I didnt receive much assistance upon arrival and hard a hard time finding items. They were out of bags but I was told that after Id figured it out.The cashier associate was wonderful though! The items sell themselves for the most part so Ill just I order online.

Love this place...the aroma can be overwhelming ( if you arent use to it) I love walking in and them remembering me. Their costumer service is bomb ( no pun intended) 😆 the products are great. My favorite thing ever is the Scrubee it smells so good ( its an in shower moisturizer/exfoliate) I love the honey shampoo bar and the lavender bubble bar thing. I love charity pot lotion (super moisturizing) a little oily after you apply though but I need the extra moisture. These make great gifts. I love how its environmental friendly ans handmade. Ppl really love their bath bombs as well. I always go to Lush for a basket I make for my guest at my house.

Visited the store today. The customer service rep, I don’t know her name - she was a short haired, African American woman, extremely rude. She was not polite. Extremely rude and lacked any customer service skill.Please invest some time training this lady. No one deserves to be treated this way.

I have been using Lush products for years now. Vegan friendly and fighting against animal testing is a win win for me. If you have eczema, the sleepy soap bath bar along with the dream cream body lotion is a must. Products to obsess over, and helpful employees - what’s not to like?

Lush took social distancing seriously when I was there. I am thankful for the gentleman who assisted me while picking up a few Christmas gifts for my wife. He made it very easy and I was out fairly quick. Great shop.

Everyone was very nice and asked if I needed help upon entering, and offered samples. I always love Lush Cosmetics and I have costed this store twice and it is very nice.

Really disappointed in the staff here. For whatever reason they think they are the mask police with regard to CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 5. Someone should inform the woke what the NC executive order states regarding children and masks.

LOVE this place and all its products! I have super sensitive skin and I am happy to say I can use these products with no issues. Also, they smell amazing making them so perfectly aromatherapeutic!

As a 28 year old male, I dont feel welcomed when I go to stores that have to do with self care very often. I usually stay home, or send my wife so I dont get judged by the store staff. Joanie and lea not only made my shopping experience amazing and easy, but they made me feel welcomed. This is worth more than any product I could get from this store, and that is a high standard to meet! Wonderful store with even more wonderful people. Cant wait to spend more money with them!

Stand in line for over 30 minutes and when we get 1 person away from getting into the store they come out and tell us they’re closing soon and we won’t be able to make it inside. Your store policies about capacity seem ridiculous.

First time at any LUSH store. My daughters wanted to go in to see what the store was like because they had seen something on YouTube. I was disappointed in how we were treated because of rules for COVID. My husband wore a cloth gaiter while the rest of us wore cloth mask. He was told he couldn’t come in because of the type of mask he had and was offered a medical mask. He chose to stay outside. As we waited to get in the attendant from the store told me to tighten mine up because it kept slipping in which I did. She then came back and said that one of us could come in (my two daughters or myself, I told her to ask the next in line that we wanted to go into the store together).I’m not for sure why four people are working in such a small store when they only let in a very small amount of people at a time. Finally got into the store after being given hand sanitizer and we look around. We were reminded to keep our mask on as much as possible. Trying to smell soaps or shampoos was difficult. I slightly pulled my mask open but not completely at my chin nor at my mouth so I could smell and well I was reprimanded by a different employee. After that, I told the employee that it would be great to remind people (via the signage or screen) while they are waiting in line, on what types of masks are acceptable and all of the rules you must abide by in the store. Once we were finished, I waited for someone to let us out at the temporary barricade (as she was talking with one of the other employees not helping a customer). Maybe I will try a different store. Maybe.

I am so impressed with LUSH and the information that I received from the young lady that helped me. Kenya explained about the products and gave me a tour of the store. I felt like a VIP. I love this place, its like a museum of soap and bath bombs.

