Made an online purchase as I was unsure if they only did curbside or what. Mind you this was the first time Ive ever been here or had anything from here. I walked into this establishment and was NOT greeted. Ok, fine. But when I said I made an online purchase, the lady behind the counter was rude. She pointed to the direction of where their online orders would be and I guess I looked lost so she proceeded to tell me what order the name was under. I told her and she was like Right there! Those 2 bags.. Im sorry lady, but Ive never been here before and this was already a rough day for me. Bottom line, please work on your customer service. Especially if your product is overpriced and not worth the money. Not recommending to anyone. First and last purchase made.

The yogurt was delicious and the cashier friendly. My only recommendation would be to let customers use rest room otherwise I would rate 4 stars.

One of my favorite ice cream shops.It was a little light on my banana split, but I won’t complain.The young girls working were working their but off because it was super busy, so much credit to them.Great experience

I love getting ice cream from the marble slab. Its my favorite place to get ice cream from. Yesterday however wasnt good at all. I went in and ordered the quart. I always get the cheesecake and ameretto mix and I add mix ins. Well everything went fine until i approached the register to pay. The last time i ordered a pint and she charged me 12 dollars. I wondered why i was being charged so much and i didnt ask for extra. Well I mentioned that i had a coupon for 5 dollars off. She didnt seem to happy when i said that. I gave her my telephone number and she said i dont see a coupon on here. I said thats odd because i have the app on my phone and it shows my coupon. I shown it to her and she asked me to exit out of it. I asked her why would i do that when it clearly says enter phone number to redeem or use a scanner and scan the box on the screen. She then looked at her screen and said oh i lost your transaction. Then she says are you gonna pay and I said I wouldnt come in here amd order ice cream if I wasnt. Then she said what you gonna pay with and I told her cash. She somehow found my transaction and tells me 12 dollars. I said no maam add my coupon. Then she goes Ive never seen you here before and I said yes maam you have. I came here once before at night. Then she says why did you come to this store cant you find another marble slab to go to. Me and the lady in there looked at her like she lost her damn mind. I responded maam this is the closest one to me. Yes i am a black woman and yes I was being discriminated against. She then goes well i think that you need to find another one to go to. I was devastated because in all of the times that Ive gone to a marble slab Ive never been treated the way that I was treated on yesterday. I paid for my ice cream when i shouldve just walked out and went to another one. I will not be going back to that one again. I will drive 30 minutes to another instead of 12 minutes to get treated like trash.

Marble Slab Creamery on Sam Rittenburg Boulevard in West Ashley is a great place for all things tasty ice cream, cakes, and cold treats. I like coming here on a warm day and cooling off with everything that they have to offer. The staff here is very efficient at getting everything ready and is very friendly and helpful when making your order. I have had a really good experience every time I have been here.

No wait at all. Staff was very friendly and fast. My kids really liked the milk shakes they ordered and the pricing isn’t bad. Plenty of parking even during rush hour. Definitely coming back.

Ice cream is great! Unlimited mix-ins! This place is the reason I got my daughter to have her medicine so I think its fair to say marble slab saves lives.

We loved this place! Reasonably priced, great ice cream and the staff was absolutely delightful! Clean, easy to get to, lots of parking and you get to make whatever flavor combination you want!

I don’t know the young adults name working the evening of February 2, 2018 around 7:00P, but this world could us a few clones of her. I have never seen such a friendly, polite and sweet kid in all my life. She literally could have sold me the store and I would have bought it. Well done, Marble Slab! Been here a few times. the Ice cream is good waiting time is short. I have only been served by the lady with the short hair. Shes nice but a little anti social. I understand you are there to work but a little conversation doesnt hurt.

When we arrived there was only one employee working. A huge line formed behind us, and I thought our experience was going to be hurried and poor. However, that one employee was friendly, patient, and did an amazing job getting the ice cream out quickly and accurately. It was a great experience with great ice cream.

These guys are always understaffed. If you go in at the wrong time, you could be waiting for a while to get your ice cream. The people there are really nice, its clear this is a corporate cut to try to keep the place running on a skeleton crew. The ice cream is decent.

Dark chocolate ice cream with strawberries, marshmallows, and Oreos was super yummy. It said all orders for waffle cones included so I picked one with white chocolate on it, and it was very expensive at the end. Also the employee mentioned when she made my ice cream that they were closed, but it was “ok” which was weird because when I paid and left it was still a few minutes before closing time.

Cold. Creamy fresh toppings . Cones are dipped sprinkled àny way you want . They will mix it together on the marŕble slab. And it was National Ice Cream Dày.
