We had a normal conversation he seem to be interested in knowing who I was and what I do for a living etc which I liked because it made me feel like he wasn’t just trying to hurry up and sell me a vehicle. On 10/22/2021, @7:30PM, Shelby King, gave us the best customer service hands down. We have been so used to being treated differently for being young, whether thats being brushed off or not taken seriously, the list can go on. Shelby displayed none of this and even helped us take care of our 4-month old daughter while we went on a test drive. We have never experienced customer care at this level at any other dealership and although we didnt purchase a vehicle on that day, we will definitely be only considering Shelby, when looking to pull the trigger on said vehicle purchase. Thank you, Shelby, we hope to be able to do business soon.

My search for a new company truck started with an internet inventory check for a specific vehicle. I located the exact truck I wanted and proceeded to contact them to set up a time to come look at it. I arrived at the dealership around 10AM and walked inside to find an army of team members with absolutely no interest in assisting us, they were too busy sipping coffee and talking amongst themselves. After about 15 minutes, a caring team member asked how they could help and I explained I was there to see Michael, we had discussed a specific truck. Michael came out to greet us, introduced himself and then went to get the key to the truck we had discussed. When he brought the truck around, it was not the vehicle we had discussed, it was a different color and one that I didnt think looked right with the two tone standard with a King Ranch model. We had some casual conversation and, as we were going to leave, we noticed a black Raptor model on the lot and asked if we could simply view the interior since wed not seen a Raptors interior. Michael was super cool about it and said hed go try to get the key. Approximately 5 minutes later he came out and said that another representative, assuming a manager, did not want us to go near the truck or look inside it..... Pre-sold or not, theres no harm in letting someone see an interior, but I can only assume this wonderful fella on his high horse believed us unqualified to know the inside of a Raptor looks like. I want to be clear that the salesman was very professional, but I personally believe itd benefit him to find a more people friendly dealership to advance his career and sales potential. A few hours later, I purchased a truck at Capital Ford. They were friendly, receptive to let us look at any vehicle wed like since they sell cars and a suitable truck was found and purchased. Michael, I thank you for being polite and wish you well, but your colleague most certainly cost you a big sale.

Zero Integrity, Zero customer service, 100% DECEPTION!THEY OWE ME $4657, and Ive been waiting over a month for it, AND STILL NOTHING! THE $30,000 CAR I PURCHASED CANNOT BE SAFELY DRIVEN DUE TO NUMEROUS SAFTEY ISSUES!* With a credit score of 853, I was not given the interest rate that I pre-qualified for online. Was told the bank would ONLY give a better rate IF I PURCHASED THE EXTENDED WARRANTY! Called the bank, and they confirmed this was FALSE! They only consider your credit score.* $600 BOGUS charge added to my bank financing papers, and I stillhavent been told what it is for.* $4057 BOGUS extended warranty sold to me under FALSE PRETENSES!Was told the details of the warranty would be MAILED and nothingthere to give me. Contacted manger, after numerous tries,and then I was MAGICALLY emailed a copy of this warranty, from thefinance manager, and it PLAINLY STATED the things I was I told itwould cover, was in fact listed as NOT COVERED!*****DO NOT TRUST THIS DECEPTIVE FINANCE MANGER! HE IS AFRAUD!!!!!!IF YOU CONSIDER THE EXTENDED WARRANTY, INSIST ON THE DETAILS IN WRITING. THIS EXTENDED WARRANTY ISNT WORTH THE PAPER IT IS PRINTED ON! DOES NOT COVER ANYTHING!* The $30,000 car I was sold, was not checked out a as promised.* Could not safely drive the car home (I live 1.5 hours away) due to a dangerous steering issue! The test drive I was taken on, only went a city block and could only drive 35MPH, thus masking this issue. Noticed the issue when driving on the interstate, going home, from Mark Ficken. Called immediately to report it. NO CALL BACK! EVER!* 1st rain, a few days later, and the floor boards STANDING IN OVER 2 INCHES OF WATER! Yet again NO CALL ANSWERED AND NO CALL BACK!* SLICK FRONT TIRES. Was told by Mark Ficken Ford that these tires were fine and would pass another inspection. Took to original dealership, and was told they were BALD AND DANGEROUS and would NOT pass inspection. Spent $300 out of my pocket to replace them.* Wiper blades were in the worst shape I have ever seen. Spent $60 out of my pocket to replace them.**** IF YOU CALL, THE ONLY WAY YOU CAN GET THROUGH IS TO CHOOSE THE SPEAK TO A SALES PERSON option. Awesome Experience !!! My son Mason bought his dream car a Mustang GT. Sandy and Hunter made the whole process smooth and flawless. Liars and crooks. I paid $2653 for a Ford Premium Care Extended Warranty. That was 3 months ago. Ive checked with Ford Motor several times and they show no extended warranty for my car. Ive contacted the F&I manager at Mark Ficken Ford numerous times and have repeatedly been told it will be handled. It has not. Ford Motor said it only takes 24 hours to process the extended warranty. Ill be contacting the state attorney generals office tomorrow and start there to get my money back. Liars and crooks. Also be prepared to be hit with a $799.00 document fee on your car or truck purchase. Go somewhere else.

