These pictures are the employees ignoring us and talking about their. Personal life while just sat there waiting for help for the appointment we made. They took our iPhone 12 gave us a loaner iPhone 8 that took over 30 minutes to even update and wouldn’t even put a case on it we had to buy one for the loaner and even while waiting and them watching us struggle to get the loaner phone to update they offered no assistance the two people in the photo were extremely standoffish mind you the phone having issues was under warranty and a Apple issue not a user caused issue. I was very disappointed we pay so much for these products to be treated so poorly it makes me not want to even continue with Apple products …there were more employees then customers and we still felt highly ignored.I don’t very often leave negative reviews but this is well warranted. The loaner phone even while sitting in the store had issues and the refused to change it out for one closer to our iPhone 12 we couldn’t get it to text or call it was ridiculous and still no help.Appoint started at 1030 we arrive early did not leave til 12.. if we needed to pull down our mask to breathe or talk clearer the employees would snap at us though . The only god send employee was some guy named Won and he realized the loaner phone was broken and helped us get a new one. The guy we had a appointment with originally was annoyed by this.. And they still didn’t find a better loaner all together this really makes me regret being with Apple
Great service...smart guy (Genius?) straightened out wifes Ipad
I wanted to buy phone. But no stock available. The store looks big and good enough. But they dont even have one iphone. Asked for ipad and they made me to wait for 20 mins. Always stand in queue and i can see other staffs are roaming around but no one could help us. Poor service i would say.
Listen, I never leave reviews, but I came in to buy a new phone and make a new apple id, and because of problems on my end, it became an exceedingly boring and needlessly complicated process. The staff would have been well within their rights to be at least irritated with me. But they were amazing and were super chill and fun throughout the entire three hours I spent there. Again, all the problems came from me, and they handled them all extremely deftly, ultimately helping me leave with exactly what I wanted. Ive never left a google review on anything before, but I have to this time. Thanks yall
Whatever happened to customer service. I will say that the 2 young men that helped me were very nice. When I asked about trading my Apple Watch, I was directed to a sales rep who acted like he really didn’t want to be bothered. As I was standing next to and elderly gentleman and his wife, who was Japanese, the young lady that was helping him was trying to explain something and I could tell she was frustrated. The mans said to her “you don’t have a lot of patience do you” she said “yes I do but I’ve been with you and your wife for over an hour and I even brought you over here to sit so you would be comfortable” he then said “well I did spend $1,100 in your store” she said “do you know how much this company is worth” basically saying your $1100 isn’t anything. I couldn’t believe my ears. I will never go to this store again!!!!
Scheduled a Genius Bar appt for a cracked display and apple.com didn’t give me an option of adding multiple issues to one appt. In case you didn’t know, for each problem you need to have a separate appointment. Worked with Michael and Nora and they were both fantastic. Had different Genius Employees for all of my issues and they were able to schedule a later appt for one of my phone issues. Everyone was pleasant and friendly! Thanks Apple Charleston for helping me out!
I see why their rating is so low!!! Absolutely would not go back....I went as a walk in since my MacBook Pro died in the middle of a work project. It is Tuesday and she told me they would see me on Saturday!!! Never again...and I probably wont buy another apple device if this is the service they offer!!!!! Horrible!
Traveled a hour and 30 mins. Apple appointment at 1035. They talk to us through the door and told us that they don’t open until 12 noon although they are schedule to open at 10am. When asked so is my schedule appointment time at 1035 is canceled they responded that they do not open until 12 noon and that they can not do anything about the schedule appointment.Poor customer because they could at least email me that they were not honor appointment time today.
Great experience! The team is always helpful and customer focused. Thank you!
