Im Janice Webb me and my have been customer with our prescriptions for our whole family using this cvs pharmacy for 26 years we went today to pick up our prescriptions first of all they had being calling saying the medication was ready it wasnt so we have to make another trip.back across town we could use Express scripts but we are loyal and use cvs when we have a choice to go with another provider first of all this local looks horrible litter all over the property bushes grown all up in near the drive through which is scary because of security issues It looks like it is out of business that is terrible it should not look like this the service is terrible and it looks bad and this shouldnt be we spend hundreds and thousands through our insurance carrier with only one good person thats always. And thats Tammy the outside needs to be cleaned up.and landscaped or we are moving our whole family to another location do better cvs central and kilbourne drive this is unacceptable and the out side grounds to be cleaned and landscaped in this area of Charlotte or Im going to the newsAnd social media

Just finished a drive-up COVID test at this location and it was so much less trouble than I thought it would be. Tammy, the pharmacy technician who helped me, was absolutely wonderful and made sure the experience was as easy as possible. She walked through each step with me, and had such a positive, friendly attitude while doing so. Very happy with my experience here!

Was in the srore today and was completely ignored waited 3-4 mins put my basket down and left ....what other choice did I have ?

The manager at this CVS is a theif. I ordered a package from UPS to be picked up here. UPS corporate told me i only need my ID and tracking to pick up my package that I payed for. I went 3 different times to get my package and the manager here refused to give me my package. She even threatened to throw it away, when I payed for it and legally she had to give it to me because Ups corporate directly told me that she had to give it to me if i had my id. Do not support or go to this cvs unless u want them to scam you or steal from you.

No complaints on the actual employees per se. However Multiple times I have been told my prescription isn’t there yet when I call my doctor they say they have sent it.

This has to be the worst CVS pharmacy counter in Charlotte!! I have NEVER just been able to drop a prescription and pick it up without a hassle either because it’s wrong or because they don’t care about people’s time .. i never place bad reviews but it’s awful !

The pharmacists here are not accountable. On multiple occasions say they have ordered your medication and will have it in a day or so but after a week passes they dont have it and deny that they ever said they would have it. In one case actually said they have it but when I got there they said they didnt have it. Basically people who should have no business handling narcotics work here. Meanwhile I have to drive to other locations to pick up my prescriptions.

Pharmacy employees are very slow to attend

While not the largest or nicest CVS, Ive never been disappointed in the service Ive received here. The pharmacy staff has been superb and helped me manage multiple prescriptions, when Ive needed to switch things up due to travel, and have just been kind all the way around. The front checkout can get a bit backed up (there needs to be a better system to wrangle the line) and theres too much stuff all crowded around the registers. But again - everyone has been super nice. It can be a tad bit frustrating when shopping because certain products are kept locked apparently due to frequency of theft. Who knew body wash was in such high demand on the streets?

Hands Down the Best customer service at a Pharmacy I have ever had. It is not an easy thing dealing with people who are ill and their insurance companies. The staff works very long hours but have always made me feel that I was a priority and that they were doing what was in my best interest. I wish half of the restaurants in Charlotte offered service like this!!!

First off, I went in the store looking for some foundation they were literally out of everything and the items they did have are dried out, so I didn’t want anything, as I was leaving the store I GOT ACCUSED OF STEALING, THIS RUDE LADY NAME REGINA ACCUSED ME OF STEALING, I am truly hurt that I got accused of stealing, then just to clarify I wasn’t stealing I empty my pockets for her and then she wanted to apologize it’s to late for that, the damaged is already done, I’ll no longer be shopping at any cvs, THANKS REGINA for not only accusing me but for following me around the store truly unacceptable cvs!!

Used to get all of my perscriptions from Rite Aid which was closer to my house. Moved 100 feet from a CVS so wanted to switch. They did not accept my insurance and when I asked for the generic brand for my two medicines was told it would be a total of 120 bucks. Rite Aid has a program where I can get both for 20, which i appreciate because the most important thing is supposed to be, you know, my health. Back to R.A. for me.

Absolute horrible location. Order photos and a magnet photo. Photos came out blurry, and they didnt have any magnets in stock but they failed to call and alert me because I would have cancelled my order is that was the case. The manager on duty was extremely rude and seemed to care less about her job

I go there every now and then.. usually to get makeup. But its a good store.

This CVS is in a very convenient spot if your driving down Central toward town.

Not super busy & the clerks are real polite, attentive, and helpful as well.

This use to be my favorite CVS. There were 2 gentleman who always show outstanding customer service they are no longer at cvs. Still come here every now & then

The worst pharmacist and staff everrrrr!!!!!!!!!!!The women was mad because i spoke about coming back and forth. mind you i dont have a car so i have to walk. when my meds is not ready they choose to get a attitude with me..ha ha..no more business for you. the black man with dreads..licks his nasty fingers than grabs a bag!! who does that..yuck!!! they over charge me for my meds no worries will not be going back there..everrrr!!!!

The 3 times I have gone to this pharmacy out of convenience, I have been disappointed! Hours after I drop off my script they tell me they dont have it! Its a shame because I love couponing here!! As far as pharmaceutical, Ill stick with Rite Aide!!

I only go to this cvs out of convenience. Upon arrival to the store, the cashier paid absolutely no attention nor greeted me upon entering. As I walked down the aisle, an Arabic family with white complexion came in and I could hear the cashier say welcome to cvs. Im like ok maybe she didnt see me. At this point, I go to the front of the register and she only proceeds to talk to the Arabic family with a happy jolly voice. The cashier still says nothing to me and proceeds to walk away with the Arabic family to help them look for something. She doesnt say excuse me, hold on for a second, nothing. She comes back to the register after 2 minutes, she comes back without saying sorry for the convenience, not even a hello welcome to cvs. She doesnt even make eye contact with me. She just asked me for my cvs card. I was so upset that I told her I didnt have it. She gave me my things and I say thank you and she replies thank you and still doesnt bother to look at me. Ive gone to multiple CVS around charlotte in close proximity to this one and Ive never met someone as rude and I would assume discriminatory as this white woman. I wont post her name but I hope this CVS does some training on customer service because I will not be going back to this location.

The service at this location is horrible. The gentleman who answered in the Pharmacy cut me off continuously. I stopped using this location years ago because of their lack of professionalism.

Management is terrible. Some of the worst customer service I have ever had in my entire life.

Dont go there to fill a prescription! The wait is awful and the pharmacy staff is awful, they have to keep hiring and firing pharmacy staff!

My name is juanita skinner and i do all my med service with cvs at 153 central ave everyone is great but there is a special person who works there that perpair the meds his name is rick hes the best with answering anything you ask and hes always very kind and respectful and when iam in pain or just haven a bad day if every store had that rick i would be sure to go and made sure i told everyone how great it is great job rick which there were more like you thanks so very much and keep up the great job

Rude, slow service, one guy cuts you off constantly, and I literally sit at the drive thru for like 15 min before anyone even comes to the window.