Been going to them to get car service with β€œthe works”. Includes oil change, multipoint inspection, and tire rotation. From my understanding they may not have been rotating my tires every time I visited. This time for sure they failed to rotate tires, inform tread/tire issues. Only found out when I hydroplaned a week later during a trip. Had been going to them to get oil changes a tires rotated. Their failure to do so not only caused me to nearly wreck, but money having to get the tires replaced that did not have even treads due to their negligence. Which all could of been avoided if they were not cutting corners. This past visit they also advised me to get services my vehicle did it need like new spark plugs, brake fluid exchange, transmission exchange, and other things my car disk not need. They never tried to upsell me unneeded services before my last visit. They could of sold me on tires had they actually bothered to check. Instead they earned this review, and lost me as a customer.

I’ve never in my life posted a review good or bad, but my girlfriend bought a car recently. She is young and clearly was a first time buyer. They obviously knew that and took advantage because they sent her away in a dirty car. And she reached out and asked if she could get it cleaned and they were nice and agreed. (Not to mention there was a headlight out, crack in the windshield, parts hanging down, and the wipers seem old) They fixed some things and were going to send us on our way but when we got in the car it was still dirty. So we confronted them and then had to wait another 2 hours before it got cleaned. Very unprofessional and they are sketchy. Do not recommend!

Hunter was super nice, and helped me with the processing of getting an application and everything in motion of buying a vehicle they had a week ago. They ended up selling the vehicle to another person today, and never didn’t let me know (I had to call to get an update), which is unprofessional to sell a pending vehicle to someone else. Definitely need to have better communication on that, and to have a vehicle set at β€œpending”, so that it doesn’t occur to another potential customer.

Absolutely awful service. They have had my vehicle for two weeks and the service manager will not even answer the phone let alone return a phone call. Ive never been so disrespected by a dealer. They obviously have not interest in making money. The lady who answers the phone premises to return your call and then hangs up the phone. When you call back, if they answer, she yells at you because you ask her for an update on your vehicle. My next call will be Channel 9 news and my attorney. Stay away from this business at all cost.

Made an appointment for service, showed up at the scheduled time, was told there was no way they could possibly get to me today. Not sure why they schedule appointments at all, as it apparently doesnt actually mean theyll be able to do anything when you get there. Glad I drove the extra 30 minutes to go to one of the highest rated dealers around, for them to tell me Id have to make another appointment to actually get my car looked at. Totally worth the time and effort. On the plus side, only wasted about 15 minutes once I got there, as the service advisor was quite friendly and attentive, and quickly informed me that they wouldnt be able to service my car that day.Again, not sure why they schedule appointments at all.

Do not buy a car from these people out of state. They will not process your vehicle registration paperwork and you will not find out until your temp tag has expired and you call them to figure out what is going on. They also cant issue you another temp tag so you wont be able to drive your vehicle.Update: The out of state license person lied to me several times saying she sent my paperwork to the company they have contracted to do the actual paperwork. All she does is send paperwork via mail and she cant even do that. Do Not buy a car from this place.

Had an amazing experience at Felix Sabates Ford! I’d been looking for a Transit Connect XLT and the local dealership kept trying to push me into an xl, despite my insistence that I knew what I wanted. I saw Felix had a few XLT’s online, so I called and spoke with Dallas. I told him what I wanted on my trade in, what I wanted to pay for the van, and how much cash I was willing to pay. They are located over 3.5 hours from me so he reassured me that they would be able to make something work and we made an appointment. When I arrived the next day both of the vans I had discussed with Dallas were waiting for me and I quickly settled on on the Frozen White one. Dallas was with another customer so Blake Carlson took care of me for the duration of my stay; I’m confident that either one will take care of you to the best of their ability. While I test drove the van around the block, they evaluated my truck and had a trade in value ready when I got back. They came in really close to what I wanted for my truck and what I was expecting to pay for the van, so we moved forward. In all the excitement, I had forgotten to account for tax and doc fees which pushed the van out of my cash payment budget, but quickly they got me financed with the lowest rate I’ve ever personally had and I got to keep my cash in my pocket. Even better, they nearly got the payment down to what I wanted (within $20) and extended the warranty from just the drivetrain to bumper-to-bumper! While the whole process took more than 20 minutes, everything was extremely efficient with no downtime. I was so pleased with my experience, I know where I’m going when it’s time for the next vehicle! You won’t regret choosing Felix Sabates for your Ford purchase!

