I’m a local business owner who is new to Charlotte, I am an also a artist and graphic designer. Once moving to Charlotte I was looking around for a local manufacturers to create my garments. I looked all over and F4MILY MATTERS was one of the first on google, I decided to try them out. I loved what I saw when I came in. Great shirt selections, people of color, and everyone was masked up. I came in with the best energy and intentions. I placed an order for sample shirts that I would use to test the quality. I showed them my art, they where impressed and complimentary. One of there employees even followed me on Instagram and I receive likes from him and the shop frequently on my Instagram. I have even been reposted by them. Since the beginning when placing orders there has always been an issue. Whether it be them not sending the invoice to get approved when they say, lack of patience when it comes to garment design and art, and delay and excuses to why things aren’t don’t correctly or on time. I have had to eat sales of garments I pod good money for but came out horrible (windbreaker issue, MOCKNECK tee burning, and reverse image printing). I understand small or local business because I am one, and shop local with just about everything that I do. This is not good business when it is repetitive. I have received shirts with holes, burnt on images, wrong image printed on garments, images being reversed on garments, and just down right attitude when I ask for things to get fixed or made right. They made me look as if I’m a person who is bothering them when I simply wanted my products to be done correctly. The last order was it for me, I should have stopped placing orders a while ago but I was just being patient because I didn’t know another good DTG print place. I placed my last order of shirts with them and it was one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had. One of the shirts was missing they said they didn’t have it, one had a hole, and none of the shirts had the right image, which I sent and approved. Which for some reason they always make a point to get me to approve everything twice, over the phone and by email which delays things.I understand they have feelings about me personally because I expect them to uphold there end of the deal and produce a great product, but as a consumer we have a obligation to pay and have no refund? That’s not fair, I pay upfront full every time, I’m extremely good business I just ask for things to be correct and sellable. The employees have disrespected me, the owner has as well, and now they are slandering my Brands name to clients in the city. It hasn’t effected my sales whatsoever, but If this is where you would want to have your shirts made so be it, I’m not here to deter you from using there services but just to warn you to proceed carefully.

I’d give negative 5 stars if i could. Horrible response time. Horrible customer service overall. The previous good reviews are what led me to them. But i had the complete opposite experience of previous customers.I wanted to get a couple shirts printed. I ordered them through the website....Some time went by so I reached out to get an ETA because i never got confirmation or anything even though i paid online & it was downhill from there. I was told “we’re working on your order now”. This was a lie...reminder this is only 2 shirts. I waited a few days...I reached out again & was promised my order would be completed plus I’d get an extra shirt if i gave them a few more days. I agreed. Another lie...I reached out again...was told to come by the shop to pick the shirts up because they were about to close. I’m in my car & i get a message that the 2 shirts were not ready & that I’d have to wait until the next week to get them. 2 DTG shirts. Not a large order just 2...I realized this wasn’t going to end so i asked for a refund. They agreed.Long story short, i never got the shirts & it’s been over a month & i still have not gotten my money back.Don’t waste your time or money. Support another local shop.

As always, such a Great Experience!I get my samples done here all the time mainly for personal use and my projects. The quality is far best than other dtg printers I’ve tested. Wash after wash the print does not fade, which satisfies me and my customers. Definitely ask them questions if you are new to getting shirts printed, their expertise will be leave you satisfied with the outcome of your final product. The business stands out at best, not just locally but their social media page on Instagram definitely offers great tips and advice on ordering/printing. Digital Apparel Printing is AWESOME! If I could give them more stars, I would. They took a design I gave them and brought it too life. If you like personally designed shirts that don’t look like your design is just a sticker plastered on a shirt these are your people. Our shirts look like they were made with our personal design already on them and the quality of the actual shirt and material was superb; not to mention the price and turn around time was incomparable to any other place I’ve ever been to. I had a spur-of-the-moment idea to make custom T-shirts less than 24 hours before I left for vacation. I called at 3pm asking if they could make two shirts for me that day and I was fully expecting to be told no. To my surprise they said yes, and had them proofed and printed by 6:30pm! Quick and competent service. I will absolutely be coming back in the future.

