They sold my friend a broken flat iron & hot comb & refused to exchange or refund the items. They told her it was her problem not theirs so rude, don’t go to this business!

Professional kind caring service the owner there seem to be a good decent man often saying God bless with great respect for his customers. Ms Mary is a honorable person along with her young side kick nice Young lady. I think youll enjoy going there variety of hair nails cosmetic etc etc worth a trip...

Nice staff n good prices

My first time at this store, the employee assisted me in getting product which was wrong product for my hairstylist to use. Owner/manager would not allow me to exchange $50 worth of product! Yes, they have it posted no return or exchange but his employee gave me the wrong product. I will never patronize this store again!

Started off good.. But an employee their and I had strong words.. Will not buy or spend MONEY again.. Very nasty to customers.. The older lady is pleasant..

Everything you need for your hair

Online, the store hours state they are open prior to 10, but they are not open. Others who pulled up state it opens at 10 am and when I looked back at the time (now AFTER 10) there is STILL no one here. They said this is typical and as an out of towner, his disappointment! They act as though this is normal for a business however I’m here to tell you that up north this wouldn’t work. As I sit here now the owner I guess pulled up and is messing with the dumpster instead of opening the door and made NO apologies to anyone because in his eyes (we aren’t going anywhere so let them wait)! I had no choice but you locals should NOT support a business that cares not about the people in this community or customers!

I went to this location spent $30 on braiding hair, got to my location and realized I had the wrong hair, they refused to let me exchange for the hair I needed...smh they have lost me as a customer for life!!!!

Everything is on lock down anytime you want something you got to ask him to come unlock it and if the store is busy that means that youre on hold because hes running the register so thats a lot of time consuming that I dont have

Buy wise is the best, been shopping here since they had their first location. I just love olie the Manager. Not only do I shop here, my mom and sisters shop here too..

Walked in with wallet only no bag. Clerk walks up and asked if three bows lying on a box were mine. I stated no I havent been to you bow section as what I needed was at the front as you walk in. Still he followed me to the register and I felt he thought I was there to steal a 1.00 stocking cap. This store should be boycotted because if I was treated this way, its a given all blacks are treated like this.

Alright. Kind but would not allow restroom use even though this was clearly an old Burger King and they had two sets of bathrooms.