My wife and I were on our first day of our vacation, heading to my sisters house in North Augusta South Carolina, when our vehicle broke down in Charlotte North Carolina, so I had it towed to these guys a month ago. He was very easy to discuss with me the things about the vehicle I saw on line - very informative. After looking at the car & driving it, I loved it! I next met with the Big Swede, regarding financing options, he was very impressive, and I was taught more in 20 minutes, than any class on the subject, in school or college. BUYER BEWARESTAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!Told the salesperson we already had financing at 7% but agreed to let them run Ford credit ONLY for a lower rate because he said they were at 5.5%. We also had $4700 equity and $3k in rebates and discounts. Salesperson came back and had switched us to a totally different vehicle saying the other vehicle was too high after telling us a price $3,000 lower.He then came outside with an offer sheet (ON A TRUCK WE NEVER TOLD HIM WE WANTED) wanting us to put an additional $1,000 down and acted like he had no idea what the interest rate was. He also tried to tell us that our trade equity would be mailed to us instead of applied to the deal even though I could tell it was already deducted. We told him to contact us later when he figured out what the real interest rate was. Salesman didnt bother to contact us that day or the next until after I contacted his supervisor by email. The salesperson immediately contacts me and says no need to contact my supervisor. Now all of a sudden the interest rate is 14.5% with $7500 in rebates/equity & discounts and still asking for $1k down. Also now admits he was wrong about the equity not being applied to the deal already. We obviously didnt do the deal and went to Town & Country Ford the next day. Told them only to run Ford credit and got approved no problem at 6.9% and made the purchase. Now we have started getting letters from lenders where Sabates Ford ran our credit thru several places after being told only to run Ford credit. Called to complain and havent been called back by the same supervisor I emailed. These practices are borderline criminal. Dont be fooled by their recent name change. The same sales people are there. They should be avoided unless you want to get ripped off.AS OF TODAY 6/8/2021 we have gotten 3 letters from different banks that checked my sons credit after specifically telling them not to do this.Luckily for my son I decided to go with him or he would be paying for their deceptive practices for years to come.UPDATE 6/19/2021Got two more letters today from lenders after specifically telling them we already had our own financing and to only run the credit through Ford Credit. That makes 5 total. I dont even think they actually ran it 3 Ford Credit because Town & Country Ford got us approved through Ford Credit with no problem at 6.9. These guys are crooked as they come. Still weeks later no one has ever bothered to pick up the phone and call us to explain, say they would take care of the situation,apologize or anything.STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP

I came in after scheduling an appointment online, I was not meet by an one from service after parking and standing in the marked parking for service drop off.So I walked inside and asked the service manager for help, he pointed to the center of the room and said go over there. He then leaned back and had a loud and unprofessional call with his kids on speaker so we all could listen in because the phone was at full volume.I am then Final meet by a service person, who looks me up in the computer and tells me to go to the Todd for help. Kind of rude, but I am trying to stay positive.I starting talking to Todd who says he thought he was done for the day. Kind of a weird first thing to say to a new customer. I normally pay between 79 and 89 for an oil change at Ford in California. He says that the 79 dollar coupon does not apply after he check me in and let’s me where the waiting area is. So I ask for how is the quote cost. He has to make a call and I wait at his desk, after a fue minute he says it is 280. I can’t believe I was about to be not told the pros jumped that much with out a warning.I can not believe that Ford will do well if this is how they support there customers.I understand why they are losing customer share in the market.

My car got fixed, but here is my concern. My check engine light was on due to my spark plugs needed to be changed and my cabin air filter. So when service was complete, I was told the light was still on, and that I was told to take it a auto parts store for them to turn off my check engine light. If I just payed $360 for service why do I need to go to a auto part store for them to reset my light when they dont even do that? So I ended up coming back the next day for them to turn off the light which is what should have been done at the time of service. It was a inconvenience so thats the reason Im rating it 4 stars.