We drove 2 hours to go to the Apple Store in Charleston to get my husband a phone. We knew what we wanted and I was ready to pay with my Apple Card but I was told that the wait to be helped was 45 minutes to an hour to check out as there were 3 people ahead of me. What in the round world?? I was shocked…there were several Apple employees standing around and NO ONE to check me out? I have shopped here many times and was in and out in no time. They told me I could just order it online. I have NEVER been treated this way in an Apple Store in the 20 years I have been a customer. Quite the contrary…I have always loved the Apple experience. We left. No phone. Bewildered and disappointed.
Good location. Friendly& knowledgable Staff.
The Apple Store on King Street in Charleston is an awesome store to check out and play with the latest Apple products. The staff here is very helpful in answering all of your Apple related questions and even showing you some helpful tips on the products. I like the layout and organization of the store and being able to see and touch everything. I have always had a positive experience every time I have been here. Awesome store.
Made an appointment for a repair. I was told I needed a new battery. My appointment was at 1:30. I was told it would be done at 4:00. I arrived at 4:20. I was told that my phone wasn’t ready, and it would be at least 30 more minutes! A rep actually said, “we bit off more than we could chew today, so you can probably go somewhere for a while and chill.” I’ve already been waiting for hours! Are these people serious? Hours to change a battery! Why have people make appointments, if you’re going to, “bite off more than you can chew!”
All things considered you couldnt expect better service from a retailer of world class consumer electronics. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and abiding to veteran customers and beginners alike.Regarding appointments its hard enough to navigate King street with the volume pedestrians, guides tours and window shoppers. As critical as connected devices are to individual users, its ultimately most critical that theyre distributed securely and without compromising private data of personal or commercial significance.
Helpful but did not prove the solution.
Good staff, they were able to help me with a online order and get it to me while I was in store just before closing.
Absolutely horrible service. Gabe and Andrew have disgusting customer service skills and it’s embarrassing for them to represent Apple as a company. I honestly wish I would have just gotten an Android after dealing with them all afternoon. Never purchasing another phone or product from Apple again.
Your policy to mandate everyone to wear a mask is appalling. I told the bouncers at the front I had a medical condition and that I have panic attacks if I put one on, they still made me wear a mask to pick up my items that I already paid for. If I wasn’t in a rush I would’ve canceled my order. Thankfully the staff inside were quick and my anxiety didn’t get the best of me. In store shopping is hard enough for me and your corporate “policy” isn’t very inclusive, much less disregarding CDC guidelines. Very disappointed!!
Got my iPhone 11 resetGuys really helpful. Nice store
First ever bad review. Bought AirPods. AirPods stopped working. Store wouldn’t take reservations or walk-ins. Called Apple. They sent me to two separate retailers that were supposed to honor my warranty. Neither did. Made an in-person reservation for two days later. They cancelled my reservation. Went back to the store and it was full of employees but they wouldn’t let me in bc I didn’t have a reservation. This is more than extenuating circumstances bc of covid. This is what used to be a great company now falling apart.
This place is the absolute worst experience Ive had in 15 years as a dedicated Mac user. Actually, the whole company is a night mare.I went into buy a mini, was told I couldnt and had to order it online and pick it up in 45 minutes. They took $707.41, said I was fraudulent in the payment, canceled my order and I have now lost a 5th of my yearly income because of their inability to contact me about this fraudulent charge. The support they offered was lackluster and all in all Ive waster 6 hours of my time on the phone trying to correct their mistake.I will never purchase another Apple product as long as I live. They still have my money and have destroyed my relationship with a $20,000 a year customer.Way to go Apple., Good job.
My Husband has an older model I phone that would not turn on.LIAM was Our I Phone Tech and I could not have asked for a Nicer, Thorough and Professional Employee.Liam, you seemed to have found your Passion in Life in this type of employment. You smiled a lot when discussing Apple products. Keep up the Great Work! If we ever need to come to the Apple store again, I know exactly who to ask for. Thank you again for EXCELLENT SERVICE!
