Pretty good place compared with the other units of the same franchise. Clean and friendly staff.The only odd thing is the restroom. Outdated and weird like a gas station one, but clean.

Walking Dead brought up Daryl mentioning frozen yogurt and I kind of want some later. Been forever. Sad to see Yoforia close down in Promenade and everywhere else. Glad TCBY is still open. Fro-yo is very rare these days.

Classy place. An employee parked right in front of the outside area with a big “F*ck Biden” (but not censored) and “Trump Won” stickers for everyone to see, including my kids. Plenty of other ice cream places around where I don’t have to deal with vulgar, trashy, delusional treasonous dribble. Rather not give my money to anyone actively supporting misinformation and insurrection. Hard pass.

I wish there were a couple more non-dairy options. However, I mixed limeade and pink lemonade non-dairy with strawberries, strawberry bobas, and a little bit of cheesecake. It was amazing!

Being your typical frozen yogurt chain 🍦, tcby attempts to serve a “healthier” alternative to ice cream. This tcby was clean and had many different flavors of frozen yogurts to choose from. In addition, there were endless options to choose for toppings. The only problem I had here was that the fudge was not hot sadly. 😖 Other than that, my experience here was great! Keep up the good work.

Its permanently 2010 in every TCBY. You walk in and Space Jam is playing on the speakers and text acronyms like brb and yolo are plastered all over the walls, while the air smells of the oddly familiar mix of plastic rubber ball pits and asbestos.

Tastes great, lots of options for vegans, gluten free, dairy free, and other healthy stuff like that. tons of toppings too, quick and easy to get. highly recommend

I used to love tcby. No more. They are getting crazy with their pricing .70 cents an ounce means a small cup of yogurt with one topping is $10 bucks. I can get 2 gallon of Moosetracks ice cream at the grocery store for that.

Went there this past Saturday and they were rude to me because first off I had to put my mask down for a second to unstick the gloves to begin with. I was going to put it back on but they didn’t give me time to do it. Their food is way overpriced. Will not purchase anything from there again.

They have great testing flavored yogurts, that are low in fat. The flavors get rotated on a consistent basis. However, the pricing is slightly expensive. It will cost about $10 for two people. The staff that usually works are very friendly and helpful. Ask for testing cups so you can try before you buy.

Ive been going to TCBY for probably 20 years now since my aunt owned one. That was before she got on crack and lost everything. White chocolate mousse frozo with cookie dough chunks is where its at!!!

Like this place a lot. Its a typical TCBY location various flavors and awesome toppings. This location has limited seating I inside and good amount outside. Can get pretty busy on warm nights but theyre extremely efficient and quick.Great parking up front and on side, helpful and friendly enough staff. Can be pricey though no more than a Menchies or like stores.

How can you not love tcby? Great yogurt, but its pay-by-the-ounce so be careful! If you fill up the small container it will cost you close to $10!!

Nice place and good staff. However, this place is pretty small, especially when you compare it to other frozen yogurt places. It becomes even worse when the place becomes busy, which it usually is due to its location.

Not so sweet ice cream but really flavorful. I love italian tartar flavor. Save money using the app and get the rewards.

Self Service. Nice flavors and varieties of toppings. The staff is really nice. Basically great place for frozen yogurt and gift cards are available too.

Disappointing. My kids love frozen yogurt but weve seen this location sliding downhill for several years now. We have other options close by and will be using those in the future. Some of the young employees there simply dont care and perhaps the franchise owner will see this post and try to salvage their business.

Finally a place with two inside tables.

Great for weight watchers

Terrible. No ice cream, dirty, no toppings, no sauces, trash overflowing in two places and I witnessed a mom and several kids come in and say they couldnt stay because it was so disgusting, and the 10-yr-old behind the counter just said ok with 2 hours left before closing time. Unacceptable and truly unbelievable.

Very pricey, every time Ive gone in had to eat outside. Unfortunately I have tried going several times always dirty and has a terrible smell. Im sorry to say I finally gave up.

Unprofessional, pathetic and deeply regressive behavior. We encountered a very rude, unfriendly and arrogant store manager when we visited the store on Monday, June 8th 2015 at about 930 PM. The store manager should get Customer Service 101 training ASAP and learn to treat his customers with minimal courtesy at the least. Very bad TCBY!

Mmmm, goodies. We go there with the whole family almost every day. Excellent assortment of ice cream with many additives. Recomend for everybody. There is no playground for children, its sad. Expensive.