Our family of 4 came in on a Saturday to look at a specific used vehicle that we had found online. Dallas was the salesperson that was helping us and was kind, courteous and was not pushy at all. We took it for a test drive and after visiting some other dealerships I came back in the next day to buy. Since Dallas was not there, Cristian took over and made sure I was good from a sales perspective. Wendy was working with me on the financing and she was great. When we got home the night we were getting all of our technology set up, putting care seats in, etc. and the car just died on us (it was a 2019 Subaru Ascent). After doing some in depth research we found out that this is a common problem with the 2019 Ascent and we immediately decided that this vehicle was not reliable and did not want to keep it.I spoke with Brennen, the used car sales manager, and he told me to that if I was unhappy that I could bring back the vehicle and exchange it for something else. They even gave me a loaner to use that day (due to my fear that the Ascent would die on me again) and I returned on Monday evening to discuss my options. We looked at the 2021 Explorer and while I liked the vehicle I wanted to make sure that my wife was going to be comfortable driving it as well. They encouraged me to take it home for the day and then come back when we had made up our minds then next afternoon. Thankfully my wife liked the Explorer and the decision was made. When I came back in, Wil worked really hard to get us as many rebates and the best rate possible. Even as I finished up the paperwork with Orion (since Wendy was not there on Tuesday), Wil came in because he had found an additional $500 rebate for us to apply to the vehicle. He had been looking for more discounts even after I had agreed to the final sale price.Car dealerships and salespeople usually get a bad rap. My experience at Felix Sabates Ford Lincoln was extremely positive despite a rocky start. If you are looking for a dealership that is focused on customer service and genuinely cares about the customer experience, I highly recommend working with Dallas, Cristian, Wendy, Wil and Orion.

Stewart was amazing. I took my vehicle to get serviced and he explained the whole process to me. It was right before a busy weekend but they were able to get my vehicle in and out. We bought a Lincoln in October from Felix Sabates and the entire process was easy. Negotiated via email. Came in to drive the car, and had a very quick process do to the paperwork. I used the Valet service recently - very easy process - picked up my car, and dropped off a (gorgeous!) loaner Nautilus. My car was back within 2 hours without me having to even leave work. Very happy with my Lincoln and dont see myself changing anytime soon.

I had the worst customer experience ever trying to buy a truck from this dealership. I’m 36 years old and have bought my fair share of used and new vehicles but by far this is the worst dealer relationship I’ve ever had. Alley and Julian manipulated every step of the process. I drove 45 minutes to buy a truck that I absolutely loved. I told them my absolute top dollar price out the door and they said. Ok come on in. We can make that work. I even told them if they can’t work that deal to send me some comps and of vehicles that we could possibly deal on. They still told me to come on in. They typically found stuff to devalue my trade and that’s what I expected. Typical dealer stuff. But then the number on the first sale sheet never even made since. My payoff of my trade was way more than it was supposed to be and nothing added up. It was a complete waste of time. A deal I thought we had made I would expect to be up sold but they went up $6000. That’s on a $34000 truck. I’m very disappointed in them. I really like this truck and contacted Alley the next day to see what was the best offer they could do and she blew me off all day. Worst sales experience I’ve ever had. I write a great review when needed and I’m very reserved to write a bad one. Just check my reviews. I will be contacting Ford about this. Very disappointed.

The service staff seem somewhat lackadaisical. The last time I went in, I had scheduled an Express Lane oil change. After almost an hour of waiting at the dealership, I noticed my car still sitting outside the service garage. I went to the service office and asked if there was an issue. He joked that No, it was a way to have me look at cars in the lot! I said I wasnt sure what the point of making an appointment is when my car was being ignored. The service rep got someone on it, and after another wait, my car had its oil changed. I appreciate that the service rep comped my oil change, but still, time is valuable.I scheduled a service offer called The Works, which was an oil change and tire rotation special. I asked the dealer to look at the tires and only do a rotation if needed. The Inspection sheet came back saying the tires REQUIRED IMMEDIATE ATTENTION, and states elsewhere that all 6 tires (!) including the rear inner tires on my Mustang were good. Huh??

