Have had an awesome experience so far creating my own dresses and then drop shipping them to my customers! For my first order, I needed them in a hurry due to a community benefit I was showcasing the dresses at. They gave me expedited shipping at no extra cost :) Their products are very high quality and they are extremely transparent in their company.
I would never use Printful again. I setup my ebay store integrated with them, only to have them disable my online store twice with them, which I lost revenue and had to refund customers who were infuriated and left negative reviews. When I tried to talk with their reps, they had no clue what they were talking about - they said they couldnt see my ebay store but I told them I could see it on my end when logging into my printful account. I then told them that it was because they disabled it, to which Mariko insinuated that it I was lying as she said that they do not do that, but when I sent them proof of an email notifcation of them disabling my store. SHE THEN GOES ON WITH OTHER EXCUSES SAYING THAT MY BILLING WAS NOT SETUP (WHICH IT ALREADY WAS BECAUSE I SEE IT ON MY END), AND THAT THERES SOMETHING WRONG WITH MY API SETTINGS TO WHICH I HAVE NO CLUE WHAT THAT MEANT. At this point, she said that shed have tech support contact me instead. I told them that I could not wait too long and that Id be cancelling my services with them if they cant get this resolved as its not how business works, when you expect the vendor which you source your products from to disable your store and consequently result with orders not being received and fulfilled, which ultimately damage the sellers reputation and leave them accountable. I re-authenticated my ebay store on printful, so that I could re-activate it, ONLY TO RECEIVE YET ANOTHER EMAIL NOTICE THAT THEY HAVE DISABLED IT THE VERY NEXT DAY. At this point I lost all patience with them and just closed my account with them to avoid any further frustration and grief. AGAIN, THIS IS NOT HOW BUSINESS WORKS!In Response to Printfuls Reply:Do not attempt to shift the blame to ebay for any billing errors or setup, as WE DID RECEIVE PAYMENT FROM BUYERS FOR YOUR PRODUCTS WHICH YOU GUYS AT PRINTFUL WOULD HAVE RECEIVED THE ORDER IF YOU HADNT DISABLED OUR STORE! WE HAD TO REFUND THE BUYER AND CONSEQUENTLY REFLECTED NEGATIVELY ON OUR REPUTATION AND RELIABILITY. SO AGAIN, PLEASE DO NOT PATRONIZE US NOR SHIFT BLAME OR ACCOUNTABILITY FOR YOUR INADEQUATE SERVICES AND FALSE CLAIMS.

I purchased 2 T-shirts Trump 2020, I wanted 1 medium and 1 large. I was sent 1 large and 1 extra large :( I have tried contacting using contact us and also replied to the confirmation of shipment as it said to do. It has been over a week with no response. Trump would not be happy. Im not happy! I think customer service should at least respond to me!
Purchased a shirt from another web page as it turns out this company is printing Rip-Off shirts for people with copy righted emblems on them this company is black marketing things for people on top of that the quality of the shirt I got sub standard the print of the front was slanted, the print on the back was off centered, and the shirt was stained and looked like it was bought at a 2nd hand store, was a waste of money but what do you expect from people black marking thingsFollow up 11-2-2020 submitted my request for return or replacement 2 months ago still have not gotten a reply bottom line is this place is the worst no CS, poor quality nothing but a rip off
I use Printful for my business, and honestly, I think theyre great!! Their masks are overpriced, though, and I dont make such a great profit off of them.
Ive been trying to work with printful on doing some graphic design work for me. I used their online service which asked me to summarize my work. Since my initial request, I have been handed off to multiple people who keep asking me the same questions over and over because they apparently do not communicate with each other. I have also had to send photos of my requests multiple times as those keep getting lost too. Finally I suggested that we have a phone conversation and the designer told me it is impossible for him to call me. I find it hard to believe he does not have a phone. I will be taking my business elsewhere for design work. Because of this experience I will most likely take my print business elsewhere as well since I can no longer trust this company to have any sort of meaningful business relationship when they are unwilling to have a simple phone conversation with me to go over my design needs. Even a Skype or Zoom meeting would have got the job done.
Purchased a mug from Etsy, this is the address from shipping which makes sense as its a printing company. The logo is on the opposite side of the handle instead of where it should be (on the sides) and the color isnt very rich at all. The graphic should be a bit bigger to match the size of the mug. When I first unboxed it literally looked like a plain white mug. Ill be contacting the Etsy shop as well. This doesnt match the product that was shown in the preview at all
I would give them negative stars if it was an option. Dont use their warehousing service. They will lose your stuff and still charge you for it.
I purchased some tshirts from a McFadden Designs at this location in Charolotte NC. When I received my order there was a discrepancy and I emaile the company above numerous times to reslove the issue. I have yet to get an email back or any phone call, Very Disappointing! Poor Customer service-or no Customer service at all.
Ordered XL shirt. Received a XS. Printful Printing will not exchange the shirt for the correct size. Very disappointing. Also the quality of the shirt is very poor. My guess is after one wash the shirt will no longer be wearable.
