Great place for students to get things that they need if theyre in culinary School

Great selection with affordable price points for anything you could need for a home or professional kitchen. Ive been two times in one week to pick up items for home and for work. Javier is polite, professional and very helpful. He is more than happy to help with any question and request. The store is clean and organized with aisles of pots, pans, small wares, dishware and equipment. The only thing you wont find here is disposables - cups, plates, containers, etc. If youve been to Chef Store, Restaurant Depot, Fadels and the like then believe me when I say this is the best service youll get in a cooking supply store in the Charlotte area.

If you call ahead like I did, make sure you are extremely explicit on your smallware needs before arriving. Turns out they did not have what I needed, and it was a wasted trip.

I needed some new kitchen toys and was having a hard time finding a place. My hubby found this place and they had all that I needed. I am super happy and looking forward to using all of my new toys. Especially my new tri-stone knife sharpener.

Happened to come across here while grabbing a coffee nearby. I was looking for some basic items since we were in town for the holidays and would be helping out some family with a dinner prep.I found a bunch of things I needed at a reasonable price. Would love to find a place like this near home.Edit: Definitely can’t wait to come back! Though it may not be soon, silly question... I believe we stopped at a location that was on Bryant Street. I purchased a defective part from this company and tried to bring it back and the company refuse to exchange it or swap it out. The exchange was within the companys grace period. Dont waste your time just go to the competitor. They do bad business here!!

Recently took back a meat grinder that they sold us in December. They told us that all the parts were in the box. Come to find out it was missing the funnel. I wouldnt work without a funnel. Nor could we find the appropriate one. We went to the store multiple times and they promised to find us a funnel. 6 months later we were exhausted with false promises and simply requested for our money back. The managers cussed us out.Poor customer service.We work in the restaurant industry, honest hard workers. Be careful when buying products from here.They sold us a meat grinder knowing that it wouldn’t work and refused to refund us.

Very large facility with amazing deals. Wide range of variety of goods ranging from new to used. Large appliances for restaurants to household goods. I prefer these places because it is cheaper than name brand junk that does not ever last a life time. Great place, definitely recommend.

I found the sharpening stone I was looking for as recommended. The staff members were friendly and eager to assist. I enjoyed perusing the store to see what other items I could find and found a few extra items to take home.