I had an appointment to fix my Macbook battery, and I was expecting to have to come pick it up another day (I drove from out of town), but they had it ready for me within a few hours, which was great! Everyone was extremely nice there, even waiting outside in the heat, they were nice and welcoming! They also take covid precautions seriously, which was good!
Exceptionally service and excellent atmosphere!!!
We got in and out quick. They fixed the issue in like 2 min.
Apparently they wanted to close the doors right in front of us stating that they were closed at 5:30 but yet google says 7pm?
Got exactly what I needed fixed in 5 minutes, and the person helping was very helpful. But that’s what I expect from apple, they’re the best.
Ugly customer service, no greeting when we entered the store even we were buying customers. It was worst when a manager was the 1st member who ignored us. If it had a no star option i would give them zero on the rating scale.
Because of the poor organisation of the process here, they have more staff than customers, and picking up a pre-paid phone requires a 25min wait.Amazon, please buy Apple? They have great product design but god-awful logistics. The good news is, most people get out of line before they get to the front, so it moves both slower and faster than you would expect. “Apple: slowing you down, every way we know how.”
Called on Saturday and was told walk ins are accepted. I went Sunday around 11:30am to get a new IPad. I was told not enough people were available and I should try back around 3 or 4. Well I decided to return at 4 and was told I needed to make an appointment to buy an iPad. Then he tells me no appointments are available today and that I could come back tomorrow. All I wanted to do was purchase an IPad. I should not have to jump through hoops for it. Also if you require appointments to do anything in your store, then you should probably stop saying walk ins are welcome. Thank you for wasting my time not once but twice.
Zac was as helpful as he could be but at some point Apple needs to open their doors. They had 20 people in there working and I only saw 4 customers the whole time I was there.
Professional and amazing! Even in a pandemic this staff of elite apple employees are doing everything in there power to make sure the customer is taken care off. Its the flagship store for the Charleston area!
The stunning, large, well-stocked Apple Store youve come to expect. Friendly staff, and theyre taking COVID precautions seriously here, including outdoor waiting for scheduled appointments when we were there.
If you have an old apple device you can send it in for store credit. Sent in my two laptops, however they really ding you on the value for any defect on your device. It was nice though to send in and at least get something for it. Computers you have to mail off, cell phones you can take into the store.
Great store staff was really helpful! Thanks!!
Super accommodating. Great experience.
Friendly and professional every time, very helpful
Very helpful and friendly staff thanks for the help guys you all were awesome
I would give them 0 stars if I could. The customer service at this store is absolute trash.
Let’s just say, if you expect your appointment time to be honored, this location is not the place for you. I had a 2:40 appointment and wasn’t seen until 3:15, and then told my repair would be another hour. The Covid process is annoying and excessive. 5 apple employees standing outside and you’re met with an abrupt temperature check and blunt question of whether or not you had an appointment time. Had I known this is what the experience at Apple has come to, I would’ve gladly waited to go to my local Best Buy.
Just upgraded my iPhone in the Apple store today. Got a brief but urgent work call while there. Hadn’t been on the phone for even a minute when the manager rudely reprimanded me for my mask falling below my nose. He had zero respect for the fact that customers spend hundreds of dollars on devices. Very disappointed with this bad service. But Joe in customer service was very helpful with the buying process at least. In times like these, the abject lack of respect is only going to hurt the disrespectful and reward the respectful.
I made an appointment online today for curbside pickup which was anything but. I stood outside for 45 minutes before I asked for an update since 4 people behind me in line already had their name called. I came to find out that the Anne Norwood that they called at least 20 mins prior had been for me. The employees outside had blamed me for not coming forward when an Anne was called as if that were an uncommon name. Why would I? My appointment was made online and had my name on it. My things I purchased had been labeled with my name on them. I had a QR code and photo ID ready for pickup. Also, how does Norwood sound like Herford verbally? How is this the customers fault? What was supposed to be a long-saved-up-for treat turned into a negative experience that could have been easily avoided.
