Went in today to purchase a watch and spoke with Mike via email and over the phone before arriving. Once I arrived, I was greeted at the door, offered a drink, and we started discussing what I was looking for. After about 20-30 minutes, I learned that the watch I was looking at would look too small on my larger wrists and I began looking in to other watches. The entire time, Mike was able to provide plenty of useful information and was a genuine, nice person to deal with. Stopped in to have a prong repaired on my 20+ wedding ring and decided to replace the prong setting altogether based on conversation with the folks at Windsor- picked up in a few hours and it was gorgeous! Completely sparkles and brand new looking- again over 20 years old! So pleased we stopped in!

I can’t say enough nice things about my experience at Windsor. Everyone is incredibly welcoming and courteous. I’m new to buying higher end watches, and not once have I felt pressured to buy something I wasn’t quiet ready for. The buying experience has been made better by the fact that I can literally ask for any watch on display, and they afford me as much time with it as I like. I have made multiple visits to see the same pieces and the patience they show in explaining the details about the pieces, again without the pressure of buying, has been so good to experience. Came here to buy a rolex watch had money in hand. I was told by sales associate and manager put half the money down we will hold the watch till next week. I said I dont want to do that. I want to pay for the watch now and take it home. I was told we cannot do that because our inventory is low. What do you mean you wont sell me the watch! Im standing here with $12,000 ready to buy this watch. Probably because of my skin color. I will purchase my rolex somewhere else. You should not advertise you are a rolex dealer because you dont sell the watches.....Update to your response below it did happen and everything that you just stated is not true.I actually drove an hour away to another rolex dealer and purchased a rolex and walked out of the store with it on my arm, everything I said is true you can try to sugar coat it with a reply but at least people will know.

Windsor Jewelers is THE preeminent watch store of Charlotte. I wanted a new watch and found that Windsor had a great selection of luxury and moderately priced time pieces. There are no other stores with such a comprehensive collection from various brands. I visited all the mall stores where you see the same things at the same prices...and sales people who keep asking if they can wrap it up for me pushing the sale. Nothing like that at Windsor. They have first-rate and knowledgeable sales help, highly trained and competent service, and reasonable pricing on luxury and better brand watches. (Plus, they have an excellent selection of pre-worn watches and the new elastic watch bands too.) My thanks to Mike and Matt for their great and knowledgeable help.

Took some unworn watches here to see if I could trade up to something a bit nicer, and it ended up being one of the easiest and most painless shopping experiences Ive ever had.
