Great experience! Was greeted quickly from my first phone call into Big Frog. From there, my artist worked with me to get the exact design I was looking for (I worked with Chad). He was highly skilled and finalized my artwork quite quickly. The team was very clear on how fast they could turn my order around and were actually a day early - which is always nice. I was notified via email when it was completed and came in to pick up my order. This was a gift and was very well received by a friend of mine. They do a great job!! I think you can bring your own new shirts in...however they have quality shirts right there...so thats what our family uses. Called store ahead of time to make sure I could get an item I needed embroidered. The gentleman over the phone said I was good to go, and to come on in. I took the 30 minute drive to get there and when I walked in I was interrogated by the associate that worked there and quickly declined my businesses and turned me away. I even explained to him that I talked to someone before I drove there and they said I could get my item done. He still said he couldn’t do it. ..no empathy, no apologies.. no nothing. I asked to speak to the manager. His name is bob, I believe.. he said he couldn’t help me either and offered to call the police on me. This place is horrible.

Professional and nice staff. I had to make a last minute gift and they were able to get my t-shirts done in a couple of hours for same day pick up (a rush fee was applied though, but that’s totally fine). I called a couple of other similar vendors in Charlotte and no one else (as far as I know) were able to make customized shirts this fast!

Before COVID-19 I bought 2 dozen T-shirt’s for my company. It was my first time using bullfrog since the company I previously used only did large commercial orders now. I was very disappointed with the quality of shirts I received, I thought after washing them a few times they’d become softer, but no. I ordered Gildan which I’ve used many other times but the quality was like cardboard. I returned the bulk of the shirts and told them to donate them. No offer to make it right. A wasted 500.00

Big Frog in Ballantyne is great! The staff is fantastic- they really know their stuff (watching them work and edit through their software programs is really incredible) and they take their time to make sure that you are getting what is going to be best for you and your needs. I have only ordered from them twice (but will absolutely be ordering more in the future for my small business needs); however, both times their designers showed me several mock-ups of what I wanted right there in the store. They are very friendly and they do great work. I would say the only improvement they could make would be to get a printer that can print white text/logos on darker clothes via direct to garment, but other than that, they are absolutely great! I was able to get my small order the same day. The design came out better than I anticipated and the staff were really helpful with any concerns and questions I brought up. The prices were reasonable as well. A wide array of varieties and options to choose from to match personal budgets and designs. Would definitely order from them again.

Went in to get 2 shirts embroidered. 2 words on each shirt, no more than 7 letters on each. Needed them done in 48 hours and was told the quickest they can get it done is a WEEK from now. Then why do you advertise 24 hour turn around? I was then told that the company has a kiosk in the mall that can probably do it in 24 hours.. which doesnt make sense; how can a mall kiosk with less machines do it in 24 hours but a STORE location with multiple machines cant?!

As an advisor for a campus organization, I needed help designing and making available a shirt that would represent our group but be reasonable in cost. Big Frog has been extremely helpful. They assisted with the design, took into consideration all of our wishes and needs, and even created a special website ordering form specific to our organization. Everyone was so helpful! I had actually designed something myself, but was unaware that I didnt have the rights to use the picture I selected. I reached out to Big Frog and emailed them what I had created and they immediately sent me back a redesigned graphic almost identical to what I had in mind but that was legal to use (lol). I didnt know! It was absolutely beautiful! When I physically went into the store they helped me with sizing and let me try some shirts on. I was buying matching Disney shirts for a family vacation. Went to Big Frog with a small but important order- I was in a political campaign and needed my t shirts and fast! I had my artwork emailed to Big Frog and they walked me through the process, helped me with t shirt selection ( unisex worked better for me) and listened to my campaign pitch. Orders placed and promised in 3 days- and right on time- they arrived at the shop. Looked great, wore and washed well. Will use Big Frog again anytime .

Our 12 year old grandson wanted a special long sleeved tee shirt made up for his neighborhood football league team. We came into the store and he was allowed to work with the salesperson to design the shirt to his specifications. This way, he was feeling like he had some input as to what he wanted his shirt to look like.

Ive always created my own football mom shirt for my sons team but decided to go professional this year so upon going in i was nervous about letting someone do it but i must admit bob was great and justin is a awesome creator he is fantastic with ideas he took the pictures i wanted on my shirt and made it spectacular i was so amazed at how he made the shirt pop using everything i wanted and a extra touch of special color. The owner and staff are very friendly, very helpful and do their best to get the right size to the person ordering. Mine was too big but that was my fault. Make sure you really check your own sizes you normally order. These shirts do not shrink.

Update... When I went to pick up my sons shirt from Big Frog on Friday, July 17th I informed Olivia of what had happened. I was given a complimentary shirt that was initially printed in error and she took care of the mock-up on the spot that I had previously requested. She will be my point of contact for future orders!......................................................While my previous experiences with Big Frog have been pretty good. My current/last experience has resulted in them losing a loyal customer. I submitted an order for my son about 2 weeks ago with specific requests, I go to pick up the order noticing it was the incorrect size. As a courtesy, I was not offered the incorrect sized shirt and when I mentioned it. I was told that, thats not their policy due to people intentionally placing incorrect orders to make a profit off of the items. Do consider this is one shirt were speaking of. I let that go, thinking maybe its a one time situation. The following day I sent an email requesting mock-ups for my sons shirt to provide a visual for customers who wanted to purchase one. Almost a week later and two phone calls, still no response. Spoke to Allison regarding my disappointment of service received, she had a very nonchalant attitude. Not sure if the owner is aware of this.
