These guys are amazing! They really know their stuff! I took my 2021 Audi S7 to them for a performance upgrade. Unfortunately there was no upgrade available for my car yet since it was so new, but the guys there told me they will contact me as soon as it became available. They showed me the different upgrades I could get and how my car’s performance would be affected. I’m excited to go back to them once the software is released. They were very polite and made sure I understood everything before I left. I can’t overstate how important courtesy and good customer service is to me and these guys certainly provided both. I had some race prep done on my Audi TTRS. I am very particular at to who I allow to work on my cars. Evan Tillery was my service agent at GMP. He explained everything very clearly and delivered on every promise. Jason did the work on the car and did an excellent job. We had constant communication/updates throughout the process which was very reassuring. The day I went to pickup the car, Stephen the owner of the shop was washing the car, preparing for delivery. Now that was pretty impressive.Overall I am very satisfied with the work they performed. It was done in a timely manner and delivered as promised.Shops like this are few and far in between.Thank you guys.

If you dont have a new high end European car this is not the place for you. They simply dont care. I dropped my 2006 BMW have one issue taken care of, when I came to pick it up it was fixed but their technician caused a whole other problem / issue and now my car wont start. They never once mentioned it to me while repairing the initial findings, but included it as a recommendation on the invoice after the service was paid for. After spending 1330.00 for repairs here I still have to get the vehicle towed and repaired somewhere else for a problem they created and did not notify me of. Richard was not concerned enough or lacked the skills to address the issue. His nonchalant attitude and very unprofessional poor customer service created a horrible customer experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Fantastic experience. i had the GMP team put aluminum bundt wheels and dunlop sport classic tires on my 72 mercedes, and the whole transaction was really smooth. the customer service was excellent (thanks, brad!) and the end product was done with care and precision (thanks techs!). the wheels are immaculate, balancing was achieved with minimal weights and ride is super smooth at high speeds. definitely will work with GMP again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Quiton, Jason, and Steven are some of the nicest people I’ve met. Seriously, I called them up before I decided to purchase a track car looking for advice. They went out of their way to help me pick my next ride. When I settled on a m2, Quiton reached out to the lead BMW instructor and ran my purchase by him. I wasn’t a customer and had never darkened the door but they spent the time with me regardless.

Knowledgeable and extremely great shop. Had some delays on parts, but nothing due to them. Happens when stuff ships across the ocean. Any issues found was promptly communicated to me with a solution and planof action to get my car back to me as soon as possible Answered any and all questions I had quickly and overall, Im extremely happy with my car. Highly recommend GMP; I cant say enough good things about my experience purchasing a wheel package from GMP. I ordered new Vossen wheels and Michelin tires for my 21 - C8 Corvette. They are very customer oriented and went above and beyond my expectations. Evan was extremely easy to deal with, his help and recommendation selecting wheels and tires was terrific. The entire process, selection, ordering payment to delivery was simple and smooth, no issues or concerns whatsoever. Tires were mounted, balanced and personally delivered Josh. Considering I live 2 1/2 hours from GMP, one would not expect this type of service. Great establishment!!

Hands Down by the far the best shop! Came in to get some Renntech turbos and other work and John always takes the best care of everything from start to finish. He is always very attentive to details and always keep me updated throughout the entire process whenever I bring my car in. Since finding them I have chosen to direct all my service appointments to them from now on, since they take care of your vehicle and treat it as if it was their own, which is huge! Awesome place. Was told by Audi Northlake that I needed a new engine for my 2016 S6 for $ 38,000 after EPC light came on at 73,000 miles.Had the car towed to GMP for a second opinion. They thoroughly inspected the car and found that no new engine was needed.They found the twin turbo was defective since the original oil lines clogged up and starved the turbos of oil. This is a known Audi S6 issue that has been published in Technical Bulletins from Audi.GMP Installed new aftermarket turbos on the car with new oil lines that have accessible oil filters in the feed lines to the turbos.Car is running perfect for a fraction of the cost that Audi offered.GMP gained a customer for life!Top notch team of professionals.

Brought my 2016 Audi S3 to GMP Performance for an APR Stage 1 tune. Called on a whim one day and they fit me into the shop within thirty minutes. The tuning process took about an hour and there was plenty to admire around the shop during that time. The facility is very clean, spacious, and organized and the staff are great to talk to and they completed the experience for me. My S3 was fun before but now it is a BLAST. I have already handed business cards to my family and friends and I will absolutely be back for more. Thanks GMP!

