I have had a very bad experience with this shop. I spent over 2,100.00 on repairs to my clutch, slave cylinder, oil pan gasket, wheel cylinder and flywheel for my vehicle to still not work properly. The owner had the nerve to tell me that they are not responsible for the entire car. As a customer that has spent thousands of dollars with this one company and you rudely tell me this, took me as arrogant and rude. Within this one month my vehicle has been in there shop for the same issues four times and my Jeep is still not working properly. I honestly felt that they were people I could trust and the way that they have treated me is extremely disappointing. I realize that vehicles are going to break down and give you problems after some time, but at this point I am so disappointed. I originally took my vehicle there because the check engine light was on and instead of them repairing what was causing my check engine light to be on they in turn give me a list of repairs and a large bill to pay. Trusting them I allowed them to do the work and my engine light remained on so they then give me another bill to fix the issue with my check engine light. After all of this my vehicle has now been towed back to there shop and I am now nervous because I am not sure if they will do something untrustworthy in order to sucker more money from me. The only thing that I can do at this point is pray for them and hope for the best.

Great guys! I came from out of town and developed a serious problem with my car. Their lot was full and I know they had more than enough work to do. They were very courteous and helpful, they took me and worked on my car even staying an extra hour and a half after closing to finish. Highly recommend.

My car died at the airport parking garage. A very helpful gentleman at CLT airport security referred us to CJR. They loaned us a portable charging device that allowed me to drive my car from the airport garage to their shop. They quickly diagnosed the problem to be a malfunctioning alternator, had it replaced and had us on the road after 3 hours. They extended their work hours just so they can get us on the road! Thank you to the gentlemen who went above and beyond their job description, gave up their off work time to help us get back to SC. I am forever grateful!Jocelyn

Took my 2018 Slingshot here for minor body damage and repair. This father and son combo by far offered the most professional service I have experienced. They ordered parts, processed payments, kept me up to date each step of the way, made suggestions for improvements l, resolved low hanging issues and educated me on the vehicle! As a bonus they also offered me a courtesy ride home and back to retrieve the car. All repairs, painting and replacements were done to exact manufacturers specification and the car/motorcycle was returned spotlessly clean. I would highly recommend CJR Auto Repair 👌

THE GOOD: They work fast, they have fair prices and communication and timing was great so everything worked as planned.THE GREAT: They close at 6pm but i needed the work done and i couldnt do any other time than 4pm so they ended up working until 8pm which was awesome 👌

These guys really helped us out after we had some car trouble nearby on the highway. I literally searched for the nearest auto shop, and gave them a call to see if they could squeeze us in and get us back on the road quickly. I was lucky they were the ones I called. They were extremely accommodating and were very quick with the fix, very friendly with their service, and very generous with their time. I cant thank them enough for helping me and my family out when the unexpected happened.

Been here twice and theyve served us well at good prices. When my starter stopped working but I was close by, one guy was able to come over and get my car started so I wouldnt have to pay for a tow! The place doesnt look like much but dont let that stop you.

Friendly but SHITTY SERVICE! I came here to have a sensor replaced with the diagnosis from Auto Zone. I came here with the diagnosis paper and left my car here for 3 hours for it to be replaced because it was causing my service engine light to come on. When I came back to pick up my car the service engine light was still ON 🙄. So I waited for another 30-45 minutes for Audi(owner) to look into why the light was still on. So after waiting he found NOTHING! Other than telling me to bring my car back a day when I could drop it off. I took my car back up there on a Friday and his son told me his dad, Audi, was out of the country and he didnt know what to do to fix it and to bring it back another day his dad was there. Soooo I dropped it off on Friday at 1:30 & picked it back up Saturday at 2p, guess what???? THE LIGHT IS STILL ON! Now hes saying the part and the car is from 2 different states and my car isnt registering the part that was replaced which is the reason the light will not turn off. Wait, what, really??😠. Let me not forget to mention he attempted to charge me a $75 diagnosis to replace what I requested to be fixed, but he removed the charge after I brought it up. I paid $325 for part and labor only for the problem to not be resolved. Unless you like to throw money away, STAY FAR AWAY from here. I guess the 5 star ratings are either employees or their family/ friends.ADVICE TO MANAGEMENT/OWNER: Stop stealing money! And get a bigger parking area!

Took my car in for overheating and so far they have done anything and every but the overheating replaced the ignition bc it stays on when i left it i had no problem with it and they replaced the fuse box and didnt need it apparently so for a car that need just one thing they did all this other stuff and i think its bs they just try to rack up your bill!

I wanted to get my ac recharged on my 1993 ranger and he only had one bottle and he said he called all over the city to find the other and i said who had it and he said he called them and they didnt have it I CALLED and they said do i wanted it overnighted!!!!! HE LIES HE IS GARBAGE and when i confronted him about it he started yelling and hung up! I hope he goes out of business HE SUCKS SO BAD STAY AWAY I AM GLAD HE DIDNT WORK ON MY TRUCK