Some of the staff are rude and very inconsiderate. I realize ppl have to wear mask and I do my best since I deal with extreme anxiety to stay out of the public because it triggers my anxiety. I had no choice to finally have my phone fixed since the warranty was expiring and the pandemic won’t end. A few of the staff were very loud and rude as I was trying to fix my mask from feeling like I was suffocating. By the time I got out my watch had gone off like 5 times because my heart rate was too high and my arms were beat red. Let’s do better!
Very well managed store.
My appointment was for 10:30 and the representative saw me at that time. I had lots of questions about an Apple Watch and which one was best for me. He was quite attentive and never rushed the transaction. However when arriving at home I realized he never told me about a charger for the watch that I purchased.
Quick, convenient, and safe. They’ve got this COVID safeguards all figured out.
The wait is incredibly long. I had already pre-scheduled an appointment online and still waited over 30 minutes for staff to help me.
The least accommodating customer service I’ve ever experienced. Better just do your Apple shopping online.
Awful experience. Went in for a trade in upgrade for the new 12 Pro iPhone and was given the auto $250 in savings which was applied to my appleMaster card. The apple associate who helped mentioned I should set it up at home instead of store and they would mail the trade in box for my iphone 10. Well two weeks later not trade in and I’m billed for the additional $250 because they have not yet received my phone. After many hours back and forth with apple support I was told they could ONLY provide an apple gift card for $225. This took place the week before Christmas and the $250 cash could have helped a lot in providing for my family. This associate made my experience feel like I was just another number. Please be sure when doing in store trade in that they actually perform their job to fulfill their obligation. All in all customer service at its worst.
Very helpful, and understanding people. I was down from New York to move my stuff out of the dorm after two months of closure. Came in to get a screen protector. Not crowded and went in the mid afternoon on a holiday while everyone was at the beach.
Mean Rude employees. Dont respect their customer. Was treated very unprofessionally.Drove 136 miles to pickup a prepaid item. Canceled my order. To many other choices to be treated like this.
Im finally getting a macbook and was able to upgrade my iphone thanks apple finally.
They should have it all. But they dont. No caseea for iphone 11 that have the built-in pop socket
Well I went after being called last week to pick up my replacement IPAD and when I get there I ask if its the same color storage etc......the guy says yes until he pulls it out of the box and wasnt.....he claims in the 2 years hes been there this never happened. So I was stuck with a white replacement.....instead of upgrading me and I even offered to pay the difference they said no.....they could have very well avoided me making a trip all the way there with Covid....and ordered me the proper replacement....Apple very poor....unsatisfied.
I get that it’s an pandemic but when I asked the guy upfront for info about the pandemic they refused to help me. I drove 30 minutes to simply view the different ipads prior to purchasing. They are seeing an extremely low volume of customers so why not answer a simple question for me? Elliot was who I saw and he refused to point me in the right direction then rudely told me I’m blocking the walk way although I was standing on the side of the road and not blocking the side walk. I mean show more consideration for some one being extremely inconvenienced. Maybe state on Google that it’s appointment only so that others don’t waste their time driving all the way to you. I called the store and no one answered so maybe next time state that on the automated system when calling your store. I’m really displeased with how Elliot handled this situation. This was about 10 minutes ago at the King street location in Charleston, SC.
I placed an order online the night before my visit, under the impression that doing so would allow me to skip all the wait and grab my purchase faster. However, I could not be more wrong. From the time I walked in, I was made to wait for my items to be ready. During my 45 minute wait, I watched as many customers walked in, made a purchase in store, and walk out faster than I could get my order, which was made in advance. This resulted in me having to cancel my online order to purchase in store in order to get my items without waiting another hour. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE
Have always found excellent service and helpful assistance. When will You reopen!! We live in St Matthews, and would like to know about time and date of opening!! Thank You!!
My Apple guy was very informative. He not only fixed the problem I came in for, but he solved a few others and explained in detailed why they were happening. Most patient guy ever. Too bad I cant remember his name.
