I paid these people $5500 dollars to install a motor. I got 12 month 12,000 mile warranty. Not only Would they not fix my car but they took parts from my car God knows what they did with them took my battery and interstate battery God knows what they did with that and now they want even honor their warranty I advise no one to ever have any work done by Asia Works

Went to this location because they were backed up at the Park road one and I desperately needed my air conditioning fixed. Would give both places 10 stars if I could! Not only do they give the best price (I called around to 2 other shops), but they always talk to me respectfully. It means a lot to me for a mechanic to not talk down to me about my knowledge, and also explain what is going on without confusing me.Buying Hondas for life, so I can bring my vehicle in to them! Recently purchased an older model 2007 Acura TL at an auction as it will be his first vehicle. The car needed a lot of work including power steering racks and engine mounts. The price that was quoted was reasonable and much lower than the dealership. Overall, the service was great. I will definitely take my vehicle here in the future.

Kevin did an excellent job of checking for front end noise and not trying to sell me new parts that were not needed (however, if it had been necessary, the quote for new struts was half the price, with the same parts, that the dealer quoted me). He completely fixed the problem and only charged me for labor. It is great to find a local mechanic with reasonable prices, expertise and honesty. Ill be back!

I brought my 2010 Civic over to replace the transmission fluid. They did an amazing job and the price for parts and labor was far better than anywhere else I looked, even a low quality service place like Valvoline. I also mentioned that my transmission felt jerky and upshifted/downshifted randomly. Thinking this was a big problem, I brought it to their attention. When they took the vehicle out to test it, they gave me an honest answer about the transmission instead of stating that something needed to be fixed. I appreciate Honda Works for their value, honesty, and integrity. If your Honda has any service needs, please give the good folks at Honda Works a call. Either location will provide you with courteous and careful service.

Great service and pricing

Kevin is great! He diagnosed and fixed a noise that my daughters Honda Accord Hybrid was making after it was misdiagnosed by the dealership. It runs beautifully now! I would definitely recommend this place for your Honda and Toyota repairs!

Hondaworks/Asiaworks are both outstanding/reasonably priced mechanics Ive frequented (only) for past 2 years. Oil change $35/slow tire leak ...for just $10!! Of course my tire situation ALLOWED this inexpensive repair, but its great to know they like saving me $$$ too. Fassst service (45 m total) and people people staff makes this my fav Honda repair place.

I have really enjoyed the experience at Honda Works. The pricing is fair, they explain everything well, and the quality is excellent. I have trusted them with multiple Hondas and my sons Nissan Xterra (hey, close enough!), and they have done a great job. I just wish they did work on American vehicles because I would bring those too!

I had my dead 1993 Holda Del Sol towed in and they brought her back to life! Shes been running great ever since. Great customer service, timely, and fair prices! They even educated me a little bit on how my car works :)

So satisfied with the work on my 2006 Accord. The car runs like new after new front drive axel replaced and the total was amazingly low. These guys are awesome and you would have to be crazy to go anywhere else.

Honda works has been great to deal with for years. Kevin is extremely knowledgeable, reasonable, and friendly not to mention best priced in charlotte. I recommend everyone I know to these guys as its hard to find a trustworthy mechanic shop like Honda works.

I have been taking my Hondas here for 15 years and I will never take my Honda anywhere else. I cannot stress enough how honest this shop is. They do great work, and I have never been ripped off or overcharged.

They are very knowledgeable and they actually care that my Honda stays in good condition without trying to up-sell me on things I do not absolutely need.

This was the worst experience in my life! They were the rudest people I have ever encountered! My tires and rims were stolen from this Scaleybark location and act as if I was the one that took them! The mechanics were rude and so was the lady at the front desk! Not once did a employee show me any courtesy! When they stole my tires, no one tried to call or reassure that my tires would be replaced! Never did one mechanic come out and show me what jobs they performed on my car, when I asked about seeing any mechanic, it was always the same excuse, theyre busy! They replaced four brand new tires with four worn out tires that I have to replace so that I can be safe when I drive the car! When I finally picked up my car, they charged me 221.00$ for something that really did not make any sense. They never explained the work that was done! I hate the day I ever trusted this circus to fix my car! I will never in my life go back to HondaWorks! If you are smart, you will not do as much as drive past that place! I have no reason to try and blast this company out of spite! I advise anyone who is thinking of taking their car to them, please rethink your decision! Worst car experience ever!

These people are fantastic. If you want a fancy waiting room at a dealership with wifi and free snacks, feel free to go get ripped off and pressured into work you dont really need. These people do great work at fair prices and I would highly recommend them.

Ive been going there for almost 20 years now, and Ive saved thousands of dollars. Between timing belts, engine repair, and all the crazy things that have popped up, they are honest, quick, and inexpensive. Ive had a Honda / Acura the entire time, but they also do Nissan and Toyota now. All three locations are excellent.

Kevin stands behind his work and they got my Honda with the dreaded EVAP code diagnosed and fixed with some investigation. They use genuine Honda parts, but get them at really good prices and combined with their reasonable shop rates, you get very good value for your $$$. Impressed with this business and will recommend to anyone!

My car stalled out on the highway, and I had it towed here based on the Google and yelp reviews. They replaced my timing and other belts. I picked it up on the 2nd day. Car is running, so Im happy. Unfortunately it also cost me a fortune.

They do great work

I left them to drop an engine in my prelude which required a v-tec swap and they told me they could do it. They over charged me and did not put the engine in properly! The engine light came on soon as I left the shop. The owner Kevin!! told me it was an oxygen sensor so I got the sensor changed and the engine light still came on, then I took it back and he told me it was the fuel pump. Got that change engine light still came on. Obviously he is unsure of what he does, and he acts as if he never has time to do anything. I wouldnnt recommend this mans shop to anyone!!! Very unorganized they told me it would take two weeks for my car to be done and it took two months!!! My passenger mirror was broken off while parked at the shop and they wouldnt tell me a price til the day of pick up. I know it may sound as if i just bashed the whole shop, but honestly and truly Kevin is a master mind when it comes to hondas. I just wish he worked alone.
