she had the most amazing attitude she was so upbeat and positive she put a smile on my face for the rest of the day!!!!

Donuts were amazing as always! Have loved Krispy Kreme my whole life. Got their Halloween decorated donuts and they were great. Did door dash so not sure about the customer arrived but the donuts were great!

The doughnuts and shake were Great for what I got . I went there during the time when the light was on for hot doughnuts and by the time I made to the window I was the fourth car and requested hot doughnuts the Cashier told Me there were no hot doughnuts left. I quest with the cars ahead of Me there were some complicated orders because of the time I waited in line .The cars I could see orders were not much at all . But just couldnt understand the longest of the wait . Wasnt many people in the store either. Had some one check to see . Got to be My turn cashier wasnt having a Great day . Her look and her tone was not good at all . I expressed to her that I hope her day gets better. She just looked at Me with a blane expression, like lady leave . When I checked my order like I always do before pulling off one of my doughnuts I ordered wasnt correct. I didnt want to bother her again but it was for someone else and I wanted them to have what they wanted . I manage to get her attention by waving and told her and she took her tool and took one out and went to the area bought back the correct doughnut putting it in and I said Thank You Sweetie, Sorry hope You have a Blessed day she looked at Me and nodded her head saying not one word and pulled the window closed the expression on her face was definitely not a pleasant or a good look . I couldnt believe what had happened I just pulled off thinking should I eat and give these doughnuts and milkshakes to My Family? I, Prayed for Us eating the doughnuts and milkshakes, and I Prayed that Cashier had a Better evening...and also Prayed the doughnuts were Delicious, they were..just went though a little to get what I needed...Maybe My next experience will be Better????

Most of the staff have bad attitudes! Mad faces like they hate the job its okay if they do but come on it makes the experience bad for the customers. At least act like you like it when customers are there!

Me and my daughter went out just to get donuts. We were in line for 18 mins. Two workers came out of the back of the building and took trash to dumpster. There was 11 mins and no one in line but us! No one answered the billboard and then we pulled up to window and everyone was hiding. Very disappointed in store, staff and management! A total waste of time!!!

Good service time and good product but friendliness is a zero. I said thank you after giving my order and after getting my order and both times I was just given dead silence. Whoever was working the order box and window at 6:30 p.m. today, which I believe was the same person, could use a lesson in manners.

Hot doughnut sign was on so of course I stop and I was a little disappointed because they werent even hot or warm.

Pumpkin spice glaze donuts are the best!

The glazed doughnuts were perfect. Melted in your mouth. So fresh! The young lady who was working the drive thru was very polite and my order was exactly what I asked for.

There are multiple KK locations around Charlotte, but this one is consistently the worst. Every time I’ve gone, there have been issues with my order—mainly that there is never filling in the filled donuts! First time it happened, figured was a fluke. Second time, when an entire dozen filled donuts never even had a hole, much less a drop of filling, I said I wouldn’t be back. This morning, though, driving right by, decided to try one last time—nope. No filling in 5 out of 6 of the cream-filled donuts, the 6th one had a quarter-sized drop in the very end. Add long wait time and unfriendly staff, and I will not be back.

Absolutely Fresh, moist, airy, and delicious! Me and my boyfriend were craving sweets last night, being from New York we rarely came across Krispy Kreme. We came here and got an assortment of donuts and they were so fresh ! Unlike dunkin donuts how at night or anytime after the morning rush they serve stale donuts! But we saw the workers in the back working really hard still putting out freshly made donuts! I will come here again and again! Get the sour cream cake donut ! You will not regret it!!

I’m going to have to give you a zero. When the doughnut shop runs a coupon for the weekend and runs out of doughnuts 4 hours before it closes!!!! DISAPPOINTING TO SAY THE least. Also the staff on duty Sunday night horrible attitudes and lack any customer service skills. Btw the store was filthy doughnuts and fillings covered the production floor. People were standing around in a daze wondering how do you run out?!!! We won’t be back... you just lost a long term loyal fan that blew a tire once when the hot doughnut sign popped on during my drive to work. Sad to see how bad that store was. Also allowing ppl to loiter causes some customers to have issues regarding their safety.

Gotta love Krispy Kreme, but I really wish they would carry Sour Cream doughnuts on a regular basis. They are my favorite and always disappointed not to be able to find them in store.

There is no way a business in the covid era should have a person who touches the money to also touch the food. She only changed one glove between customers and then touched her headset, the screen, cash box, hat, glasses, everything she touches without her gloves. Its just better not to see how the bees make the honey.

The best donuts in the world. Always have to stop in and get a dozen especially if the Hot Sign is on!! Man, they melt in your mouth and taste so delicious. If you havent tried their Hot Chocolate you are missing out. Stop in and check them out if you havent tried them yet.

Professionalism starts at the top. Morris who is a manager here severely lacks professionalism. I brought my donuts back because they were stale, I asked the cashier for my money back and she proceeded to get Morris. Morris hands me a receipt out the window and didn’t explain anything. I didn’t know if they were giving me cash back or returning it to the card? So after I looked at him, he proceeded to explain, as if I was inconveniencing him. I asked for his name and as I pulled away, Morris stared me down, as if he was trying to intimidate me!! He stared me down until I was out of his view!!I will never return to this location.