Excellent Friendly staff fixed my laptop 💻.It took a bit of time, but they were accommodating. They shifted my appointment early than the scheduled time.Amazing staff
Nothing worked out like I hoped it did I purchased an iphone xr from at&t they shipped it out and only had the black color I wanted the coral or the product red but the att stores were all sold out and from apple, I was told if the iphone came directly from in store they would be able to swap it out, it came from att and no help from them and was hung up on. Its an apple iphone and called apple regarding the situation it shouldnt really matter where I bought the phone from its apple. Its honestly from apple regardless so I dont understand why the store couldnt handle the situation. Im wasting hundreds of dollars now, Im very upset with the service. I have to waste money on a phone that I didnt ask for and dont want upsetting.😔. Gave two stars because I did reach out to customer service and told me its better to reach out to a near by store for trade in.
Because I was having computer issues I booked an appointment for the next day to have them take a look at it. There were same day appointments but I was unable to go then. When we arrived immediately we had my computer assessed. The issue was resolved but they stated it may not last. He mentioned a new computer but wasn’t pushy about looking/buying. Definitely a good experience.
I was a little skeptical about going into the store after reading some of the reviews but let me tell you dont be because I had an excellent experience and it was worth the drive all the way down town the only negative is the parking which I got lucky and found a public parking place not even a block away from the store Apple which cost me $6 to park there but I didnt mind wasnt that far of a walk to get to the Apple Store soon as I walked into the door I was greeted with a nice associate they told me it was a 40 minute wait it was packed I didnt expect it to be so packed during the weekday but thats okay I went a block down to a cafe had a nice drink and by the time I was done with my drink they have already texted me telling me to come back they were ready for me soon as I came into the store they got me started and fixed my issue immediately with no hesitation and I was on my way very wonderful experience also had a very good conversation with the person helping me he was very nice and polite I do not remember his name I just remember him having a sleeve of tattoo on his left arm and he was a very nice gentleman overall good experience
The staff was more than friendly! My guy was Sean and he was very knowledgeable with only been working there for a few days. Also, I walked in a few minutes before closing to trade in my iPhone 8plus for the 11pro and even though they knew it would take a while for my stuff to transfer they still treated me very friendly and took care of me till everything was done. Best apple store I have been to. I live in Savannah and this is the closet to me or Atlanta and I will be making the drive here if needed!
Went in to upgrade to the newest model a week after the iPhone 11 came out and the place was PACKED. As expected, there was a bit of a wait which was fine because the staff directed me to where I should wait. When it was my turn to be helped, Ro (the employee that worked with me) was very attentive and kind, and suggested what she thought was the best fit for me. The buying process was super easy and laid back, and I will DEFINITELY be returning when its time to upgrade again. Thanks, Apple!
Stop using artificial intelligence in your customer service, makes us waste our time and NEVER solves the problem.
Make sure you have an appointment because of COVID you can’t just walk-in. I had no problem with this tho.
I ordered my products online, and then went in to pick up. The process was painless. It’s definitely the way to go
Nothing spectacular inside; but they deliver great customer service.I have been here a couple times for miscellanies issues/inquiries. All of the time they have been very pleasant and helpful. The tables are always crowded up and so many peoples huddled in there that it doesn’t make it so pleasant. This past weekend although it was busy/getting busier; everyone had a cheerful demeanor and a positive attitude. Alex helped out a ton on this visit, she was awesome.
