Justin and Todd did a excellent job. They displayed great customer service by perfectly balancing the personal and professional relationship with their customers. But if we’re talking about the work that did on the car. I almost didn’t recognize my own car. Fresh paint with a gloss finish. Plus interior vacuuming. Hands-down 5 star service.

There were quick and efficient, stayed in touch with me during the process of my total loss on my Yukon xl. With in a week I had a payoff check and there used car dealership has a very great selection of all makes and models.

It was 10:30 pm on Saturday night. So the tow company took my car to Hendrick Collison Center while I continued on my trip via a rental car from Alamo (DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM). once home in Ohio, received a call from Gabby and from that point on it was a very great experience. Constant communication call, emails. The repairs were done very quickly and the job was done right. Then I had to go back to get my vehicle where I finally met John. Very professional went over everything they had to to repair my car. Went over the warranty even replaced my key fab battery. Then on the way home John called just to make sure I was not having an issues.If a business is that way to a stranger from out of state. They deserve the highest recognition. Hendrick collision did an awesome job. Matt Gioeli was super friendly and informative. He was very open and honest during my estimation and called to inform me what was going on during my repair. Even the 2 front ladies at the desk were very sweet. I did have to bring my car back for some minor wiring issues with my tail light but Matt was great. I hope to never have to see him again but if I ever need a repair done I would go back in a heartbeat.

I brought my Accord in after another driver hit me, causing significant damage to the entire passenger side of my car. Todd Beaver handled the estimate, back and forth with the insurance company, and was my point of contact throughout the whole process. Todd provided excellent service and was clear in his communication. He did a great job of setting expectations on the front end and gave me regular updates with how the repairs were going over the month and a half my car was in the shop. I got my car back last week and you wouldnt be able to tell I was ever in an accident or the car had body work, which is impressive considering the extent of the damage when I dropped the car off. John Malave at Hendricks was the individual I interacted with. He was very polite and made it clear that my needs were his first priority. I reached out to Hendrick Collision Center South to inquire about some minor scratches that I had recently gotten on my Accord. Rather than just sending me an estimate, Matt Gioeli, who was the associate, told me to bring the car in first to see if he can try buffing out the scratches himself since they were very surface level, which was successful. In the end, he prioritized customer service/experience and went above and beyond to help rather than just seeing me as just another customer. Worked with Hendrick Collision Center to get out 2018 HR-V repaird after an accident. We worked through Jason and he was great.....they had our vehicle done in 3 days. Way faster then expected. Once we got there to pick it up there was a couple body line issues, Jason took it right back into the shop and they adjusted them right then.Extremely satisfied with the qork they did and the way we were taken care lf. Hopefully we will never need to use them again but if we do. We wont hesistate.

Look, no auto dealership is perfect, but on average I have gotten the best service from Hendrick Automotive during my three decades in Charlotte. Thats why, when we had a minor fender bender, I wanted us to take our Audi (purchased at Hendrick Audi, of course) to a Hendrick repair shop. I figured it was the best chance at getting incomparable service.I was right. You cannot see anything of where the damage occurred, the paint was matched flawlessly, and everyone was super nice and super professional. Would happily use these people for any other repairs we need to make (though hopefully not anytime soon).
