Found a switch for my grands to play on while there visiting but really got screwed on the price after purchasing it found the same one at Walmart 200.00 cheaper 😭 lesson learned to shop around.

Gamestops employees in northwoods are some of the friendliest and most helpful people. They helped me reserve items and held them for me until I got paid, they would search other stores or order games that I was looking for. And even when I was having issues with gamestop, they did everything in their power to help. Zoe, Deanna, and David are the ones Im most familiar with and they are literally the best!!!

GameStop in Northwoods Mall in North Charleston is one of my favorite places to shop for video games. This store always seem to be well stocked and I am able to find the exact game that I am looking for without any stress. The staff here is very knowledgeable about gaming and is able to answer just about any question you may have. This store has been a consistent source for gaming needs for a number of years.

Don’t ask for my opinion and then hide it Feom the public as you see fit. You need exchange options! Y’all want me to return the broken controller I received, pay an extra $60 for you to order a new one, wait two weeks for a refund and a new controller and have nothing to play with until then....

This particular store is pretty cool, much prefer it to having to walk through the mall just to trade in a Switch. Nice staff, huge catalog, not to mention a good supply of accessories, especially used.

Ive had nothing but issues with this GameStop, and all the ones in this district. I definitely advise you to shop at a different location. The district leader and I had came to a conclusion to resolve my issues I had been having. He told me to call him back when I was going to be going to the store again and so I did. When I call the first time, no answer. When I call the second day, again no answer.... The third day, again no answer. I tried a week later, again, and still got no answer. The customer service in this district is horrible. Shop at a different location, youll be glad you did.

Went in for a new Nintendo 2ds, and was sold a pre-owned one. It wasnt properly cleaned, and I returned it. Then the employee all of a sudden had found a brand new 2ds (same price as pre-owned), when I was initially told they were out of stock. I know this was to boost profits, to flip a used console instead of selling a new one for the same price. Pretty shady behavior, only told me about the new one because its better than getting nothing from me. You know whether or not something is in stock...

I love Game Stop. I love going there and meeting people that go there to buy or to work there. The games you can buy pre-owed for a lower price and if you have an elite pro discount card you get the lowest price listed. And they do buy games and consoles from you but you wont get a lot of money from them. They also do some good deals the last time I went you could buy 3 games and the lowest prices one youd get free.

Lets be honest here. I love GameStop with all my heart but the manager is a African American guy (Im also black) who was terrible with his customers. This may be a bit bias since he made me come all the way down there to submit an application to only be told they hire at 18. I called ahead of time too. This is a great location for a GameStop; nevertheless, its a place with bad service!

Every year I purchase a GameStop gift card for my grandson, as a gamer, he loves it as GameStop stocks the games he wants.

Staff here is a great mix of friendly and strange. Have never had a issue with this location and perfer it to others in area.

Just another game stop, game stops are always cool. Only problem is with the Nintendo switch demo machines has a glitch problem where the two controllers sometimes would switch 1st and 2nd player around, but is overall okay

Purchased a warranty that was worthless. The cashier, Chelsey, refused to take back the broken 3ds within the one year warranty. Never received any warrant details when I purchased the 3ds. Was told “I am sorry someone should have told you.”She was unable to provide any details of the warranty and showed be a picture of a broken remote control. The broken remote control supposed to represent what she could not take back. Do NOT purchase any used items from GameStop or warranty. The used 3ds I purchased has slowly fallen apart and is worthless now. The service at this store was terrible. Given a customer service number that no one ever answered after 30 minutes. will NEVER return. We went to Best Buy after this experience and made our purchases. Will now shop elsewhere after this experience.

Horrible customer service 12/23/15. Waited in line for 30 minutes while the manager (bratty female) sat in the back room, came out once to help than looked at all the customers and went back in her cave. Then only to find out that the Game my son wanted they were out of!

They had the Go Plus in stock so I bought it. It is against their policy to let you buy more than one of a limited stock item, even if its for a friend.

This was a mall gamestop, went in for pops, had a very small selection and a very small area for them, but the store itself was very small so no big deal.

Went back to get refund and Im told they cant accept return of something the employee put on my account.