Great place, Great service and Friendly Staff. I had the pleasure of speaking with Even Gmp Advisor and he was the best. He been helping me since October 27th. Was looking around for APR downpipe and I found there website and unfortunately at the moment they didn’t have but he promised to reached back when and of they would get there last few backorder of APR Discontinued downpipe so I can go stage two. He reached out answer all my question and on November 15th I drove down from New York City to get some work done on my VW Golf Gti for November 16th.Nick the Tech was also friendly and awesome guy to talk too.This place is great and I highly recommend it.

Great job- very pleased with the overall service and customer service. They stayed in constant contact, provided photo’s of all work/issues and accurate estimates. Work was done on time and correctly. Mechanic and service manager all followed up to discuss issues.

I had an appointment for 10 o’clock for an oil change on my Porsche Boxster. I was told it would take a max amount of time of 2hr and I ended up leaving at 4:30 in the afternoon. Really nice people there who know their stuff and take good care of you car but 6.5hr for an oil change is unacceptable.

Took my Audi RS3 to GMP Performance to get a capristo exhaust and APR Stage 1. The communication was excellent. John made the process extremely easy and worth the wait. This shop does great work and I could not imagine going anywhere else in the future.

My APR tuned mk6 golf r has been to GMP a few times. Most recently for routine maintenance as well as a kw v3coil over upgrade, paint correction, tint and a couple other odds and ends. Great communication and even better results. The pricing seemed fair too. Can’t imagine bringing my car anywhere else in the Charlotte area.

I bought some very hard to find wheels for my 90 Porsche 911. Joe stayed in touch the entire time, gave me updates on the order process, and offered excellent advice at every turn. I would definitely use GMP again and can only say great things about them.

I purchased a Porsche GT4 from Chicago and had it shipped directly to GMP performance for some upgrades. I worked with a gentleman by the name of Richard Rollins (upgrade specialist) to determine the best path to take on the upgrades. The car turned out to be incredible. It was delivered to the house today and it is absolutely beautiful. This is the most incredible and knowledgeable company that you can work with for upgrades on a German made car. I really wished the reviews offered an opportunity to give more than 5 stars because I would give them a 10 star rating if they were offered.

Ive had my 2019 GTI tuned APR stage 2 through GMP and any issues or if I dont like something they have adjusted or made something better for me no questions asked!! Friendly and great atmosphere Ill be going back soon for the stage 3 tune! Dont hesitate give them a shot!! Highly recommend

Great aftermarket supplier and installation shop. Had an APR flash done in 2003 on my Audi A4. The ECU fried in 2015 and GMP honored the tune by refreshing the tune on the new ECU. Ive had them do two clutches and a HFC in the car as well. Prices are reasonable and they do it right the first time. Thanks to Russ who helped me recently with the ECU - great guy!

GMP are stand up guys and I recommend them to many people with German cars. I’ve been using them for my Porsche 996 since I purchased a few years ago. They can handle most of the upkeep that is over my head and are easy to deal with walking through any situation. Straight forward with prices and are more interested in the relationship and quality of workmanship vs. making a fast $. They expect the work to be done right the first time. 10/10 I cannot speak highly enough of this shop! They did excellent work on my Golf GTI and have stellar customer service. The whole experience from scheduling to pickup was fantastic. They were exceptionally polite and knowledgeable. They worked with my odd schedule and answered my many questions. My car is driving great now and the 2.5 hour drive is well worth it. I will be doing business with them in the future!

The GMP team did a great job for me. I had a new exhaust system installed in my 911 and Im very pleased with it. During that install they also recommended new brake pads and rotors. Not an upsell - I knew I needed them. After everything was installed they ran into an issue with a balky parking brake sensor which prevented them from finishing the job same day. They gave me their loaner car so I could go home, two hours away, and then delivered my car to me the next day (Saturday), working perfectly. Highly recommend these guys - real pros.

The worst experience in my life…if you ever go the the Charlotte location…don’t let them run your card over the phone..over charged my bank causing a chain reaction on so many levels in my life….then they turn around and cancel my appointment because I had to put in an claim to stop payment for their mistakes..totally bad experience never wanted to take responsibility for their mistakes just try deflect their mistakes…

4/22/19Its been a couple of months since my first review and I still love going to these guys. They just installed a new set of rims I purchased and I love how my car looks. Again, Michael delivers top notch service as well as the rest of the staff. Any sort of parts or mods I ever decide on, I consider these guys first. They are very knowledgeable. Plus its always wonderful seeing the awesome cars that come through there to get serviced. I work for a dealership and I always refer clients to this shop when installing any after market parts .Everything went great. I was able to get a quote for the springs I was looking at and the installation with no issues at all. Michael got my H&R springs ordered and within a week they were in and I had them installed. He was very knowledgeable and was very helpful. I highly recommend GMP to anyone looking for upgrades to their German vehicle(s). 👍
