The West Virginia Public Market has wonderful restaurants, individual booths where sushi, coffee, chocolate and other products are sold. Outside, the farmers sell beautiful flowers and great produce. Its worth a visit!

I love this market. They have a little bit of everything. The smells and sights are wonderful.

Quaint little market with tons of options for food, groceries, and snacks. Locally made honey, jams, chocolates, etc can all be found here. Coffee shop has some pretty good selections too.

I love this market inside and out! From crabcakes, fresh produce, and beautiful plants and herbs, to Swiss chocolate, and fine wine! It has it all, and most of the options are fairly priced!

Loads of options for fresh vegetables and fruit. Also prepared foods and plants. Theres a huge selection of the latter.

This market is a great place to shop for produce, flowers, jewelry, candles, candy, lunch on the run, and many other items. We had a fantastic lunch at Soho, a restaurant at the market. Its a wonderful family friendly place to enjoy !

In the summer you can always find the freshest fruits and vegetables at reasonable prices. In the fall there is always a great selection of fall flowers and fall fruits and vegetables. Spring offers a large selection of garden plants and flowers. Winter offers Christmas trees and beautiful flowers. No matter the season there is something to please anyone. There is also an inside store thats offers local wines fresh meats bulk foods and candy as well as some canned goods and fruits and vegetables.

Super cute market place to get some lunch or walk around. Theres a few different places to eat and a good amount of seating throughout. Theres also a little grocery area with bulk candy, nuts, and bread.

I love the Christmas tree that they have there the Johnnys Meat Market is the best. I love that you can buy sushi here. there it has some of the best fresh fruit one of the few places you can buy an actual fresh avocado in West Virginia I love Capital Marketplace I wish we had more places like that here

Very cool indoor market with places to eat and small shops. We were passing through, but this reminds me of North Market in Columbus, OH. We enjoyed ourselves and even bought a succulent on our way out!

An interesting place to spend some time looking for fresh fruit and vegetables, most grown locally to purchase from growers themselves. There are also crafts, wines, chocolates, many fine things from West Virginia.

If you want good tomatoes this is the place to go.

I visit as offered as possible. Mea cuppa had the best coffee in Charleston. The seafood store had ridiculously good closing chowder and shanked. Purple onion has fresh fruits and salads, Johnnys meat market is great too, and the wine store had my wifes favorite better.

This is the third year we have bought our Christmas tree at capital market and we love the vast selection and reasonable prices.

This little market has just about everything one could want. Whether you are looking for a flavorful lunch, are on a shipping trip to stock the kitchen, or are looking for a selection of hard to find beers or wine, this place has it all.

Major let down for me. I was expecting so much more. Go there once and then go to Finly Market in Cincinnati, and see what it could have been.