I adore Lush cosmetics. The company is very ethical and makes efforts toward being waste free. All of the products that I have tried have been amazing. During my last visit, I picked up my first shampoo bar and natural deodorant, both of which I love and both eliminate my use of plastics in these products typical counterparts. All natural ingredients eliminates a good chunk of chemical exposure, not to mention that everything smells fantastic. It can be a bit pricey but I feel that its totally worth it. Also, with many of the products that come in a bar form, employees will happily cut you a sample to try free of charge before you commit to a larger purchase.This store has a ton of options, especially when it comes to soaps and bath bombs. The staff is always very nice and helpful when asked about products. My only complaint with this location is the size of the store. Being in the mall, space is pretty limited which makes navigation difficult when its busy. I think that they would be better off in a larger location. Overall, I would absolutely recommend Lush. This location in particular, I would just suggest going at an off time.

Ive always loved LUSH since the first time I went in Canada in 08.The products are very consistent even though they are hand made.I love their bar shampoo Ive been using it for about 4 years now, their toothy tabs are great you do have to get use to the texture first.The staff are sometimes overly helpful.Its nice but I feel its over the top sometimes.I love the fair trade use and no animal testing rule.

It took 20 min to return 2 items WITH a receipt and buy a new 1. I was asked about 5 times why I was returning the item and they kept opening the item and looking at it and back at me (there was definitely product left). When I purchased the items in New Orleans and Denver, the customer service was AMAZING and I was told I could return the items without a receipt within 365 days if I didnt love them. I bought the items about 1 week ago. Not sure why I was hassled so hard and given strange looks. I rave about Lush products and their customer service so this was really embarrassing to see.

Excellent customer service, great fresh products and the ability to sample all of them. Very forward thinking store.

The products are fantastic and include more whole and unprocessed ingredients than I thought, and can be cut up to be used more times. Having the sales associate acknowledge that $10 a bath is a high price point and advise on ways to treat yourself more accessibly. However, I really dislike the fact that although they promote themselves as an inclusive and modern company they are not participating in PRIDE month. Many people would find it pushy to expect a store to appeal to such a specific segment, but ignoring this argument, the sales associates told my partner and I that corporate was SUPPOSED to send them products and didnt. We dont necessarily need rainbow colored products but a non-profit merchandise donation would be nice. But they couldnt even send their associates the supportive pins they had already purchased??! They care so little about making us feel comfortable they cant even put THINGS THEY ALREADY HAVE in their stores?Instead it is full of shark safe advertisements - but with zero information on sharks, population threat, or how other beauty products affect them. There was no information on ways that they donate to or encourage wildlife protection or biodiversity.The whole experience made me feel like although the products are better than expected that the company itself is intentionally manipulating and taking advantage of their customer base.For shame.

So many scents and washes. Amazing colors and smells. I had to get some hair care, bath bombs, and body bars. Next time Ill try the masks and soaps.

The staff was very knowledgeable. I come from a customer service background and its important to be knowledgeable about your products and make clients feel welcome. That is exactly what they did. They were not pushy at all. In fact they made me feel at ease🤗

Just before Christmas was my first time in a Lush store and I was extremely happy. The ladies were so helpful but not pushy. Very personable, and took effort to get to know me in order to help me pick out the perfect gift. (It was for me, BF handed me card and said hed wait outside lol) I am ecstatic over the stuff she helped me pick out. I will be back!!! Top notch customer service!!!!

Hi! I Love this location everyone here is so nice, welcoming and they really want to make sure you get exactly what you want! The products smell absolutely beautiful! they work so well! I just bought two bath bombs the Frozen bath bomb and the Never Mind the Ballistics and I was very happy when I dropped the Frozen bath bomb in the tub it began to fizz turning the water into a beautiful teal blue and making the entire bathroom have a wonderful aroma! I will be coming back!

It was a fantastic experience! I also noticed this business is donating some proceeds to various transgender foundations. I am very pleased to see this business (and hopefully others will follow) supporting mental illness awareness groups. I will definitely be back!