(UPDATE AT BOTTOM)I purchased a 2019 f250 from you guys last ThursdayFirst off, Adriana was great. Took initiative to satisfy the deal. Overall experience was great with Adriana. So now onto some of the negatives. I had questions on my unique situation with the tag. I’m a veteran and my tag was expiring 03FEB and had a veteran tag to be transferred. No one really truly know how to proceed properly with my tag transfer, so I ended up just getting a new Georgia non-veteran tag in hopes that I can just take the tag to the local tag office once it comes in and swap it out for a veteran tag. As part of the overall deal is that I am owed a drop in bedliner, which I will be returning to the dealership Wednesday or Thursday this week to have the bedliner installed. The truck had not been detailed yet when I had gotten there (plans were made for it to be fully ready when I arrived so I could get an early start back home on the 4.5 hour drive.) I asked if the recon center changes the oil and such and was told β€œyes they changed the oil”. This statement was false because the oil life is less than half. When I returned home, I stopped into an ice cream shop and was going to use the key pad to lock and unlock the truck so I snapped a picture of the code on the card in the glove box, closed all doors, pressed the two lower buttons on the pad to lock, then entered the code. The truck does not unlock. Tried many times. The code in the glove box seems to have never been programmed before I received the truck. Here I am, locked outside the truck for over 2 hours in the freezing cold with no jacket while a locksmith had to come open the truck for us. Now just discovered that both driver door panels are leaking water into the cab of the truck. I planned on driving up there tomorrow to get the bedliner that was supposed to arrive tomorrow, now I was told that it will be next week. Overall satisfied with the vehicle but not satisfied with the circumstances. Nothing has been done to be compensated the the inconvenience of being locked out of the truck due to incorrect programming of the key code or the leaking doors. I asked for a spray in bed liner instead but I guess that’s β€œasking for too much” apparently.(Update: been speaking with Keri and Vlad. I called again to get an update on the bed liner/oil change ordeal. They asked me who I was dealing with and I told them Adriana. Well Adriana no longer works there so I was left abandoned with no notice. Keri and Vlad have been very helpful. They offered to pay for a spray in bed liner in my area and the oil change at the local dealership so I wouldn’t have to drive 4.5 hours up there. THANKYOU KERI AND VLAD! Customer service seems few and far between and hard to find someone that will actually stick to their word and give you a call back. I understand things get busy but don’t say β€œI’m going to call you In an hour and let you know” if you’re not going to. Once again Thankyou Keri and Vlad for making things right with all the issues I’ve had being locked out of the truck due to lack of programming the key code and lack of oil change when I was told it was done.

Inquired about a vehicle online. Got a call with 15 minutes which is normal. Spoke to the rep on the phone and set up a time to look at the vehicle. Got there and was greeted and shown the vehicle. They sent me on a test drive and appraised my trade. An excellent dealership. I purchased a new F-150 and was more than pleased with the experience. They have a pretty substantial inventory, along with many special and dealer modified versions, and will take the time to show you whatever you want. Sales, management and finance were all a pleasure to deal with. My experience at Felix Sabates was great. I gave myself ample time, three months, to shop for the vehicle I had in mind. I visited numerous online sites and nearly all the local Ford dealerships before ultimately deciding to purchase from Felix Sabates. Felix Sabates had a larger selection to choose than most of the local dealership, I felt that Felix Sabates were more transparent than any of the other dealership in explaining and offering the Rebates and the folks there were readily available to answer all my questions. While I will always shop around and do my due diligence to find the best deal in town, Felix Sabates will be on the of my top of dealerships to visit when and if Im ever in the business of purchasing another Ford vehicle.

I had a noise coming from the car so I took it in. Their service department were closing for the day but I had to drive to Chicago the next morning so that was the only chance I had to get my car checked before my long road trip. Michael in the service department was very accommodating and he asked one of their service techs to stay back a little longer to take a look at my car. There was a screw for the engine cover which came lose and dropped while I was driving so they put a new one in its place and fixed it right up. That noise was suddenly gone and a huge sigh of relief for me since that noise would have made me wonder the whole trip if my car was safe to drive. Excellent service.

My wife and I were extremely impressed with the courtesy and professionalism of the entire staff at Felix Sabates Lincoln. I took my 2013 Lincoln MKZ in for a recall and also discovered that I needed new rear shocks on the car. I received good service and everyone was pleasant and nice at the dealership. I did not have the shocks replaced at the dealership and took the car to another location and saved $500. I am sure everyone knows that almost all garages are cheaper than the dealer for repairs but Felix Sabates Lincoln keeps sending me emails to review them so this is my review.

We took our 2019 Ford Escape here after an oil change we received from one of those quick stop oil change places. The car had begun to run rough after the oil change, so we had it towed to Felix Sabates Ford Lincoln. Turns out the car had been filled with 8 quarts of oil rather than the recommended 4.3 quarts...Michael from the service center was kind enough to help us out after closing time that Saturday as we had the car towed them. He was very kind and knowledgeable, he also kept in contact with us through the entire process and contacted the oil shop for us to handle the situation.The repair process was completed in a timely matter and the service was great. As long as were in Charlotte, well be bringing our vehicles here from now on!

I had to come for a state inspection and had my car checked for an alignment and a few other items. Michael Santana went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service and was honest during the whole process. He recommended a hold of on the alignment until I receive new tires (my tires are super old so I knew I’d need new ones soon). He even helped me prepare for a trip to the DMV since I had just moved to the Charlotte area.