Went into the Apple store today with 4 broken devices. I was seated with Robert who assisted me. During the process of assisting me, Robert was back and forth to the back grabbing devices to replace the ones I came in with.In the process of Robert grabbing a device from the back, another representative (Felipe) came over to where we were seated. He began closing Roberts laptop and pushing my devices over towards me, I explained Robert was coming right back and we were still working. He completely ignored what I said and continued pushing my devices with the laptop. I at this point stated well I guess I can grab these out of the way he replied yeah if you could, thanks he sat his customer next to me and began working.Robert returned and asked me to gather my belongings as we were going to stand at another location because there was no longer room for us to work where we were previously seated. Throughout Roberts quest to fix all of the issues I came into the store with today, there apparently was only one working diagnostic tool available which Felipe needed for his customer as well. He approached Robert 4 TIMES asking for the tool.Robert repeatedly assured Felipe that as soon as he was finished with the tool, he would bring it right over.I asked Robert was it a reason we had to now stand, he was very professional stating that Felipe must not have known that we still had a lot of ground to cover. I told him the conversation I had in his absence and requested a manager. The manager came out and greeted me. I explained, I was very upset that I was asked to stand during the remainder of my transaction while another customer which happened to be a well dressed white guy in a suit was able to sit in the station that I initially started out in. I asked why would he think that Felipe would think that it was okay to push over the $2500 worth of products that sat before me so that he could assist another customer. The manager whose name I didnt catch was very nice and apologetic about the entire situation but only offered an apology. As the manger was leaving Felipe approaches Robert about the tool again!! At this point he stated Well Im just going to wait right here this time Me being the customer had to intervene and tell Felipe No, you will not wait. He said he would bring it over when he is finishes with me as I am a freaking customerI am completely disgusted at the entire ordeal! I spend very good money to ensure my family and I are all connected via apple devices. I spent money in this store today! The same money the other customer was spending, if not more. I was totally treated less than a customer. The interaction took me back to racism, where the white guy was sat, and me the black woman was asked to stand for the next 30 minutes.Im just one person and probably wont move the company a little to even reach out. However, when you have such a huge company, employing the right people is just important as your brand. I am for certain escalating this matter as far as needed, all the way up to Tim Cook if need be.
Thanksgiving weekend I found out my granddaughter wanted an Apple Watch with GPS. Went on the website and found they could not guarantee delivery for Christmas for the one she wanted. Found the Charleston store had one but dreaded the thoughts of having to go downtown in the crowd, find a parking space, etc. due to some painful knee issues. It said they would deliver to my house within TWO hours for a $9.00 fee. I was very skeptical but gave it a try. They gave me a two-hour window to be home to accept delivery and kept me informed of the status all along the way via text with one final one when they were within 10 minutes of delivery. Thats what I call AWESOME customer service!
The worst customer service.
I hate to be served by some J. Bieber or J. Alba, always too arrogant staff! But em worth -1 star!!
The only retail store I’ve been to where I am told I’ll have to wait at least 20 minutes to talk to someone so I can buy an iPad off the shelf. Please, Apple, let me buy your amazing devices. I don’t need a consultant. I need a cash register.
The worst customer service
Great costumer service. Their geniuses are patient and polite. Recently bought a MacBook Pro and the screen went black. The genius said it was a lemon so they gave me a brand new one and took the old one. This store is a great store
I have always had a fantastic experience here. Genius bar great. Someone always greets you right away. The sales people are always knowledgeable and very helpful. Classes are amazing. Five stars for sure!!
Trey was awesome! He was very patient, polite, and professional. We came to upgrade our phones on New Years Eve about an hour before closing time and ran into a few bumps along the way (things we had to do on our end) that prolonged the process. Trey stayed with us 30 minutes after closing time to make sure our phones were properly working/updated and charged. We so appreciated his patience and knowledge working with us- and he never once made us feel rushed!
My husband and I went to the Apple store in Charleston, SC. His MacBook was dead. The “genius” told us they ran a diagnostic and there was no hope. We were told we had to buy a new one. Well...went went home to NYC to the Apple store and they told us that a diagnosis never happened. And his Mac is now up and running. Be aware. They are not there to help you. They are there to sell you a new computer.
Closed what a bummer
The staff was so friendly! I made an appointment and Carter got with me super quickly, took care of my MacBook issues, and explained everything he was doing thoroughly. Casey has a sparkling personality too! Awesome, helpful, and charming employees.