Walked into the doors and was immediately greeted by he staff! I told them I needed a gift for a friend and they helped find the perfect thing!! As you have questions they answer clearly and give you samples! As my first time coming to lush I was very impressed! Definitely coming back!

I havent ever been in Lush however I was looking for some unique gifts for a relative. I walked in a was immediately helped by an employee name Sam. Sam was not only enthusiastic about what she was selling, but she really got to know what I wanted. I enjoyed having her show me the products and she really knew her stuff! Thanks Sam!

I want to call out the host who helped me out this last Saturday. I didn’t catch her name (she is petite with black hair) but she rang me up 2009206 and was so sweet and helpful. We had popped in when it was super busy and decided to come back so I could ask some questions. she remembered us and jumped right in to answer my questions and help me figure out what product I wanted and how to best use it (I bought the Seanik shampoo bar and love it so far). It’s not often that folks get recognized for a job well done and she definitely went above and beyond. Thanks so much!

Absolutely loved my visit at this location. as soon as I came in all the workers were welcoming and asking if I needed any help. Amy was just one of the workers who really helped make my experience at this store great. she sat me down and tried a cleanser and a face mask on my hands and helped me pick out the right products for my skin. after doing such a great job with me, my mom decided she wanted to find products for her. Amy was more than happy to help her too. it was such a wonderful place and I highly recommend that location to anyone who has the chance to go

The store smells amazing. I have been a Lush customer for years and I am always thrilled with my purchase and want to get more. At my last visit, Frank at South Park gave me lots of nice hair samples and answered all my question. I look forward to purchasing the banana hair dressing cream next time.

I went in to buy a shampoo bar that fits my minimalist waste free lifestyle. Staff helped me out so much and came out with an awesome bar alongside dry shampoo and powder toothpaste. They all work like magic given my hair is thin to medium and gets oily pretty quickly. Highly recommend!

Mall is open until 9:00 and so is the store according to the website. Came by at 8:40 and they are locked and closed early with boxes filled in the entire store one wouldn’t even be able to move about.

Shatrice was very helpful and knowledgeable about every product. I never leave reviews but she stood out as such a great employee I felt the need to leave her praises. What made the experience so different and pleasant was how even after she knew I did not intend on purchasing the product that day, she was still very helpful and gave us her full attention till we left and even gave us multiple samples without being pushy like a lot of sales positions tend to be. I will definitely be back to buy everything she showed me because of her!

I love LUSH and stop by whenever Im in a city that has one. I took a star because the staff was so overly attentive that it became annoying as I was trying to look around. As soon as I would wrap up with one associate whod demo a product, another one would be up not even 30sec. after.As someone whos a seasoned LUSH customer, that was too much for me.

Everytime I visit Lush the store is always full of customers. The great thing is that there is an equal amount of staff always ready to help! I always receive fantastic service and I love their products!

Staff was way too pushy and wouldnt leave my boyfriend and I alone. We were in there to find products for him, but the employees we spoke too (1 was a manager) pretty much ignored him and even laughed when I began to explain how a product worked before I even had the chance to speak. We made it clear several times that we would ask if we needed help and were just browsing for now but even with our backs to them, speaking quietly to each other they were very rude in interrupting several times. We quickly selected a couple of items to try (we really just wanted to leave, but didnt want our visit to be fruitless) and I waited by the entrance for my boyfriend to pay for his products. I received several compliments from staff, but I felt like they werent genuine and staff was just trying to make a sale and had a difficult time leaving the store when I wanted to because the manager approached me for a third time in a 7 minute time frame to engage in conversation (after I asked to just browse alone). The staff is clearly very knowledgeable about the products, but I felt very insulted by the manager and staff present at the time (May 2017) for laughing at me, ignoring my boyfriend, speaking over our conversation, and not respecting the space that we asked for.