Digital Apparel Printing was AWESOME!!!!! Alexis and the rest of the crew were great at helping us out with accommodating a customer with a last minute request that we could not fulfill. They were extremely responsive and they were able to print what we needed in less than 24hrs. They are fantastic!

It was a terrible experience, they jacked up my shirt refused to refund my money, and the owner wanted to charge me for a reprint, very poor communication and customer service.... my advice go with Big Frog t shirt printing... wish I could give 0 stars. The 5 stars the have probably came from a family member or a friend....

Very nice work and fast service! I called on a Monday and needed custom shirts to be done on Friday for a baby shower on Saturday. They did an extremely good job! They were exactly how I wanted them! I called Digital Apparel on a Thursday evening after 5pm desperatley needing 17 shirts for a family cruise that was scheduled to leave on Monday morning. The order was for 17 special color shirts with various and odd sizes. I had no design to give them. I was in panic mode. Within 30 minutes they designed the shirt and sent me a copy to proof. (that was super quick) After I got off the phone with customer service I was assured that my order would be completed before my deadline. By 1 oclock the next day my entire order was completed with perfection. Great company from start to finish that not only produced nice shirts but added a smile on our faces.

I called the day before Christmas Eve needing T shirts that day and Brandon kindly and efficiently made that happen! He also called me the day after Christmas to check up and make sure everything was to my standards. There was a slight rush fee but nothing crazy and they were able get the shirt done in less than two hours. The design I had printed on the T shirt I chose to have it extra large and the quality was amazing and clear. Would rate over 5 stars if I could!

I called before I came to see if they could print s picture on a white shirt. The woman I spoke with told me to come to the store at 2 and she could do it on the spot. I was so excited. Once I got there a female employee told me the person I spoke with was not in. She told me that she was around the corner. I waited 20 minutes just for her to tell me they didnt have my shirt size. If 0 stars were an option, Id choose it. Wasted my time, my gas, and energy! Thanks!!! Theyre ridiculous!!!

I used DAP for a full-color print job on white t-shirts recently, and they turned out beautifully! The job was done on time and at a reasonable price. All of the associates at DAP were courteous and very professional. I will definitely use them again for direct garment printing!

If only I could post zero stars...I wanted to have several T-shirts with special printing on them reproduced exactly as they were as a birthday gift. The operators at digital apparel promised that they could and would reproduce all but one EXACTLY and I could pick them up in a week.I was told the shirts had to be printed on a certain type of Tshirt they sold in order to get the best quality print. The cost for the printing and shirts was nearly $250, and 50% of the final price was required upfront, which I paid. I then waited for 8 days before returning to get the shirts only to be told they werent ready yet but someone from the store would be in touch. After waiting without a call back for 2 weeks I called again to inquire about the shirts and was put on hold for several minutes before being told oh, your shirts were ready a while ago. ???When I saw the finished product I was shocked! The colors were completely wrong, and even a couple of layouts were completely changed. I did not want any of them but was told I couldnt get my down payment back so I might as well take them all! What an unprofessional mess! I will never forget what happened and will never give digital apparel my business again. SHAME ON YOU DIGITAL APPAREL! Pictures on left are the originals. I’ve dealt with many printing and embroidery places, but this one by far has delivered the most consistent and accurate ideal of design as well as quality.

Wow no stars that we can give at all. We took ten shirts to the company only 3 were printed properly. We had to eat the cost of DAP bad printing. We called to get replacements done and we were told we had to get the shirts drive 45 mins back to the store and 45 mins back to our office and then go back and forth once again at more costs to pick up our shirts. We asked for a refund of 60.00 some dollars we were told no refunds, we paid up front, our bad judgement. We were not told of the policy and it is not on the invoice we received and we did not sign anything to inform us of the policy. However we can get a store cedit and assume the risk again of bad printing. They will print them again but we have to pay for everything including the shirts that were printed incorrectly. They then told us if we used there shirts they would not charge, I guess because there is such a markup that can eat the costs when they print bad shirts. Good luck if you choose to use them, not very helpful at any level of customer service. We will be printing 1000s of shirts, so buyer beware of a comapny that looks out for themselves first and the customer second at best, when it is less than 25.00 to make it right with the customer. Think twice.