I use to go to this location quite often but it has grown extremely lazy the employees are disrespectful and uncustomer friendly the management is slopy and doesnt seem to care how this store operates after visiting this location the past few months i dtop going because of all the issues not to mention that they have the hotnready sign on but never have hot doughnuts available false advertising in order to get people to stop i live in cotswold nieghbor hood and will never go back to this location again ever

Got there just before the fresh run. Seems like the first several dozen donuts are a bit on the puny side. I think once the oil gets up to a consistent temp. the donuts tend to plump up a bit. Anyway, goooood eatin.

Ordered the new Oreo lovers and they sent me some stale assorted donuts this location out. And then wouldn’t answer the phone.

First visit to this little place and pleasantly surprised. Amiable, efficient staff and accurate with no mix-ups. Prices are on par for this area and the food arrived hot and tasty. Loved that we werent subjected to cold air blowing down on us and our food. Would definately recommend this restaurant and will likely go again when in the area. Clean, folksy, down home cooking with an old time atmosphere. I enjoyed the experience.

I didnt go through the drive-thru this time. It smells so good inside! The staff are always friendly, greeting you immediately. And they are so patient if youre thinking of trying something new. The doughnuts are always hot and fresh. The store is spotless, even the parking. Some staff were cleaning counters, all glass surfaces, doors, all wearing gloves, masks. The others waiting on customers or making the doughnuts were also gloved and masked. I felt secure knowing all safety protocols for COVID-19 are being implemented!

Donuts perfect. Employees obtuse. Customers should not have to put so much effort into buying a dozen ASSORTED donuts. Just give the customer whatever you have and stop insisting the customer specify donuts, most of which you do NOT have. Just give them what youve got and save everybody a lot of aggravation.

Took my younger brother whos never had Krispy Kreme, they gave him a fresh hot one and it was fantastic.

Love Krispy Kreme overall, but this location missed the mark.Donuts felt stale and dry. The ones that were filled had little to no filling.They make em look amazing on the commercials and then meh in real life.Disappointed

Slow slow slow, drive thru. Dont stop often, and the HOT light not on, so didnt expect hot donuts. But, they were cold...not room temp even. And different sizes?? Never seen the glazed have so many different sizes n the box. Cotswold location needs help!

Went to store for ordering, the person who was cleaning the tables with one small bucket and small sponge came to help with me with same gloves. Also after selecting donuts saw him scratching his body with same gloves. This happened on 25th July around 9 pm. Guys please be very careful. I am never going to visit this store again.

Been to Krispy Kreme many, many times—usually once a week, depending on specials. Always go to the one on Independence, as it’s closer to my house, but was driving past this KK on Sharon Amity yesterday and decided to try. First and last time. Service was fine, but donuts weren’t worth the money! Out of 6 custard-filled, I found one bite’s worth of custard in one of them—the rest were completely empty. I’ll post pics of the “hole” where cream was supposedly injected. Same for the raspberry-filled. The original glaze were all wonky—half were normal-sizes, half were noticeably smaller and thinner. If I’m going to diet, I’ll do it on my own accord, thank you—no need to cut my calories for me, especially when it comes to my donuts. Going to stick with the Independence shop from here on out, for sure.

90 minute wait in drive through line . Need staff outside to encourage guests to order + pay online to avoid the drive through line. Need staff outside to control the very long drive through line. Customers were cutting in line causing even more of a delay. No coffee available at 9 pm. Avoid this location!

I took a variety of fancy doughnuts and a dozen hit glazed to my wifes work and they loved them. The only person that doesnt love a hot glazed KK doughnut hasnt had had one.

I stopped by late at night to pick up donuts for me and a friend. I parked and went inside. Staff were very friendly and my order was filled quickly. As I was exiting I stopped to get some napkins and almost fell down, there was something slippery on the floor. The flooring is tile and I was grateful I didnt actually fall down as I was holding my order with both hands. Just be careful. Overall still a good visit. Donuts were super tasty and fresh. Ill definitely go back as it is closer than the mathews location.

Best store I have ever been to. There was an employee named Eric that was super helpful and friendly. They should definitely give him a raise because he made the experience just that much better.

Terrible communication. (1) No information provided at drive thru stating online orders had to be picked up inside, so ended up waiting in drive thru line only to be told to park and wait inside. (2) Zero customer interaction once inside. No one greeted customers. No information to customers of where to pickup. No one calling out ready made orders. No communication at all. Terrible customer experience. I will not be going back to this location.

If i could Ill give this place a zero!! I observe other than getting some delicious donuts. After seeing this one particular worker with long dirty nails without gloves on. I walked out! Its been other times I walked in and employees arent wearing gloves. So Im totally confused on why management is letting this occur underthere watch. This particular location has nasty floors to the tables are partially clean inside the business.Ive noticed waiting in line employees/managers giving out donuts for free to some random folks. I just go in to notice things and observe. Drive thru dont give you people the real action. This place is unprofessional and need better management/employees.

Yummy and warm donuts with lots of seasonal choices. The inside is clean and the staff are nice and helpful. They have sometimes gotten my order wrong in the drive thru but thats ok.