Went in Monday, the three white girls were literally in the little closet gossiping and playing on there phones, only one associate was on the floor. I even saw someone steal something but since they didnt ask me for help I didnt say anythingThis is the only lush like this, happened a few months ago too

Update: From 5 to 1 star. Ive recently learned that LUSH as a company has made some very awful actions that impact the wellness and livelihood if its employees. Currently boycotting.Great customer service! Store was packed I kept getting stepped on by employees and run into. Drove two hours to get here (only lush near me) awful experience. Unhelpful and rude cashier when I asked about the canvas bags.

The employees are rude and have a serious attitude how do four employees can only serve one person at a time. There is a reason why people shop online.

Every time I entire the lush me and my boyfriend continue to get the same stare. One particularly rude employee continues to look at us like we are going to steal. Mind you he and I are well dressed and actually looking forward to shopping! We always spend over 50 dollars or more when we go into this store. The same rude employee will always look at us and avoid us as if we are the plague. Regardless she shouldnt be judging us based on appearance anyway. We were shopping one afternoon and she walked over to us with an attitude asking if we needed any help, she then proceeds to look me up and down as if I was some street rat coming in to steal the products. Mind you we said no! We had another employee help us around because this girl clearly did not want us there. When we approached the register she moved away from it and had her manager help us instead. We dont even know this girl and are new to Charlotte!!! What a welcoming. I want to continue to shop here but each time I do I am greeted the same way by this employee, As for her description she has black hair, glasses, big gauged ears, piercings on her face, etc. Mind you I do not judge by appearances because I look the same way, but for her to come across so mean during our first shopping was wrong. I felt horrible, I also suffer from social anxiety so being in public is hard enough, so after her encounter it triggered a panic attack for me. Best be known I wont be shopping if I see her in the store again!

Everything is expensive and a lot of the items dont smell that good. One item smelled like a bottled up chain smoker.

South park mall is a little out of the way for me but I always make a point to visit LUSH in person when I treat myself instead of shopping online because A. I feel slightly entitled to free shipping if I spend more than $100 on anything & Im a little salty theres no free shipping if you order over $X and B. The employees at LUSHs Charlotte store are simply fantastic and always provide for a great customer service experience. I dont shop here enough.

Ive Never Been To A Lush Store But Im Hoping To Go To This Lush Store Soon. The Only Problem Is I Live In Lumberton, Which Means Its Almost Two Hours Or Longer To Get There. I Wish There Was A Lush Store In The Fayetteville Mall. It Would Be So Much Easier If A Lush Store Was Closer To My Location

I wish I could give it zero stars. I was in Charlotte visiting for the day with some friends and one of my friends insisted we came to this shop. She told us how it was really cool because they give you product demos and it was awesome because it was like the Apple Store for craft soap. I was excited thinking it would be a cool experience and I would find a cool souvenir for my girlfriend who couldnt join us on the trip.As soon as we entered the store which was the evening of 6/20/17 around 8ish PM this lady with short red or brown hair walked up to me as soon as I picked up my first bar and smelled it. She addressed the group I was with and said Oh this guy knows his way around. Oh you are with him. You must be his new crew he brings in different people and leaves with things She continued to make jokes about contacting security and how that I am not a honest person. It was Extremely offensive and humiliating. Luckily I didnt have to defend myself because IM NOT EVEN FROM CHARLOTTE AND HAVE NEVER BEEN. I confronted her and let her know that she had made me uncomfortable and wasnt sure if she just had aggressive jokes that I misunderstood or that it just wasnt funny. She replied to me with oh then I guess you have a twin that came in last week and took things. How can you explain thatWe immediately left and didnt buy anything even though we all had planned purchases. It was one of my WORST retail experiences. One of the WORST interactions I have ever had and I look forward to sharing this story with many people as it is just plain STRANGE. That woman needs either some retraining or some basic loss prevention skills should she encounter someone she suspects is up to no good. Down right AWFUL

This was my first time at a Lush store & Im in LOVEEE! I loved this store and the workers were so nice. Im so glad i got to come. I bought the fresh face mask [oatflix] and im hoping it works for my skin tonight!
