Angel was so kind and got me in for an oil change right away - after my attempt to make an online appointment didnt work due to a phone an internet outage. This location is so convenient to my new workplace. I will be using B&R Auto Repair & Tire for all my vehicles service and repair needs.

B&R saved our RV road trip vacation by diagnosing and repairing our A/C system. We are from Florida and our A/C failed on the first day. They got us back on the road within hours. They made the extra effort to obtain parts quickly avoiding an overnight delay. Excellent communication, service and reasonable price. Still cooling strong almost a month later.

Top-notch service. They are very honest and knowledgeable. I am a mechanical engineer who works on his own car and rarely let anyone else touch it. Fantastic experience. I was in from out of town to purchase a car from a dealer, and wanted to get a third party to perform a presale inspection. I chose these guys because of their quality reviews and I was not disappointed. The staff quickly fit me in their work schedule, made a great recommendation for a local lunch spot (Zachs Burgers, a great recommendation as well), and they were finished when I returned from lunch. I could not have asked for better service. I highly recommend this shop.

So this place is definitely robbing customers... Wanted to charge me 3hrs labor for a job that take almost an hour and a half.

My splash plate came loose on the highway and was dragging on the road. BnR was the closest mechanic to me and I popped in to have them look. Eric was very friendly and quickly screwed back into place. He was not pushy and sent me on my way quickly with recommendations on where to find a new part in the future.

I had a flat tire and it needed to be replaced. They offered a solution to get a used one, if I wanted, which was also at an entirely different business. I ended up replacing both of my old tires with new ones at B&R. I do like how his first instinct was to try the cheaper option to get me going. It was a good first impression. The two new tires were very well priced!

These guys are great. My truck snapped a brake line on my trip back to N.Y. from Fla. I am always wary of mechanics I do not know but sometimes you dont have a choice. I had to just google repair shop and I got these guys. Thank God. They quoted me a price and took me right away. They stuck to their estimate and I was back on the road before the end of the day. Most professional auto shop in Charlotte! Eric and his crew put new tires and shock absorbers on 2005 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. These guys can do it all and are very nice to work with. Very flexible. Highly recommend.

Shortly before arriving in Charlotte, my low tire pressure light came on. After checking the pressure, I knew it couldnt wait. I came across this place online, called, and was told to come right in despite them closing in less than an hour. My tire was looked at immediately and in less than 40 minutes, it was repaired. The price was reasonable and the staff was friendly. I would definitely recommend this place.

Excellent experience with Eric today as I was passing through town. He worked me in quickly and the work was done very thoroughly. The price charged was extremely fair. I wish I lived closer, they would be my first choice for a local auto shop.

I have to say that I really appreciate the customer service that this particular B&R location gave me. My car overheated on a very hot 100 degree day. I made my way to B&R and as the owner was kind enough to stop doing what he was doing and come diagnose my car problem. Which he did by taking a quick look and was spot on. He was very busy and didnt have the time to fix it the same day. Even though they were going to close soon he decided that he would make a way to help us out and fix the issue. after about an hour, my truck was as good as new and we were on our way. I am very satisfied with this B&R location. They will have all of my future business.

The auto shop says that it offers free pick up and delivery of vehicles that want for repair so I was very happy to call them. However, they charged me $100 for the service and said that the service is free for cars that require a service worth $1000. They hadnt mentioned this when I called them earlier.

I hate to be the first bad review for B&R, but they earned it. I called at 9 this morning and made an alignment appointment for 2:30 today, and even called an hour before my appointment to make sure they werent behind schedule. I arrived at 2:20, told them I was there for the 2:30 appointment, and gave my key to them. Another customer walked in a few minutes after me and was late for their 2:00 appointment. Instead of making them wait because they were late, B&R took their car right in and told me I would have to wait until 3:00 before they would start on my vehicle. Since it was a work day for me, I couldnt spare an extra half hour, but even if I could, its the concept of the situation that made me leave. The person that arrived 30 minutes late should be the one that had to wait. A simple sorry about that man was all I got when asking for my key to leave.Response to business response: No, the car wasnt supposed to be dropped off. I made it clear on the phone that I was going to wait, and you saw that I was sitting in the waiting area when you decided to take the late person before me.

I had driven in from Ohio on vacation and over the weekend, my car had a check engine light show up. While it was a newer car, I did not want to drive back through the mountains without getting it checked out. This place took a look at it, diagnosed the problem, had a part delivered and the car repaired in under an hour. I have NEVER seen service like this. The mechanic was extremely kind, thorough, and knew what he was doing. I wish this location was closer to home, theyd be my mechanic for life!