Not allowed in without appointment. Glad Im not an Apple user.
Went to pick up our product, and no one could seem to find it. Finally we were told it hadn’t processed through their system - so we had to wait 3 hours when we ordered the products the day before. Nashville and San Fran’s locations were always on point, never had any issues. We’ve been part of the apple family for years, and never had to deal with such ridiculousness.
Traveled 2 hours for two separate Genius Bar appointments. Great service- both store associates I worked with were efficient, effective, and they really took the time to explain everything to me. One of my computer issues involved a lengthy reboot, and while I was waiting, many store associates stopped and asked if I needed anything. Everyone seemed quite busy, so their concern and high level of customer service was extra appreciated. With any Apple Store repair visit, plan to be there a bit. Bring a snack, or a book, and the right mindset- and the time will pass just fine.
To call it Express Pick Up is a bad joke
I do not recommend this store if they cant give advice on how to retrieve my girlfriends photos. Yes I understand she should had backed up her device and photos to the icloud. The employee at the store tried to access the photos with a cable in the port which it did not read at all, which tells me the port could be bad. So I suggested to her to take it to another cell phone repair store to tell them the issues and asked if they could replace the port... BAM that worked as suggested to save all her photos and family memories..
I came into the store and was greeted very warmly. I was asked to sit and wait, but it was only for one minute. Will was very kind in helping me and extremely helpful even though I was stressed. They saved the day!!
Good shop with helpful staffing. You may feel $20-40 up pricing for the models compare to online purchase. The price was same both online and Apple store for the model which my friend was looking for. This up pricing is because of tax difference. In Apple store you have to pay more tax than online purchase. And their stuff confirmed that.
Thanks Micheal for an amazing upgrade experience this afternoon. My husband, daughter, and I all upgrade to the 11 pro seamlessly no issues!!!
If you get an employee named Julio, might as well just leave. He wouldn’t even try trouble shooting my product and just immediately without even looking at it told me to send it in for hundreds of dollars worth of repair. When I asked him to take a look at it he said it wouldn’t even turn on then I turned it on for him. He wouldn’t even look at the product much at all and just simply said the only solution was to send it in. REQUEST ANOTHER EMPLOYEE FOR HELP IF YOU GET HIM! He couldn’t tell me what was wrong with the product or what could even be done to fix it. Simply just send it in was the response. Terrible customer service.
A busy but helpful place. I’ve been in here several times for issues with my iPhone and laptop. Each time it’s been a good experience. Very helpful and friendly folk there.
The wait was about 30-minutes this time. I went just after they opened. The technician was pleasant and knowledgeable with iPhones 6 and higher, but she needed some assistance with the iPhone 5.
Great customer service. Love that you can set appointment online and beat the wait.
I have been completely utterly satisfied with this store. The complaints against it amaze me. Prices higher than other Apple stores? Unlikely. No parking? Its a downtown location. There are parking garages all over the place (one is right behind the store on St. Philip street - thats the one I use). I have gotten a lot of help at the Genius Bar. Sales associates are always helpful. Great store!!
FANTASTIC customer service! The store was busy but they had a LOT of employees working! Sunny helped us get the phone working! I decided to change from Android to IPhone based on Apples customer service!!!
Always helpful! I love coming here never pushy to sell you anything nor talk you into upgrading devices with your providers.
Had a little hiccup at first. They scheduled a display replacement for me then when I got there at the correct appointment time they said they were no longer performing display repairs that day, I pitched a bit of a fit because they are the ones who made the appointment and they got me in. They fixed my phone, did a great job and it was covered under warranty and was free! Thanks Apple Store Charleston.
No phone call to let me know my sons defective iPhone was back from repair followed up by the tech Genius forgetting to put the SIM card back in the phone after we returned the loaner. #wastedtimeandgas
