Has Alamost everything . They seem to hate a person just browsing. Youre asked every 5 minutes if you need help, etc..becomes a pain. But usually can find anything you need

Every employee is very knowledgeable. This store is not massive in size but if it hard to find, they have it. If they dont carry it you probably dont need it. Very refreshing to not know exactly what you want but they will after listening to you.

Superb service and knowledge of their products. If you are unsure of what youll need for your project, just ask an employee and they will explain what youll need and take you right to the item. My stops here are always quick and easy. They also offer service for small equipment such as mowers and do a great job. I recommend this store to anyone!

I went in to see about their auto key cutting services, and the employee who I was referred to that is trained on their cutting equipment was visibly upset before I was even brought to him. No surprise, he was incredibly rude to the point that he was coming off as hostile.Im sure the rest of their staff is perfectly helpful and I definitely would have liked to support a local business during these tough times, but you are better off going anywhere else for key making/copying services. Battery Plus Bulbs in Cross Lanes was able to help at a reasonable price without the ridiculous attitude.

Great small business good prices and service

Had my mower fixed for a very reasonable price.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE! The service department is ran by a smart alec jerk who doesn’t want to adequately perform repairs. I’ll NEVER deal with Pile again, not will I EVER buy a Husqvarna piece of junk. Consider yourselves warned!

Great for the hard to find hardware items and small engine parts. One of the best hardware stores in the area, still run by members of the family. Excellent service as well. Ive heard many people proclaim they were expensive, however I generally find them cheaper then the big box stores.

Ive had several experiences with the store and all of them were great. Knowledgeable staff upstairs to help with what you need and great service. They performed routine maintenance on my push mower. Kept it in tip-top shape. I bought an automower (Husqvarna) from them and couldnt be happier! We have a 1/2 acre backyard with pretty substantial inclines. It was near impossible to mow with the push mower and frightening to mow with a riding mower. The automower cuts every day and doesnt miss a beat. I highly recommend Pike Hardware for everything related but especially for the automower!

I love this local hardware store, and it stays busy. They have a team of local and knowledge employees that are very helpful and kind. If youre doing any home improvement or any other kind of project, pay them a visit.

Locally owned and run by people who know hardware and are not just there to make a sale, but rather get your issue resolved. This recent visit I went looking to buy a chainsaw - a Stihl, specifically. The clerk was friendly and informative, letting me know they only carried the electric Stihl line and, instead of selling me on those, or pushing me to the gas-powered brands they did carry, told me what local stores had what I really wanted. He lost a sale, but guaranteed Id stay a customer.

Went there twice for a belt for my mower, 2 times received wrong one. Gave model,serial,and product number still didnt help. They need to ask age of mower to apparently make a difference

I always shop at Piles hardware because when we lived on Stockton st back in the late 70s my dad always shopped there and he always enjoyed the friendly staff and how they always has what he was in need of.. therefore I carry on the tradition of being a loyal customer and also my oldest son shops there when he needs something. Our neighbor Mr.Greene swore by Piles and introduces us to the best hardware store ever..

Ive been going to Pile Hardware since I was sent as a kid. I still find everything I need there for gardening, repairs, and even craft/hobby materials. Prices are comparable to Lowes and Home Depot stores.

Its a small store, but they usually have what I need. The staff has been helpful, when Ive asked. I live just a few blocks away, but I hardly ever go here because they are always closed. They close at 5:30. Too bad if you have a day job.

A little higher priced than the warehouse stores but the ladies always get my paint color right and are happy to help with other stuff if needed. Most of the guys are pleasant enough. Sometimes you gotta pay extra for personal service and thats ok.
