My colleague informed me that UGP would not print his artwork because it resembled a character and they could not print for “copy right” reasons. Mind you he drew and changed the character from its original state. So I decided to look at UGP very own Instagram. Maybe I am blind but all these prints are know images, logos, and design from beer companies, to schools, to rap groups, to movies. Honestly I got tired of looking because there were so many. Maybe because my colleague drew the character as a black man, UGP got offended. I guess all these “slipped through the cracks” I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY. Plenty of DTG companies that will assist ALL ARTIST, not the select few!

I absolutely love this company. Used for some t-shirts for my organization and they turned out so amazing. Leah was such a fantastic representative to work with before, during, and after my experience. She communicated so well from our first sit down meeting to my review of the product; Leah was there every step of there every step of the way and provided timely feedback, solutions, and results. I am definitely keeping in contact for any future graphic designs needed.

The customer service is awful. This company is inconsistent and seems to be a bit bias. (Maybe it was the associate I worked with) I was told I couldn’t print an item because it resembled a character from a show. Mind you I changed the complexion and drew the image from scratch. Then low and behold I go to their Instagram and they printed this shirt for someone. Maybe I am seeing things but this customer looked to get a Jaws shirt printed by this company. The exact same shark.

We have used Underground for 5 orders now, and have been so pleased with them! Working with Leah, she has been so helpful and responsive. I am not tech savy, nor am I good at designing. I just told her an idea of what we wanted, and she did the rest for us. Their prices are fair, and turn around time was great. We have had our first set of shirts for a couple of years now, and they hold up perfect! Will definitely be using them for our business shirts for years to come.

Leah Casio went above and beyond to make sure I had all the info I needed to place my order, and made the ordering process easy! The shirts turned out exactly the way we wanted, and are great quality. Only opportunity I found while working with this team is that the design team didnt really provide a lot of designing, and it will be best to know exactly what you want before starting your order. The design team was very patient and helpful with the many edits I needed done to the proof, but I didnt feel they were designing anything for the shirt.Great experience, will definitely work with them again!

I met with Leah Casio. She never sent me a quote and discouraged me the whole time by reiterating that they don’t specialize in digital printing and she was happy to send me a quote but it will be expensive. I am willing to pay for quality. Though I don’t want to waste my time, I question her intent of repeating that to me and also not sending me a quote. Certainly based off appearances I’m sure when she patronizes people they might question what she can afford, so hopefully her intent was not to do the same to me. Unfortunately, I believe it was.

The folks at underground printing made it really simple and easy to make a great shirt. They were very helpful and guided me through the whole process. The end result was a shirt that was way better than I ever anticipated.

All printing companies charge about the same. The difference is in product quality and customer care. Underground Printing misses the mark on both unfortunately.This is my second order with them. The first last year took a long time (2 weeks) because of going back and forth about the size.This newest order took over 10 days to get to me. Then the product was poorly printed- not enough ink to clearly see the design.They admitted it was messed up and agreed to re-print. But, they wont be here for another week. Wow!! its Christmas time and 2 weeks into Christmas shopping I wont have t shirts until 9 days before the holiday. Instead of around Dec 1st as planned. Im a small business owner and this is just not acceptable. I am pretty sure, when something goes wrong, most companies would push the order to top priority. I have made it clear, I will not be using them again. Too many chances to make things right.
