Waited 5 minutes at the speaker. Was greeted with a hello like I call a house phone. I proceeded to place my order. Then in the middle of my order. I was told the Manger said the ice cream part was close because the are low on ice cream. How are you going to be low on ice cream if you are a baskin Robbins. Bunch of lazy and rude people who dont want to work. How can run a business like that. I would give this place zero stars.

On four different occasions the family went this store for ice cream in the late afternoon or early evening. Each time we were told the ice cream station was closed. Really? We will never go back.

I went to get a smoothie, they didnt have anything to make any. So I ordered coffee instead.

Totally ridiculous, the store was supposed to be open until 10 pm I got there at 8:30 and there was no one there.. What kind of nonsense is this, the map clearly said open until 10, and no ones there..

No good service sucks no fresh donuts and ice cream not to much variety had to wait to long the girl that served me for got about us waited more than 30 min for my order.

I wish there was a zero star option for this place. Go to any other location besides the one on North Tryon if you want to be treated like an actual customer. If the employees dont want their jobs, I know a few people who would be more than happy to take theirr place.

If u dont have an item u need to take it off the door dash app until u get the right items

The 2 employees today, Sunday 6/14 were more concerned about talking about the customers in the drive thru and their fellow coworkers who weren’t there than to provide customer service.The cashier attempted to overcharge me for an item, until I politely mentioned it to her and she corrected herself. Had I not said anything she was going to charge me the more expensive price rather than the price suited to what I was given.

Worst customer service ever. I walked in and wasn’t even greeted or acknowledged for 10 minutes, then was told to go stand in the corner and the other worker could take my order( not at the counter). Well the other employee looked at me several times and never said a word. I then had to ask the first associate for her assistance and she became rude. Neither of them were interested in taking my word. I was so appalled that I began to record my experience. I had now been there about 15 minutes without placing an order. I was the only one in the store!!! The continued to take care of everyone who came through the drive-thru but not the person who was there first. I finally placed my order and heard the first associate tell the other one to let me wait. They sat my order down, proceeded to take the next 3 orders in the drive-thru, make those orders, deliver those orders, then sarcastically asked if I was ready to check out. In the meantime I watched my 2 scoops of icecream melt to mush. I left without my order. One of the employees was Natasia G.on 10/19/20 @ 3:30pm

Consistently get my order wrong. IDK why I keep giving them my business. Final straw was trying to place an order for a cake & was refused because he didnt feel like taking the order. No problem. Im totally done with this lame location.

Disgusting omg the worse! I bought a valentines day ice cream cake from there and it tasted like poison. I immediately started to feel my stomach get upset. The pink/red icing tasted horrible, it had a bad after taste that I couldnt get out if my mouth. I called and no answer. $23 down the drain. There are so many other ice cream places in Charlotte I regret going to this store. Now I have to get over this upset stomach. Uggg!!! 0 stars

My wife and I were the only customers in the store. There was no staff in sight. After waiting about five minutes for someone to show up, I finally yelled for someone. Finally, two women appeared from the back appearing confused and beshoveled. They had difficulty in understanding and filling my order which was quite simple. Finally, two more customers came in and shared in this extraordinary experience. BLEW MY MIND!

Slow service and there was no one inside and only 1 car in drive-thru. Two employees working. Was out of one of the popular flavors of ice cream and little effort made by employee to check if there was any more in the freezer. Very disappointed by service at this location.

Just stopped in with the kids to get some ice cream. Not only did this location have any of the flavors or ingredients to make the featured sundaes also did not have spoons, napkins, and was filthy. They shouldn’t even be in business. A stain to the DD & BR brand.

Great staff, they just gave us the wrong order but other than that they are good...

I stopped in for a quick treat, I ordered two small scoops with hot fudge and sprinkles. The hot fudge machine was broken and they had no sprinkles, I was offered both when I originally requested plain, this was after I waited at the counter for 5 minutes before I was acknowledged.

Dont open on time,rude,lights out.Employees sleeping at work,very slow. THEY ACT LIKE THEY DONT WANT BUSINESS..THEY WILL MAKE YOU LATE FOR WORK.DONT GIVE THEM ANY BUSINESS.CUSTOMER GET TREATED LIKE A ZERO

The only Baskin Robbins location that does not have hot fudge. NEVER.

A manager must not have been present when I came. The young employees constantly used profanity and were unprofessional.

No one there knew how to make the ice cream cookie sandwich. They also had only 3 stale old cookies to choose from.
